This company is a completely disaster. First of all as I was without job he agreed I pay to him $200 instead of $250. When we arrived to my house he told me you owe me $250, I paid without problem, but then after I paid with my credit card $265 ($15 credit card fees) he told me saecastically, disrespectuf and unprofessional: now you have to work harder. I was passing through a catastrophic accident and he told me that? I do not recommend this company AT ALL!
Whatever he responded is completely false, bur yes I called 4 times because I did not know if my car could be picked up by my husband who came from his job. He told me he will charge $200 he did that discount for me because I was without a job then he changed again for $250. What he told me disrespectfully was true: “now you need to work harder”
I recommend Tow Express 100% to my friends, family and strangers, I Looked them up while stranded and they did everything possible to show up as soon as possible, even in a busy time like the holidays. Lazaro is a great tow trucker driver! Extremely friendly and made it to my destination as quickly as possible. My car needed assistance and he made sure to come as fast as possible and took me to the mechanic even faster. Great service!
He only cares about himself and getting paid! Cost 210 dollars to set a generator on the ground and did not even ask someone where they wanted it dropped off at! Instead said to move it across the parking lot would be another 130 dollars. It took him 15 minutes! Very Un professional.
Company van was broken down far from headquarters. Lazaro was very responsive and had the van picked up and on the way to the mechanic within an hour. Very professional. Will be using him again.
I had broken down on memorial day weekend. I couldn't find anyone to tow me due to the Holiday. Called tow express and they dispatched Lazaro (hope I spelled it correctly) He showed up very quickly, excellent service, great price, very friendly. Called AAA first since I was a member only to be told they had no drivers available. That's when I called this company and glad I did! Lost my receipt and he was nice enough to send me another copy so I could be reimbursed by AAA. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Lazaro of tow express really went above and beyond when the axle broke on my boat trailer! Not only did he show up in 35 minutes on a Friday night, he also took extremely good care not to damage my freshly painted driveway.

This is not about the service. Driver was good. What I am complaining about is the cost of the tow. I sent a picture of what needed to be towed prior to the person even being dispatched. I was told that the tow was going to be $250. When the driver arrived and loaded the trailer on the flatbed then I was informed that the tow was going to cost $350. Plus a $15 CC processing fee. I can completely understand the processing fee but why the $100 increase after trailer was loaded?
Blew a tire on highway 836 near downtown Miami, GEICO handed me over to Tow Express Towing Service and they were there in 30 minutes. The driver was friendly and very professional he gave me an honest assessment of the situation when we arrived at a local shop. He clearly knew what he was doing and efficiency goes a long way when it comes to emergency automotive/ mechanical services. Highly recommend Tow Express Towing Service.
Yesterday my husbands truck broke down, we got lucky enough that the towing company we called was an honest one. They responded within the time frame they gave us and not only that their driver was incredible professional and helped us get home safely and quickly. Tow Express helped my family and I out of a very bad situation. They were quick to respond and quick to come to the rescue after our car stalled on the highway.
