Fernando was the best. He was professional, kind, and on time. He helped me with my car and they were very attendant from the moment I called. Thank you.

The tow truck driver was courteous, knowledgeable, and handled my vehicle with great care. He made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable The truck was clean and well-maintained, and the entire process was quick, efficient, and affordable.

We had a fantastic experience with Grúas Towing R'Us. They helped tow our company van quickly and professionally. Roberto, in particular, was extremely helpful, he communicated clearly, handled everything with care, and made the entire process stress-free. It's rare to find such reliable and courteous service these days. Highly recommend them for any towing needs!

Five stars aren't enough for Towing R’Us! Lazaro is hands down the best in all of Miami. From the moment he arrived, you could see his professionalism and the way he treats your car with true care as if it were his own. He showed up incredibly fast, was friendly and helpful, and the price was more than fair. It's rare to find a towing service that’s this efficient, affordable, and genuinely kind. If you ever need a tow, don’t think twice Lazaro is the one to call. Thank you for everything!

I would 100% recommend Towing R'Us to anyone who needs a tow. They really saved the day for me!

The tow truck driver, Lázaro, arrived quickly, was super careful with my car, and even helped me troubleshoot the issue. He was also really knowledgeable about cars and gave me some great advice.

The pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the service I received.

The service was so quick! I called needing assistance for roadside and they took 20 mins

Very professional and responsive service. Owner went beyond the call of duty to help us find proper auto mechanical care. Highly recommended company. Thank you.

I was picked- up from a range of 30 to 45 minutes as I was told. The towing truck driver that assisted me was very polite and helpful.. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name. Also, the agent that answered the call was very nice as well. Thank you both.
