Carlos was very helpful today and as usual when out of his way to help us find all the parts we needed. He got us parts that we couldn't even find in Germany for one of our Mercedes that we are restoring. Great deal
Very very poor shop. So worried about people being sue happy, don’t list yourself as a pull apart. Much less the greedy greasy owner speaks very poor English and try’s to make you seem less of a person. Not very knowledgeable in their parts neither. He tried to tell me an aluminum bolt and the bracket for the secondary air pump would at minimum be 80$. Stay away from this place. Hopefully it’ll shut down soon with very little sales, And their arrogant ego. The most price gouged place around this area. I just went to another pull apart and got my bolt and bracket for $13.50. They have the listing on face book as a part out. Also head to EBay for anything you need parts wise. Definitely call ahead before they try to Grape you.
The reviews are not lying. Stay far away from this place only scum bags work here. Will try to sell you garbage at 4 times the price after telling you to look it up yourself. The people that work there have no desire to work and are very disrespectful like they don’t want no business

Guy quoted one price on the phone for used module it was top dollar but didn't want to wait on ebay even though on ebay was for less than half their price so I drove there now lady tells guy he gave me wrong price on phone she said even more expensive than the top dollar quote he gave on phone wth? I left part there walked away will never walk in there again

La verdad no esperaba recibir garantía sobre un repuesto usado, pero tampoco esperaba que CARLOS fuera una persona grosera, poco empática, que no sepa tratar a sus clientes con respeto y empatía. Deja mucho que desear hacia el trato a las personas, definitivamente un lugar al que es mejor no volver para evitar malos momentos.
Totalmente de acuerdo, no pueden dar garantía en un repuesto destruido, pero es que ese es parte del problema, que emiten valores de juicio equívocos por simplemente evaluar en favor de ustedes. Es mejor ser claros y decir que los repuestos no tienen cambio, por qué pretender exigir garantia por repuestos usados, eso no aplica en ningún lugar del mundo. Lo cortez no quita lo valie te
El lugar es horrible, el trato es mucho peor y lo que son es unos ladrones te venden las piezas rotas y cuando regresar a reclamarles te dicen que no te pueden devolver el dinero.
Yo no sé lo recomiendo a nadie porque lo que van es a perder su dinero.
Este lugar es terrible con el servicio al cliente. Las personas que contestan el teléfono están quemadas y no les gustan sus clientes. Necesitan un nuevo trabajo o un entrenamiento serio en el servicio al cliente. Intenté pedir una parte y me dijeron que no buscarían un segundo número de parte porque no iban a hacer mi tarea. Afortunadamente, hay otros lugares para comprar piezas de BMW como en línea y localmente en la Munich autobahn. No llame a este lugar a menos que quiera que lo traten mal, de manera grosera, que no se le permita hablar porque el vendedor lo interrumpe, le piden que haga su trabajo hogareño antes de llamar, porque no lo hará y si le molesta que lo traten de esa manera Finalmente poner en espera y olvidado.
This place is terrible with customer service. The people that answer the phone are burnt out and do not like their customers. They need a new job or serious retraining in customer service. Tried to order a part and was told that they would not check for a second part number because they were not going to do my homework . Luckily there are other places to buy BMW parts such as online and locally @ Munich autobahn. Don’t call this place unless you want to be treated poorly , rudely , not be allowed to speak because the salesman cuts you off , told to do your homey before calling because he won’t and if you get upset about being treated that way finally put on hold and forgotten.

Good service and gave me a good deal on a CPU part I was looking for my Mercedes. Not much more than that, you go in see if they have your part and leave with your piece. Can't beat the price.

My 1987 300 turbo diesel Mercedes, had to of its metal high pressure fuel lines failed, after searching for the parts on line I came across this business. So I emailed them explained what I needed the woman I spoke to was very nice found the the parts for me but said I couldn't order them online and they need a check in advance before mailing me the parts....(strange).
I'm in Georgia so driving all the way to Miami was out of the question, luckily I have a uncle that lives 10minutes away from this place. He went an bought the parts an mailed them to me.
They charged me 35 each for both fuel lines while Mercedes would have charged me 81 per part.
