Ordered from this company, received an email with the tracking number. The next day received another email the product was no longer in stock and will receive a refund. It has been 3 weeks, still no refund and they will not answer their phones or email.
Ordered and paid for package. Amf printed a USPS label with tracking number and never mailed a package. FRAUD ALERT. They never answer phone but have numbers to call. BEWARE.
STAY AWAY. Terrible company. Never received my order, USPS never received it, and there is zero communication to get a new one/ get a refund. Phone number is pointless if you never answer it and they’re just as good at disregarding emails. They’ll take your money and run, so shop elsewhere.
Ordered new injectors. Got used instead. Returned parts for a refund and still nothing. 1.5 years later, still nothing. I did more research and they're even listed as a junk yard.
order accepted , week later after calling them I found out that order is canceled ( no stock ) and refund will be issued. I lost week thanks to them. Im wonder for how many parts they play this game.
A very crooked company to do business with, will not ever buy from again.<br><br>They won't refund your money when items are returned and they charge you shipping when they show free shipping on their website.<br><br>I would advise everyone to stay away from this company!!!!
Took over 2 weeks to receive my starter, then the starter quit after 5 starts, returned the item and requested a refund and have not been replied to in nearly a week. Customer service needs a serious revamp. Do not purchase from this company, you are only asking for problems. I have already contacted my credit cars company to dispute the charge (charged the full amount the next day I placed the order) due to services not rendered. Stick with Amazon or an authentic replacement part website. This type of company gives a bad name to small businesses.
If I could give this place a lower rating I would. I placed an order in January and never received the order. I asked for an update and got a response in February that the item was out of stock, when I asked for a full refund they said it would be automatically refunded and I have not received the refund up until now. They refuse to give a response as to when the refund will be issued that I will have to take it to court. Please think three, four times before buying from this place!
Item was apparently lost in shipping, but was resolved quickly after getting in contact with them. Communication is pretty slow and they don't send updates on item shipment progress (or a tracking number for that matter). But, they have some pretty decent deals so I would consider buying from AMF again.
Their webpage is amazing! I always find everything, when I have any questions they answer me very fast through the live chat, prices are pretty good too.
We have long time working with them and the service has been always perfect they always find what we need as quickly as possible with the best prices on the market. Highly recommended!
They had a great deal on a set of wheels for one of our trucks, shipping was quick and the order was correct. A great start. However, for unexpected reasons related to the truck, I needed to coordinate returning the unopened set (for restocking fee, etc) with them. After several messages left and unanswered phone calls, I was finally able to sell the set locally and get some of my money back in that way. It was disappointing the lack of response when a new customer (and probably not a future customer) tries to get clarification on a customer service and return process. In the two weeks I spent trying, I never once received a call back. Seems like the customer service side of this company needs improvement.
Part I ordered was fairly inexpensive yet somehow it was damaged during delivery. Just when I thought they weren't gonna answer any of my calls after trying to reach out to them a few times they finally got back to me and refunded my money. Much appreciated and thanks AMF for solving this issue.
Brush asm for 1997 Honda Accord 2.7 arrived per promised delivery date of Monday, 1 June. Part required minor modification to rubber seal (probably due to my order specfication). Hardest part was spreading brushes withoutn damaging them to allow reassembly to commutator. Finally hit on use of plastic bottle with cap slightly larger than commutator diameter to force spring-loaded brushes back far enough to slide brushes onto commutator. Crude but worked--and didn't damage brushes. Repaired starter motor worked fine. Thank you AMF
I ordered "new STANDARD fj997" injectors and what I got was washed off factory "ford"injectors from a junkyard. Awaiting a reply from them tomorrow. I cant wait to hear the excuse. It will be posted everywhere I can find. This is a totally unacceptable way to do business.
