STAY AWAY!!!! This facility leaves your car on the side of the road and free to theft from homeless in the area. My car was completely vandalized and left on the floor, they stole everything from my car and denied using their insurance as the car was not inside of their shop. They also stole the claim money to fix my car and never even ordered parts, then also had the audacity to charge over 20k in storage fees. I think this was an inside job and someone there actually was involved. Nick is the owner and he has no idea of what's going on at his shop. Trust me go to another body shop.

The manager, Andres and the owner did an excellent job of fixing and restoring my crashed car to like new conditions. If you’re ever wondering what’s the best body shop or collision center to take your car to here in Miami, bring it straight to pro automotive center. Very professional and fast with quality work. They also educated me on Windshield PPF so I can protect my windshield from rock chips on the highway - which they did a great job of installing for me.

This place is a scam. After my accident, our car was towed here on the tow company’s recommendation while I was in the ER. They told us they accept all insurance, but when GEICO needed to inspect the vehicle elsewhere, this shop charged $4,100 to release it after holding it only 36 hours, parked on the side of the road. I repeatedly asked for an itemized bill or documentation showing I agreed to these rates and received nothing. When I called, the woman on the phone spoke to me condescendingly and insisted I ‘didn’t understand insurance.’ The charge was deducted from my claim, exactly as I told her it would be, so I did indeed pay it. Save yourself the headache. Go where your insurance recommends. Charging $4.1k for 36 hours of storage is predatory.

CALL YOUR INSURANCE - do not let the tow company take your car to here - this is a scam. Call your insurance where to take the vehicle. They charge 5x regular storage fees which ultimately come out of your claim. They play nice to your face then charge insane prices. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

I entrusted this shop with a brand-new GMC Hummer EV. What followed was almost a year of delays, neglect, and damage. Submitted January 25, 2025. Returned December 16, 2025. Insurance paid $28,000+. The truck was left outside, returned with scratched door frames, oil stains everywhere (on an EV), missing interior pieces, and glass shards left in the bed. Workers used no protective mats and stepped directly on interior surfaces. From late June through October, my vehicle was forgotten. No updates. No honesty. No accountability. They also promised to pay for transport to Chicago and backed out once the work was done. This shop does not protect vehicles, does not communicate, and should not be trusted with expensive or new cars. If you leave your vehicle here, don’t be surprised if it sits for months.

Yesenia is the worst person I have ever dealt with. Absolutely zero customer service and extremely disrespectful. At first, she greets you politely because you’ve just had an accident and are in a vulnerable situation. But as time goes by and you start asking for your car back, she shows her true colors. She is rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She will never be on your side. Her only goal is to squeeze as much money as possible for the company, no matter what the customer is going through. Months have passed since they finally gave me my car back, and not only was it poorly repaired, but the worst part is the experience I had with Yesenia. She repeatedly promised that they would contact me, and they never did. Just lie after lie. I always had to be the one calling first, chasing answers that never came. The only lasting memory I have from this whole experience is how badly Yesenia treated me. Everything can be discussed and resolved with basic respect, but with that attitude, you get nowhere. Her treatment of people is honestly disgusting.

Horrible predatory body shop , took $5000 from insurance and then when insurance deemed car a total loss, they kept the $5000 and did no repairs. I understand keeping some of the money for the tow and a reasonable amount for the teardown, but to keep it all, shame on them , they are greedy and not good people.

Great customer service! Everyone in the office was very friendly and accommodating. Massiel did a great job taking care of all my paper work. Unfortunately my truck was a total loss as per insurance decision. Based on my experience I would recommend this shop.

My daughter was involved in a car accident the car was picked up by there towing company the guy was really nice sent us a message that he was the person that had picked up the car and it was at a yard on Saturday morning he called me and said we had 2 options bring it to Miramar or our place of choice or take it to pro automotive so this girl yesenia contacts me the sweetest girl at first she gives you her personal number you agree to bring it to there she states she lives literally 5 min what ever you need shes there once she catches you and you sign and they have your car her and her supervisor sarah are rude don’t answer your calls put you on hold i asked sarah if she could email me a release for my insurance to take the totaled car and she said yes they do have exceptions to call after 2 she was going to consult with her supervisor i was told she.was I called her at 2:15 would go to voicemail i get the more days your vehicle is on a public steet Because cars are not even in a gated area they make money but yesenia has 2 personalities her voice and attitude changed i can show you the messages were she would not even reply please be careful and i only asked this was because i had to pickup my daughter from school With blood sugars over 500 and from her school to the shop it was 1:30 min i truly had an emergency i can prove it unfortunately thats how people conduct business Ohhh yesenia still waiting for the claim number yiu were going to call and give me because the adjuster you had go over never did either its the 21 still waiting even though its gone not sure how there work is ohh and asked her for a quote on a versa still waiting doesnt look like the cleanest place or modern especially if u have a luxury car

100% scam. Please stay away/get your car out asap. Read all of the other negative reviews here and on Better Business Bureau. Tow your car home and/or to your insurance's preferred shop. Anywhere but here. Like other folks noted, my car was towed here by Downtown Towing. Yesenia/the shop ignored daily calls/emails/messages from myself and the insurance company, racking up storage fees for nearly two months. Only after I threatened to file complaints with every government agency did they start engaging, and they rendered the car totaled anyways. Truly one of the worst experiences.

