This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Reviews for Advance Auto Parts in Miami, FL point to a strong 92/100. Overall sentiment is very positive: staff are praised for professionalism and customer service, with quick testing/installs (especially batteries), fast online pickups, fair pricing, and a solid inventory that makes parts easy to find. Strengths include honest advice and helpful warranty lookups. Weak spots: one report of inattentiveness, a denied return, and a warranty dispute—so experiences can vary. Wait times are usually short; yard organization isn’t covered.
Thank you, muchas gracias, to Jheysis for assisting with making sure I had the correct battery for my Prius C, although it was incorrect but I still had a great help with a young man who still stayed open before closing as I needed the battery as an emergency to my car. It’s been stuck in the garage 4th floor so at least now I have the correct one thank you team
I just wanna give you a nice review. Jc manager an advanced auto part here. In this 77 biscayne. Setting is a very, very professional person. She treat everyone very nice. I just wanted to you kmow guys. I come ahead as she's always. The best, thank you very much.
You would think this was a recreational center for little kids. The workers are too busy watching social media videos behind the counter to be bothered helping a client that just walked in the store. This is honestly some of the most bizarrely unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. I’m not going to force anyone to work so I just left the store after being unattended for 5 minutes
Jheysis and Ceaser were great help. Even though my transaction was lost, they went above and beyond to help find my warranty information and made sure it was I was able to use it. They want the best experience for the customer!

JC treated me kindly, explained things clearly, and made sure I received the correct part, all while maintaining a professional demeanor. His proactive attitude and problem-solving skills make a huge difference. He offers impeccable customer service and is very committed to his work.

Alexander was so help in helping me select the right parts and was very kind in replacing the wind shield wipers for me. What a great employee you have!!!
Don't worry Be Happy!
Best customer service experience. Manager and staff are Super friendly, helpful and fun... and fashionable!! You'll be happy you came to this location
I had to return an item that I ended up not using. Despite having a receipt and the item being intact, they refused to help me with this and just dismissed me with a rude and condescending attitude. They were not helpful at all and I would not recommend shopping here.
I ended up going to a different advance auto parts and they were very helpful and friendly there. They solved my issue.
Amazing! i love this store and the employees, that guy johani is the best worker and honestly helped with my battery thank you so much with everything. P.S Johani is really cute might go back for his number ?
I came in with a battery issues and Ramone was extremely helpful, he checked the battery status, removed the battery, charged it and install it back while being extremely polite and courteous. Additionally the store looks very clean and every employee smiles and makes you feel welcome when you come in. Great place, I hope I won't have more car issues, but if I do this will be the place I will come to.
The manager Jean is an amazing gentleman! Knowledgeable, super helpful. My battery is a bit of a pain to change and without a question or complaint Jean rolled his cart to my rescue and handled my battery replacement like a true pro!!
Great store with pleasant employees that are helpful and knowledgeable. Check it out, you will not be disappointed.I need a slim jim because I lock my keys in the car. Most store tell you were it's at and your on your own to find it. But, here the guy told me where it was and walk ahead, pick it up and gave it to me. Now that type of customer service is sadly missing today! That type of service makes a person come back! Thank You
I went there to get a new battery because I thought my old one was dead. The sales associate, Jean Leconte was so thorough and helpful! He did the testing for my battery and alternator and found out that I do not need a new battery. The connection was loose and he fixed it—-for free! He gave me a return for the battery I bought when he could have just put it on. I definitely trust this people. I will Lee coming back and definitely recommend this place! Thank you!
