I wish I could give more than five stars to this business. Shaun was incredibly professional and efficient in getting an impossible job done with patience and perseverance. We were in a major pickle with a rental car that had a flat tire and of course was missing the wheel lock tool for the rims so needed to tow. Several companies canceled and said it was too difficult, but Shaun never gave up and kept me posted all along the way, even while I was on a flight across the country. I would not hesitate for a second to use Express Towing and recovery. Great customer service and gets the job done!!
