My house key had broken off in the lock. I had both pieces of the key. I called and spoke with Andrew and explained my situation. He told me that he sounded confident they could make another key. When I arrived at the store, I spoke with Eric, who helped me. Both of them made my stressful situation better. Everyone at the store was friendly and helpful. This was my first time at the store, and I will definitely be back. Thank you again!!

Best shopping experience! I worked with Jim to pick out a smoker for my husband’s birthday. Jim spent so much time and helped me find the perfect model. The store even assembles and delivers for no additional charge! The hardware shop looks great, too, but I mainly focused on the amazing collection of grills and smokers. Highly recommend!

Jim was fantastic to work with on the purchase of my new grill. Really appreciated his knowledge and guidance on the purchase. The delivery and take away of my old grill was quick and easy and I appreciated Rick walking me through the steps for a proper burn-in. Highly recommend the “grill team” at Village Hardware!

Just bought a RecTeq smoker grill from Village Hardware. Jim C was very knowledgeable, experienced, and service was excellent!

I walked in and Andy, the manager, greeted me with his upbeat attitude. I told him I was looking for a very particular screw. He then went and pointed directly to the right box out of the hundreds of screw boxes. Was in and out in under 5 minutes.

Andrew is an amazing manager, he was able to answer any and all questions I had for the project I was working on. Exemplary customer service, I will definitely be returning because of him

Village Hardware has such a knowledgeable and friendly staff. I walked in needing a new tub stopper lever and instead they fixed my old one right there in the store! Super can-do attitude by the staff who assisted me. They considered it "neighbors helping neighbors." Over the years, they have shown how much they care and want to help the community whether the job is big or small.

These folks are truly wonderful. Very knowledgeable and kind. Staff is very helpful whenever I have a problem. I always come here over a larger franchise and always leave happier than the alternative. And much faster too!

What a great experience today! I went in hoping I could get a duplicate car key made for my elderly aunt's car. Big box stores not able to do it. I walked in and met the manager, Andrew. His "can do" attitude is contagious! It was so refreshing to meet someone like him! Not only was he able to duplicate the key, he has made me a new loyal customer! Thank you!

Purchased new Weber grill from Village Hardware. Jim, the grill specialist, was great. Very knowledgeable about all features and operations of the grills and gave helpful recommendations. Also informed me of available discounts that I was not aware of. Highly recommend this business and Jim for purchase of a Weber.

Just a great place to go for anything you need! There have been times I went there for literally 1 screw that I had missing in the midst of putting something together. They spent time with me to find the exact matching screw. They are ALWAYS available to help me find what I need for any home issue. On top of that, their BBQ section downstairs is legendary. If you live anywhere near here, you are missing out if you're going to a Home Depot or Lowes. This place is the best!

If trying to save 37 cents or choose from 27 kinds of brown mulch is your priority, go to Home Depot or Lowes. Village Hardware has Fantastic customer service, great prices and a lot of good stuff in that deceptively small looking store.

I was unable to find a replacement part I needed for my Big Green Egg grill, that is until i spoke with Jim in the Grill department at Village Hardware. The part i needed was unavailable on BGE's website. Also, it was out-of-stock at the other local hardware stores and they were unable to get it from BGE. They suggested i purchase a 3rd party knock-off on Amazon. Then i spoke to Jim and he offered to call his buyer to see if she could get the part i needed. The next day Jim called to let me know that his buyer had the part and that she had shipped it to Village Hardware. I picked it up the following day.

Great service when I was buying the grill. The price was much less then anyone including Amazon. The selling point was the grill was delivered put together and they took away my old grill. I will only shop with this store, and if I want grill accessories I will contact Jim. He is the grill master. Rick the man that delivered the grill spent the time necessary to make sure I understood the grill working and made sure I was ready to cook. Highly recommend the team at Village Hardware as my go to place for my grilling needs. You can get everything you need with great service. You cant this service or prices at any of the box stores. Go to Village Hardware.

Customer service at Village Hardware can’t be beat. Rick assembled and delivered my grill, along with a lesson on cooking the perfect steak. I had trouble figuring out the meat thermometer I purchased, so Jim helped me return it (6 months later!) and select a more user friendly thermometer. Nicest staff and I can’t wait to shop there again. Every member is more friendly and helpful than the last.

We’ve been coming to the village hardware for years and always like visiting with Jim Carmalt (the grill guy downstairs). He’s very friendly and knowledgeable. We bought our grill here because of him. In general, this whole store and the staff are friendly. We will continue to patronize this store- So much better than going to a big box store. Thank you!

Village Hardware is a true gem! The staff here are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making every visit a pleasant experience. I love how well-stocked the store is—I always seem to find exactly what I need (and a few things I didn’t know I needed!). It’s refreshing to shop at a locally owned business where customer service actually matters. I’ll always choose a mom-and-pop store like this over a big box retailer any day. Highly recommend!

Much preferred over the big stores. And they almost always have what I need. It's actually gotten even better..well organized (less clutter given the space). I also feel like the staff is top notch. Andy has been a wonderful addition. I generally loiter around to seek him out. Saves me time and he generally knows what I'm talking about and ends up being a great sound board for my projects. "The right tool for the right job" and I'm sold. They're all good people though, a well run store, and that's worth it's weight in gold.

One of the greatest unknown BBQ support shops around. Fabulous selection! Outstanding service. You definitely need to go downstairs when you get to the Village Hardware.

We love the Village Hardware store! I have noticed many wonderful improvements to the store recently. The staff is so friendly and the store is very well organized. Andrew was so helpful in assisting my father with buying a snow blower for the last snow storm. It is hard these days to find stores where the staff cares and understands the products they are selling. We are very grateful to have such a gem in our neighborhood!

My entire experience with Village hardware, from the initial phone call through to the pick up, was extremely efficient, customer oriented, and consistent. They followed up with phone calls and put my grill right out back so it was ready when I came to pick it up. The price for this grill was the best I could find by far from anywhere else as well.