Came in after hours and met Yesenia at the door. They took care of me like family. I didn’t worry as I have in the past. My car was totaled and I received a short class in what to expect from the insurance company. They made sure that I was prepared for anything and to get the most. I highly recommend Pro Automotive Ctr. For service, for care and for honest service

Outstanding Body Shop 5 Stars All the Way! I recently had a bad collision in my Mazda3, and Pro Automotive Center truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I brought it in, Nick and his team were professional, transparent, and deeply committed to restoring my car. They fixed every dent and scratch, matched the paint perfectly, and had my car looking brand new all in just a few days. If you need collision repair, dent removal, or body work of any sort in Miami, I couldn’t recommend them more. Fantastic craftsmanship, amazing customer service, and a genuinely caring crew. Total crooks. They wait near flooded streets for a car to get stuck, tell you that they were just driving by and can tow your car to a repair shop. Once you get to the repair shop and realize that the place is sketchy and you don’t want to leave your car there, they charge you an arm and a leg to release it.

This review was very much earned. I was in the automotive industry for 8 years as a mechanic and service advisor. I was quick to recognize this place probably gets most of their business from the local tow truck guy. I've worked in dealerships, independent shops, and corporate chains. This place wouldn't last for more than 2 years if they had to rely on word or mouth or walk ins for business. My vehicle arrived there on a Wednesday. I don't hear anything so I call a few times over the next couple days for an estimate. End of Friday comes along, still nothing. Monday I spoke to Andres in the morning and he confirmed I would get an estimate early afternoon. 3pm comes and I haven't heard from him so I uber up there and he apologizes about it taking so long. He said if I can wait around for a few minutes, he can get me an estimate while I was there. He goes to the back, 530pm I still haven't seen him and this girl up front Yesenia tells me they're closing. He finally comes back up and apologizes, said they would get it to me the following day. They texted me the estimate 2 days later end of day. After I get my estimate, Andres confirmed the repairs would take about 2 weeks. A couple weeks go by and they said it would be another week due to delay in parts. Then they said they needed another week. Now let me add here that I am the one calling them to get a status update and it wasn't easy to get them to answer the phone. If they do answer they will not answer again. You have to show up in person. So, after I was promised 2 weeks, my vehicle was finally complete after 5 weeks and I did not get one phone call them the entire time for any updates. I think they do this because they do try to trap people with insane storage fees. I confirmed this because when I went to get something in my truck one day (before they began repairs), Yesenia walked with me outside to where it was parked instead of handing me my key. Not sure how they get away with this considering they park customer cars on the street. It's a dirty tactic. When I go pick up, they told me they don't accept debit or credit cards because customers have reported transactions as fraud. They require payment in cash or cashier’s check. Things I noticed after I picked up the truck. There was a stud and lug nut missing on my right rear weel, even though the repairs were in the front. My Daytime running lights were wired wrong. My battery wasn't secured. I had smoke coming through my vents. I now have my ABS malfunction light on. Even after all this coming up I refuse to go back to this place. Was just a bad experience. So, I've been taking care of it myself even after spending almost $11k cash with them. Last thing was I noticed my son's skateboard was missing from the back seat. They had my vehicle for 5 weeks so this slipped my mind when I picked up. I called the shop, Yesenia tells me I need to ask the owner. I call him and he assures me he will check and get back to me. Never heard back from him. So, I go back up there to ask about the skateboard. Andres checks the back, while he is back there Yesenia called someone to inform them in Spanish "the gringo is here looking for his skateboard". She had no idea I'm fluent in Spanish. Didn’t seem too bright. Andres came back up front, he apologized and said maybe someone stole it while it was parked outside. It was only $100 so I let it go. But that was tip of the iceberg Sometimes you make friends but don't expect that here. They're here for a good time, not a long time.

