Rude, disrespectful, and time wasting company ! It says that it takes cards etc, but once you’re there they say cash only ! They voiced not allowing us see the contract regarding the apartment complex and them, which per Miami face county , we are Legally able to ! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
Stay away, don't waste your time with these professional liars... Stellantis assigned this company to tow my Jeep, I waited for them for almost 3 hours in the afternoon and finally the service was reschedule for the next day between 8am and 10am, around 11:30 am after several attempts to contact them, they finally answered the phone and told me that around noon they will confirm "at what time will be piching up the car" because they needed approval from the car dealer (1st lie).... I called Jeep and they call them... and this scammers said that there were at my home at 9am to pick up my car and I didn't answered my phone (2nd lie)... Too much for me, I asked Jeep to reassign the tow to another company and this new company arrived in 50 minutes !!! I'm sooooo upset.... save your time and energy... do not work with this company....

Los más estafadores del país ,se llevaron del Parqueo de mi apt el carro según el dueño dice que la Maneger lo mando y la Maneger me dijo a mi personalmente que tengo las pruebas que en ningún momento por eso le entregue todo a unos abogados para q se acuerden de mi mientras vivan partía de delincuentes que la ciudad permite
Their tow truck drivers are absolutely reckless. They speed and cut off other vehicles in traffic. They are putting others in danger.
I wouldn’t trust them with my vehicle.
Owner picked up my vehicle with no damage to the front end only a broken passenger door glass and when I saw the vehicle the day after, the whole front end was destroyed. The owner of the red truck thinks he is dangerous and threatens if you call so he can pay his debt. The he agreed on paying. Do not ever call this company for anything it’s all a scam and doesn’t work alone doing it.
Horrible! Scammers! Another scamming tow company that will not last in Miami Dade! Will be calling Consumer complaints and file a complaint! Need them off the streets!
