The pickup was fast (1hr) since the call. All I had to do was share my location via text. When assigned, the driver (Joe) called me to let me know how many minutes away from my location, and it was accurate.

Their service is in another level. I had been dealing with another towing company for three hours.. I called these guys and within 15 minutes I had a truck and they did a great job communicating. If you ever need a tow - these are your guys!!
My car got stuck in a low level garage due to flash flooding, and the electric handbreak was fried and could not be disengaged. The clearance of the garage is 6'4"!!! There are some gas pipes as low as 6'4" and it's dangerous to get in, so no truck will get all the way in the garage.
I contacted a few towing companies, and they all refused to come. This was the only service that came. We put the car on skates and pushed it manually all the way to the entrance of the garage, and we managed to get it out safely.
The driver was very courteous and he managed to do what others wouldn't try. Awesome service. Highly recommended.
I want to thank Joe and this amazing towing company! He arrived exactly on time and was very professional and helpful. When I told him I didn’t have a vehicle, he kindly agreed to take me with him, even though that wasn’t part of our original agreement. Later, we realized we had gone to the wrong address, and he helped me get to the correct location without any issues. On top of that, he gave us a discount on the agreed price since the actual route turned out to be shorter. He was fair and not greedy at all. I highly recommend this company!

Super easy and helpful. My key fob and the battery was dead on my car- I called Joe and he showed up not even an hour later. Called me 4 mins ahead and got my exact location so I didn’t have to look for him. He got my car up and running in less than 10 mins. I was so hesitant to use a tow company in Miami but they were helpful and affordable didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. They also don’t tow people that don’t need help so I like that :)