0/10 – Avoid This Shop at All Costs Pro Automotive Center in Miami is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a body shop. What should’ve been a simple repair turned into a two-month nightmare. They promised to replace damaged parts, but instead repaired them without informing me. For weeks, I received the same vague updates, and it took two full weeks just to submit a supplement to my insurance. Despite visiting in person several times to push for progress, delays continued with excuse after excuse. The only reason my car ended up at this shop in the first place was due to a deceptive towing driver named Jose from Downtown Towing, who had me sign a pre-filled “repair order” that he claimed was a release form for my insurance. When I finally got the car back after all this time, it still had electrical issues, no alignment, and clear signs of poor workmanship. If your car is already at Pro Automotive, I strongly suggest paying any reasonable storage fee and getting your vehicle out as soon as possible. File a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to try to recover your losses. Unprofessional, dishonest, and unqualified. Do not trust this shop.

I had a great experience with ProAutomotive Center. Their customer service was excellent—super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. They diagnosed and fixed my car really fast, and the price was very reasonable. It’s hard to find a shop that’s both efficient and honest, but they delivered on both. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto repair.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE – COMPLETE SCAM OPERATION! If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been hands down the WORST experience I've ever had with any business. Pro Automotive Repair is a scammy, unprofessional, and toxic place that will try to drain every dollar out of you while treating you with complete disrespect. After my car was towed here post-accident (by a company the police used), DOWNTOWN TOWING, they're supposed to take the car to THEIR tow yard but instead took it to this shop to cut a deal with them. After that things went downhill FAST. They miscalculated my total cost not once, not twice, but THREE times. They increased the daily storage fee without warning from $225 to $295 – that’s a $70/day jump – and then tried to charge me for 10 days of storage when my car was only there for FIVE. The woman at the front desk was completely out of line. She yelled at me, waved her hands in my face, and even had the nerve to call me “babygirl” as if I’m not a full-grown adult. When I called her out on all the mistakes, she blamed them on being pregnant and “having a long day.” Sorry, but a $3,200 overcharge is not just a mistake you brush off. That’s fraud. To make matters worse, she lied about being the manager, then claimed the manager was “out of office” – only for us to later find out the manager was IN the office the whole time and eventually gave us a “deal” to pay $2,500. Still absurd. BTW!!! ->The Woman working at the front desk who is the “Office Manager” will write quotes on sticky notes on your files and when you notice they’re off she throws them away acting as if it never existed in the first place. I have photo proof of my document with a sticky note on it with the absurd price she gave me at first, when I told her that her math was wrong she threw away the sticky note and tried to act as if it could have been for any document and that she has a million of them everywhere. She is a gaslighting and manipulative woman. Watch out! Advocate for yourself! They also claimed the towing fee was free – it’s literally labeled as FREE – but then I got slapped with a $395 towing charge. Absolutely shameless. It wasn't until I called the cops, because I knew they were scamming me, that they waved the fee and matched the price THEY had listed in the first place. This shop never contacted my insurance like they were supposed to. They left my car sitting there racking up fees and never reached out until I did. It's clear they profit off of people being uninformed or stuck in difficult situations. I’m now getting the police involved again because this is beyond unethical – it’s criminal. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. Avoid this place at all costs. Pro Automotive Repair is not just unprofessional – they are a straight-up SCAM. Seriously the worst business I’ve ever come across in miami, I guarantee they’re going to respond to this, like they have every other bad review on here, and say how im wrong and that they “cut me a deal”. I’ll just laugh at this point. My car is gone and at a new shop now, This is purely a warning for the people who have their cars here or considering going to Pro Automotive.

Great experience. Helped us through the whole process after the accident. They really care about their customers. The owners were great. Yessenia was a lot of help also. Everything was very smooth. Honestly so grateful they happened to be around when everything happened because they really helped with bringing the vehicle. Drove us. The insurance grabbed the car quick. And it was just all a good experience with them all.

I thought for sure my car was going to be a total loss after someone ran a stop sign and hit the passenger side. But between the insurance and Pro Collision, we were able to try and salvage my car. What I didn’t expect was for my car to come back to me almost new. They really did a great job and Yesenia was super helpful and responsive. Really content with my repairs.

Total scammers, just trying to hold your car for as long as possible to charge you “storage fees” of $225 a day, which is illegal in the state of Florida. They took the car from a Turo renter, who had my (owner’s) contacts, they lied to me that there was a third party involved and they are filing the claim with them, for me to get to know from my insurance agent that they filed with my personal insurance. THEY WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO HOLD MY CAR FOR EVEN ONE DAY. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL THE AS SOON AS THEY GOT THE CAR AND FIGURE OUT THE INSURANCE SITUATION WITH ME THE OWNER. They didn’t do any of it. The renter has my phone number, they didn’t even bother to ask. I called them several times and they were telling they’re just waiting for the 3rd party insurance reply. For 2 weeks. Not giving me access to the car. I came twice to the locked door. Their claim is just to hold your car and not repair it for as long as possible. They are claiming that they lowered the storage fee, THEY WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO HOLD THE CAR AT ALL.
