This company is amazing!! Very straight forward and helpful! Came over to the beach and switched my flat tire AND helped with the rim! 10/10 would recommend
i got a flat tire on the beach and he came to help! he was so respectful got it done quick and easy such great service i would recommend them to anyone in need!
So easy to work with! Called based on a google search, got an immediate answer and tow was set up in 5 minutes. Great communication and updates along the way. Highly recommend!
The pickup was fast (1hr) since the call. All I had to do was share my location via text. When assigned, the driver (Joe) called me to let me know how many minutes away from my location, and it was accurate.
Took care of the vehicle before/after to avoid any damage.
The price was reasonable, and they offer different payment methods.
I had a great experience.
No complaints.
Exactly what was expected from a professional.
Thanks you.
Their service is in another level. I had been dealing with another towing company for three hours.. I called these guys and within 15 minutes I had a truck and they did a great job communicating. If you ever need a tow - these are your guys!!
My car got stuck in a low level garage due to flash flooding, and the electric handbreak was fried and could not be disengaged. The clearance of the garage is 6'4"!!! There are some gas pipes as low as 6'4" and it's dangerous to get in, so no truck will get all the way in the garage.
I contacted a few towing companies, and they all refused to come. This was the only service that came. We put the car on skates and pushed it manually all the way to the entrance of the garage, and we managed to get it out safely.
The driver was very courteous and he managed to do what others wouldn't try. Awesome service. Highly recommended.
I want to thank Joe and this amazing towing company! He arrived exactly on time and was very professional and helpful. When I told him I didn’t have a vehicle, he kindly agreed to take me with him, even though that wasn’t part of our original agreement. Later, we realized we had gone to the wrong address, and he helped me get to the correct location without any issues. On top of that, he gave us a discount on the agreed price since the actual route turned out to be shorter. He was fair and not greedy at all. I highly recommend this company!
Joe is a very friendly and effective person. He's really kind and he oversees his entire operation first-hand. Gino was behind the wheel and they were absolutely effective, punctual and professional, plus cost-effective. Best Truck or Regular Vehicle Towing Company in Miami. Thanks
Great service!!! Very professional and skilled drivers. Felt very safe with the gentleman taking care of my vehicle during this tow. Only took 1 hour to get to my house (I live in Miami Beach). Highly recommend this tow service if you need a quick unexpected tow.
I recently had an incredible experience with Miami Tow Truck that truly stood out for its professionalism and promptness. My car broke down on a busy Miami road, and I was feeling pretty stranded. I called Miami Tow Truck, and right from the first moment, their customer service was exceptional—friendly, reassuring, and quick to take down all the necessary details. They promised a truck would be on the way shortly, and they delivered on that promise faster than I could have hoped.
The tow truck driver arrived promptly, well within the estimated time, and was both courteous and professional. They handled my car with great care and made sure I felt safe and informed about the process. The entire experience was seamless, efficient, and genuinely pleasant—a huge relief during a stressful situation.
I highly recommend Miami Tow Truck for anyone in need of reliable and prompt towing services in Miami. Their team goes above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of from start to finish!
I live in the Caribbean and asked Joe to tow 2 Jeeps to Tropical Shipping. The guys know what they're doing. They had to negociate with all parties and got the job done. Reliability, especially for international clients, is key. We'll use them again for sure.
I had Joe take care of me and he did a phenomenal job. The service was done quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude. I can recommend him to anyone confidently 10/10
Joe was a very patient and knowledgeable driver, who also save me more money by having all the tools needed to get my car to the dealer in one piece. Having an attentive and polite driver made the value of the trip outstanding, thanks so much guys. Will be recommending you to family and friends whenever possible.
Incredible service, the driver was very friendly and patient. Gave me great recommendations to save time and money. Taking me a to a local shop to get me a new tire. As well as great price for the actual service of the tow. Would highly recommend to anyone in a tight spot.
I was really anxious about having my non operational vehicle towed. Joe was amazing! I called and he came within 30 min. He is friendly, professional and patient with all my questions. He drove slowly so I could follow him to the drop off. He waited to make sure all was taken care of. He communicated 100% of the time. I felt relaxed and reassured through the entire experience.
Thank you, Joe!
Super easy and helpful. My key fob and the battery was dead on my car- I called Joe and he showed up not even an hour later. Called me 4 mins ahead and got my exact location so I didn’t have to look for him. He got my car up and running in less than 10 mins. I was so hesitant to use a tow company in Miami but they were helpful and affordable didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. They also don’t tow people that don’t need help so I like that :)
I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible service provided by this towing company, particularly their remarkable driver, Joe. From the moment I placed the call for assistance, to Joe's arrival at my location within an astonishing 40 minutes, every aspect of my experience was exceptional.
Joe's enthusiasm and dedication to his job were palpable from the moment he arrived. Despite the challenging circumstances, he approached the task with unwavering positivity and a can-do attitude that instantly put me at ease. His professionalism and friendliness were truly remarkable, making a stressful situation much more manageable.
Not only did Joe efficiently tow my vehicle to safety, but he also took the time to ensure I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. His attention to detail and commitment to providing top-notch service truly set him apart.
I am incredibly grateful for Joe's assistance today and for the outstanding service provided by this towing company. If you find yourself in need of towing services, look no further. With their prompt response times and exceptional staff like Joe, you can trust that you'll be in good hands. Five stars without hesitation!
