Took my car to a different place that the address was listed and it could not be located for the first hour by police. Turns out it was towed to prestige towing which is about 15 minutes away. When i got there there is no office nothing at all, you have to wait 30-40 minutes for a tow truck to appear at the front gate for it to help you. and its not even guaranteed. Overall this process was all a hassle.
Ok so I called when I saw that the car was towed. They said they had my car. So I went to this location and found out it was residential. This place needs to be removed from the maps because no one's car is going to be here. They take it to prestige towing which is twelve minutes south from this place. And when you call you need to make sure they tell you that it's not there but it's at the other company. I understand it's your job and everything but come on make sure the people know the details and location of their vehicle. There was no damage to the car everything looked and ran perfect so I'll give points where they are due.
