This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Reviewing recent feedback for EZ Rebuilt Inspections, LLC in Miami, FL (note: many posts appear to describe Cutler Bay Towing), overall sentiment is positive but uneven. Customers often cite fast response and fair pricing, plus friendly, professional drivers. Common complaints: hard-to-reach or dismissive phone support, occasional long waits/no‑shows, and one report of driveway damage and an incomplete drop-off. Pricing is generally seen as reasonable. There’s no clear data on inventory variety, yard organization, or parts‑finding ease. Verdict: 82/100.

Everyone at this establishment was very kind and knowledgeable about this process. I was missing some documents and got some great tips on how to expedite retrieving my docs! Pleasantly surprised as to how easy this whole process was
Excellent service Good communication
Thank you for such good service and professionalism handling the inspection for my 2015 BLUE F-150 that was stuck in the mud.
I had a fantastic experience at the rebuilt inspection office where Lily inspected my vehicle and did all of my paperwork, she had guided me through the process on the phone prior to the inspection. It made the process incredibly smooth. I'm impressed and grateful for the excellent service, thank you!
My First visit to Ez Rebuilt inspection was absolutely awesome. The customer service staff Vanessa,Lily, were the absolutely amazing and made my experience joyful.
I recently visited Ez rebuilts for a rebuilt inspection and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Lily, Vanessa, Gabriella and Kevin. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, putting me at ease about the inspection process. The facility was clean and well-organized, creating a professional atmosphere.
The inspection itself was conducted with precision and attention to detail. The inspector took the time to explain the process to me and answer all of my questions, which I greatly appreciated as someone who is not well-versed in automotive matters. Furthermore, the thoroughness of the inspection demonstrated the team's commitment to ensuring the safety and quality of the vehicles they assess.
Moreover, the turnaround time for the inspection was efficient, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff demonstrated a high level of expertise and professionalism throughout my entire experience at Ez rebuilt, and I left feeling confident in the results of the inspection.
Overall, I highly recommend Ez rebuilt for anyone in need of a rebuilt inspection. Their exceptional service, knowledgeable staff, and commitment to quality make them a standout choice in the industry. I will certainly be returning for any future inspection needs.
Don’t recommend don’t know what there doing I had to go back 3 times because of incomplete paperwork as I was waiting they where calling customers back because they put the wrong year of the vehicles they need to get the Shhh together I won’t recommend or go there again good luck
I wasted my time trying to visit the local motor vehicle service center in Margate to get my vehicle inspected for a rebuilt title but all I got was the runaround. Brought my car to EZ Rebuilt and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The process was simple and straightforward and could not have gone smoother. I would gladly use their services again.
This was the only EASY and FAST part of this whole salvage to rebuilt title process. Highly recommend for your inspection needs. They are approved by the Florida DMV. The staff was very friendly and professional. I did not have to wait long at all. Just make sure you have ALL the paperwork they list online, and if you had any parts come from a junk yard make sure you have SEPARATE receipts with VIN numbers for those parts. The body shop receipt alone was NOT sufficient. Also make sure the recipes do not have someones handwriting on them as my body shop guy did. Hopefully I will save someone a drive to Miami. I learned the hard way. They really made my day when they referred me just 15 minutes away to a title company which I thought I would have to schedule for another day. They take walk ins and I had my rebuilt title in my hand an hour after it was inspected.
They were very nice everything was super easy the girl that helped me Lily was such a nice girl and help me out so much I would recommend them to anyone
The staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable, even when they’re packed the service is still top tier. I have 0 problem driving here from Orlando for good customer service.
This crew is very helpful and knowledgeable. From the moment I first called, I was impressed with how quickly they were able to answer my questions and concerns. I have used them consistently for 18 months now and have not been let down once.
Obviously when it comes to something like this - you have to have your paperwork in order and repair done properly - hence the negative reviews probably. But assuming you do the work on your end correctly, I highly doubt you would be disappointed with a visit here to have your inspection done.
EZ Rebuilt are the best. My experience there was better than I expected. I bought an auction can from another state that had a salvage title. The people at EZ guided me through the maze of Florida regulations for me to get my car operational in Florida. Thanks EZ.
I was charged without viewing vehicle lady slammed back door in my face And then they dont pass my inspection cause my vehicle has a few dents why did you charge me in the first place ? And does a vehicle having a couple dents in the body affect its performance ? Redicoulous don’t recommend at all spend 3 hours for this the girls are not even expiriwnced
My experience was 5 stars. Excellent service, very helpful, the staff explains every detail in a professional way, I would recommend 100% and use them again.
