In Miami, FL, BUY JUNK CAR MIAMI scores 94/100. Recent feedback is strongly positive: customers praise Bobby’s professionalism, friendly staff, quick scheduling and pickups (even in tricky locations), smooth communication, and fair, often top-dollar pricing with simple transactions, sometimes cash. Service is usually on time and hassle-free. Complaints are rare but notable: a few reports of missed pickups, changing quotes, poor phone etiquette, and long waits, indicating occasional communication lapses. Little info on parts inventory, yard organization, or finding parts—one inquiry only—so availability remains unclear.
Fantastic experience selling my car that was parked in a garage with a dead battery and not the easiest to get out but were able to do so with ease. Friendly, on time, and good communication. Would definitely recommend!
Great experience! Contacted Bobby he was very helpful. Gave me good price for my vehicle and is quick to respond to all my inquiries. Made the experience seamless, definitely recommend to anyone!!
Wonderful experience selling my old Toyota. The owner was a delight to work with, he always responded to my inquiries right away and gave me a great price. The gentleman who picked up the car was also wonderful and professional. I would highly recommend them! It could not have been an easier process. 10/10.
Sell your car here! Amazing fast experience selling my old car. I called for a quote & Bobby came to pick it up immediately the following morning on the time scheduled. A very honest & trustworthy company, after price shopping for hours I did not trust many businesses with electronic checks or with their long impersonal processes just to get a simple task done and get an amount. He was very helpful and pays in cash. Always better to support the local businesses than have been around for years.
I called and spoke to Bobby about a car quote. I then texted him photos of the car for a more accurate view of the car for an estimate. We agreed on a price and we met up the next day for the sell transaction. The easiest & pain fee experience ever! Thank you so much Bobby!
They did an awesome job. I really hesitant because I knew that there are a lot of scams with junking cars, but we found Bobby and his team to be very professional and easy to work with. There was no low-balling or hassle. They came when they said they were coming, and the process literally took 10 mins. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
Bobby was professional and very accommodating to my tight schedule. Was able to meet with me on less than a day's notice and made the transaction seamless end to end
I am not sure why it was so difficult to pick up a Jeep I was trying to get rid of. The first attempt did not happen 2x with absolute zero communication. I was one of the trucks broke down and traffics. All well it just communicate.
I made another attempt and was told a number will be text for me to send my VIN. The number was never sent. I called after my scheduled time and was told 45 minutes. Now, the 45mins is and additional 30 minutes. The price quote changed 3 times, if not desperate, I would have denied it. In all of this, 2 sets of tickets by the city. My reason for the desperation.
Called over 20 times, no answer yet it says they're "open". And the person who answers the phone literally just says "hello" in a rude manner. Sold my junk car to someone else
