This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
R & R Car Sales in Miami, FL draws mixed feedback: some buyers praise courteous help, quick paperwork, and solid pricing, while others cite rude phone manners, strict credit/down-payment demands, and high, non-negotiable fees. Inventory is described as decent; one shopper finished in under an hour. Serious complaints note deposits not returned, changing terms, and cars with immediate mechanical issues. Little info on yard organization or parts; unclear. Overall sentiment: 58/100, with value possible but risk of post-sale headaches.
I absolutely loved the service I received at R & R car sales! Adam was extremely kind, patient, and informative. His expertise was well appreciated. He sold me a 2015 BMW 320i for $10,500, which is an EXCELLENT deal. The car only had a little over 30,000 miles. It runs amazingly and is in great condition! Adam went above and beyond to make sure I received everything I needed for the car including the tags and registration. Upon my return to my home, he called to make sure I had gotten home safely and that everything went well with the car. I cannot thank Adam enough for what he has done for me! I definitely recommend his services to everyone!
He isn't interested in selling cars I called today to ask about a car on the lot the person who answered which is the same voice on the voicemail didn't sound like he was interested in making a sell and as I greeted him when he answered he never acknowledged me saying good afternoon he just ignored that part and stayed quite until I said something else very bad non salesman voice. I guess when your in an all black community that's how they feel they can talk to us. I rather take my money elsewhere
Selling lemons a day after I left I had to get a water pump and thermostat replacement. I asked them if the car had any problems they told me no. I let them know about the problem the next day and they give me the run around and told me it’s my problem stay away.
Decent selection of cars but horrible dealer. Often times dealer fees are close to around $120-$275, but this dealer wanted over $600, and they add a lot of other fees you don't see at other dealerships. Their explanation was they are a smaller dealer and need to charge the higher fees, but as a consumer it doesn't make sense to stop at this business. It's unacceptable for a car to double in price due to fees. Additionally, the dealer refuses to work on the pricing, and became stubborn when we tried negotiating. Avoid.
