I purchased a headlight module from Doral Auto Parts and unfortunately it turned out to be defective. Since then, getting help has been extremely frustrating. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they have been avoiding my calls and do not want to process a refund or assist with filing a claim through Mercedes.
What’s most disappointing is not just the defective part, but the lack of customer service afterward. When a business sells auto parts, especially expensive ones, they should stand behind what they sell and at least make a real effort to help the customer when there’s a problem.
At this point, I feel ignored and unsupported. I would not recommend buying from them unless you are prepared to deal with the possibility of no help if something goes wrong.
Also, I tried filing a complaint on BBB and they are not even an accredited business ! Buyers be aware.
Excellent service, they helped me find the correct parts for my truck, our parts were delivered as ordered and on time, I definitely recommend this store.
