Richmond Heights Recycling Center in
Miami (FL)

Went at 10AM, no line at all. You just present your driver's license, they scan the back to confirm address and you back into a slot and dump your stuff into a large container. 100% free. MAKE SURE you check your address matches this recycle site on the miami dade website. This site also doesn't take things like mattresses.

Very nice people, they attended the place very well, friendly people, they let you know what you can dump and what not.

Best place to go if you’re cleaning house. They take all kinds of stuff. Just show them your ID and if you are local to the area, you can come and put your trash here. Perfect if you are cleaning out your garage. The attendants are generally pleasant. Just drive up they tell you what parking space to go to then DUMP. Of course, only household garbage, not construction jobs.

This place is great but sometimes is closed because is full and have to go somewhere else.

We showed up with little to no trash in a clearly rented U-Haul 15 minutes before close and he scoffed and sent us away. Was no big deal to put a few random pieces in the dumpster- bad attitude and zero flexibility.

Very kind and helpful individuals

Good trash and recycle center.

This location is great! Organization and cleanliness always on point. Very helpful staff.

Awesome. All employees are very polite and extremely helpful. Very clean. Never a wait. Best!

Employee are always quick to help and approve. Lines move quickly after inspection.

What a terrible experience. First time here ever since I just moved from Tampa around August this year. I asked the lady at the entrance if I could throw away an old sofa there and what documents or ID would I need since Its my first time there and didn't know what was required. She scans my license and then says I shouldn't be saying its my first time because the computer says ive been there before. I explained several times that must have been the old tenants from that property because I had just moved down to miami and she kept insisting that "I still shouldnt say that". So I keep saying yes I should BECAUSE IT IS MY FIRST TIME THERE. There might have been old tenants from the same address that went there and I get that but my statement of "its MY first time there" is still true. At the end she let me through but kept yapping and yapping and insinuating that I was lying. Very rude and disrespectful!

Easy in and out. Can be busy on Saturdays

Never a line. Love it.

Nicest lady morning shifts. Place is always clean and not crazy lines like others

Always friendly and they always ask to help removing your stuff..

They do not take mattresses

Been there 6 times... always been easy and smooth! Employees always take care of me?

The place is a dump! It actually is! Very good having it so close to my storage facility.

Great center! I was greeted by Bonita, a SWM employee who checked my ID. She was very professional and efficient at keeping the flow of traffic smooth and orderly. This is a small center, but well managed.
It is a pleasure to be greeted by people like Bonita who are keeping our county working smoothly especially during this pandemic.

Personnel can be helpful. It is easy-to-use drop off dump service

Impeccable service! The staff is amazing and always friendly!
