I had a key fob issue with the anti-theft feature with my Ford Explorer. I purchased the new fob online and couldn't get the chip programmed that allows the car to start. Called Keyway Thursday late afternoon and Cameron was out the next morning. The service was excellent! The technician, Cameron was very professional. With the cost of the keys and Keyway's cost, I was able to get the new keys up and running without a trip to the dealership which would have been more expensive and definitely a longer wait. Thanks Keyway!

Cameron of Keyway came to my house to resolve a key fob issue. I recently purchased a Ford truck and the FOB was not working. He had a new Ford Fob - programmed it and instructed me on its use and features. I'm very impressed with him and his company

Their cost to replace my car key was already going to be super affordable, but when I happened to find the key while they were already working on a new one, they didn’t even charge me a fee for coming to my home or for their time spent on it. Same-day service and very kind workers. If I ever lose another key, I know who I’ll be calling. So impressed!

Outstanding! It was the end of the day, this is my daughters car. She was deployed. There wasn't a spare and I was devastated, "Now what can I do?" The dealership would have to tow the car$$$, then it was $$$ to get it keyed, plus the key fee$$. And funds were already limited for the move, the cleaners and all that happens when you're deployed. They did recommend Keyway Lock Service, and was I ever glad. 5 minutes before close, they answered the phone, had a very reasonable rate and would be out in the morning. The next morning the serviceman called. Real service, and quality customer care at a reasonable price. Excellent example of how a business should be operated.

The parts desk at a local car dealership gave me Key Way’s number and said it would cost twice as much and probably take hours at their service department to get a replacement fob cut and programmed. Key Way arrived at my home a little before the scheduled appointment, were done in 15 minutes, and charged half the price.

Went to get a copy of my key and the service was very prompt and helpful! Allen- Michael got my key copied quickly and even gave me a key cover to help me differentiate my similar keys. Will definitely come back if I need anything else key related and if I need locksmith services. Best kind of business to have in the neighborhood.

Excellent customer service. Had a broken car key that other places could not fix and the man had it fixed in 10 minutes. He had a great attitude and you can tell he has been in the profession for a while because he did it well!

My car had been broken into last week and the key lock was damaged. I had two fobs to the car but one needed a battery. Stopped by at Keyway today and it took technician to replace the battery in 5 minutes and without charge! Wow, cannot get better service than that! 5 stars for sure!

Just wanted to take time out to shout out Keyway Lock Service’s very own Locksmith Technician, Erick. I recently had the pleasure of meeting him this week when I had to replace a stolen car key. It was Erick’s second visit in three or four weeks since he swung by initially to program a 2nd key after my car purchase. From the moment he arrived, I was greeted warmly and he explained every step he was going to take to program replacement key. He was very informative and his passion for his job was on full display. I had such a great experience at Keyway in Del Ray this morning. I needed a copy made of my home key. I came in, and he made a copy within 2 minutes, free of charge! It was such a kindness, and the key worked perfectly when I got home too (which isn’t always the case when you get a copy made). I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you!

They took great care of me! Bobby helped me get a lockbox that was defective from the factory off a doorknob. Then they helped me set up my new lockbox properly and made me a new set of keys. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes for less than what my complex would have charged me to replace the handle. Excellent service. I highly recommend these folks. I’m a super satisfied customer!

Horrible customer service and communication! I work at the dealership in Maryland and we use Keyway for keys that need to be programmed in cases we can't do it. We set up an appointment, gave all the info on vehicle that needs the key programmed. Showed up a week later, without saying they are coming. Two weeks later, they said they will come on Wednesday 02/26, nobody showed up or even called to let us know they are not coming. They show up today, 02/27 after we had to call again. They get here and they say that they don't have the software to program they key, after they had the year, make, model and exact VIN of the vehicle. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

We had this old trunk circa 1964 (at least), that our dad dragged through the streets of NYC as he arrived in America for the first time. It had been locked for over a decade though, and no key or DIY method worked. I popped in while getting my car inspection done nearby, and Bobby said he could do it, no problem. So I brought it by about 15 minutes later, and though it was some stubborn old hardware, he was able to get the truck unlocked! All the staff were warm, kind, yet professional - seems like a great team. Thanks Keyway in Del Ray!

Phenomenal staff at Keyway! I came in to reprogram my Altima key fob that began reading "incorrect key ID" when attempting to start the car. I was in and out with a working fob in less than 15 min. They are priced very reasonably, much cheaper than what the dealership will charge you. Everyone was very friendly and attentive while I waited for my car.

I just got a key copied here. Simple and affordable. Will continue to get my keys copied here for all the nine properties I managed. Thank you guys, will definitely came back.
