Honda Of South Miami Parts Store in

The tires were never rotated; I saw that the front tires are noticeably more worn than the rear ones.
Additionally, I have a serious concern regarding our privacy and security. The staff asked my wife to disconnect her dashcam—why? Even worse, in my car, they disconnected my dashcam without my consent, and I only realized it on my way home. There is absolutely no reason for a technician to disable a customer's security camera during a routine service unless they are trying to hide something.
I have the impression that the dirty filters shown in the video aren't the ones on my cars. Why are you not showing the entire process from the beginning?
Why doesn't it show the video of how the tires rotate?
Why so much interest in changing car filters without checking their condition first?
All these things together have made me doubt his honesty.

I used to come here when my car needed maintenance. I trusted them very much, but this time I was very disappointed and angry. The reason was that the fault light on the dashboard came on. I found the staff at 10:00 in the morning and asked for maintenance. I went to see the test results at 3:00 p.m., but the staff forced me to remove the parts from my car without notifying me of the test results, the cost of repairs, and the cost of replacing parts. Tell me: "Whether you repair it or not, you can't drive the car away today, you have to wait until tomorrow." Very helpless, I could only agree to leave the car for repairs.
