This place was able to repair a tire that another tire shop couldn’t. The guys that run this shop are great. The price was also great. They saved my car on a snow day. Highly recommend!

Zaubir and Omar took care of me and I highly recommend this shop. They let me know what the issues were, and even brought me in to the workspace to show me what was going on with my alignment & tires. I got my appointment the same day, called in the morning and they saw me several hours later after hitting a horrible pot hole the night before. Be patient, as they can get busy and take walk-ins. But the work shows, all the better to be patient. I’ll be coming back for my car needs.

If you want to wait 4 hours+ for your tires to be replaced come to this place. When you ask why it takes too much time, the guys put their shoulders up and say “this is how it is okay!” I have been to TNB in other places, most other places, are much better and take mush less time, and they are normally respectful towards their customers however, this particular place is horrible to visit!

Took my car in to get 2 rear tires switched out and they damaged both of my rims. Brand new car. This is completely unacceptable.

Alejandro& PT saved the day at the King Street NTB! I brought in the car of a sick friend as a favor and needed the car to be reliably functioning for her asap. Her new battery had died (and left her sit) 2x in 2 months. I brought the car into NTB in a time crunch and these gentlemen were able to detect the problem and replace the faulty battery , under warranty, on the spot! So grateful for the prompt and courteous service. Very caring, personalize business! That’s why my friend chooses this shop!

These guys always are so helpful with my tires, breaks and other small issues. Today William and PT helped with a small fix on my bumper as I hit some snowcrete and pushed my bumper into my tire, making maneuvering difficult. Got an appointment same day and was on my way!

Took my car to NTB. The guys there were awesome!! I can't speak highly enough about them. They were knowledgeable and kind. Truly went out of their way to take care of me. If you need tires or auto repair go see Joe and the guys over there!!!!

I went in with an appointment to replace two tires. While the initial interaction was polite, I was repeatedly pushed to replace tire pressure sensors that were working fine and did not need replacement. Even after clearly refusing, the mechanic continued to insist by mentioning possible problems that did not seem accurate. These unnecessary add-ons significantly increased the final price, which ultimately led me to cancel my appointment. The sales approach felt fear-driven and misleading, focused more on upselling than on what the car actually needed. Potential customers should be aware of this practice and lies. Research about your car issues before dealing with mechanics and service provides. Beware of possible tricks and lies!!!

they were very informative about what they were doing to my car and made sure i understood everything before starting work. they made it clear on the cost and went over the report with me before i left and let me know to let them know if there was any troubles going forward. definitely recommend this place compared to other auto shops who tend to take advantage of women

Super quick and smooth experience. They swapped my battery in no time, explained everything clearly, and had me back on the road before I could finish my coffee. Efficient, reliable, and absolutely worth it.

Had an excellent experience here. They were able to take me as a walk in and fixed all of my car issues in half the time they had originally thought! Alejandro was super helpful with explaining everything and Andre did a great job on my car!

I went into NTB with an issue with my sensor.Zaubri and Alex were very helpful in assisting me with my issue Zaibri really broke down the steps into what causes the leak in the tire, showed me each issue with the tire and recommended actions. I was very pleased with the experience. This ia the second time I had been serviced by this this shop My wife had received service and Zaubri was very engaged and very helpfull.

Horrible service, and manager lied about it. Daughter made a 4pm appointment to have a tire checked for a leak. She showed up at 4. They didn’t even check her in until 5. Then said it would be done by six. Wasn’t even done by 6:30. I went to store to talk to manager. A bit after 6:30, “Alejandro” said he was manager on duty and he personally and techs had been working on the leak constantly for 2 hours, which was impossible because they didn’t even check in the car until 1.5 hours ago… and that would make no sense because all they needed to do was put the tire in a bucket and look for bubbles. Then when I said I don’t believe him, he just told different lies like he actually watched the techs work on it for hours and that, actually, he could not remember how long it was but it was hours. Finally, he apologized when it was totally clear his lies that I was calling out were getting him nowhere. Basically he just needed to apologize for not telling my daughter at the beginning, 4pm, that they couldn’t get to the car quickly. She would have left the car there and come back when it was done. Instead he made her wait 2.5 hours for a 15 minute job then lied saying it took them, including himself personally, over 2 hours to do the work. If they will lie about this, what else will they lie about???

Zoubir, Alex & Team were fantastic. This location of NBT is always professional, clear, and polite. I do strongly recommend making an appointment for any planned maintenance. They’re good, which means they can be busy! Their waiting area is small but clean. I always appreciate how they’ll walk you into the garage to show you both what they found (usually regarding tire integrity) and when the work is complete. I’m a return customer for a reason!

Needed to get some tires and wheel alignment done on my vehicle. Searched the internet for the best possible deals on the exact tire that I was looking to purchase. Tried the big box stores with no luck, either the wait time was too long or the particular tire brand I was looking for wasn’t in stock. Landed on NTB, which was very close to my house, exactly the tires that I wanted and a military discount on top of the already great price. Was able to do all of the things I needed online (requested the tires, exact date/time for the appointment), and the store actually called me a day ahead of time to schedule the appointment due to my tires arriving in the shop early. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Alejandro and PT. Both were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I handed over my keys, and they swiftly went into action. While I waited in the customer lounge area, I was freezing my bum off. For some reason, the only warm spot in the entire building was the bathroom. This didn’t dampen my mood since I was in/out in no time. The entire experience from beginning to end was a 10/10, and I highly recommend this particular NTB for any/all of your tire and battery needs.

Needed a tire rotation and balancing and got it done the day after I reached out. They honored the appointment, were very fast the day of with the service, and even when I had to come back to get it fixed as one of my tires needed to be adjusted, they let me come back the next day and took care of it. Will be coming here for all my service.

Great service, attention to detail, and full honest customer service is what I’ve experienced with both Alejandro and PT during my visit at NTB. They checked my brakes and really helped me make a determination on my brake issue. Ask for them by name if you want the best experience.

I came in as a walk in and Alejandro was upfront about the wait perhaps being long since there were people ahead of me that previously made appointments. However he managed to get me serviced with 4 new tires, front brakes and front rotors in less time than projected. He was very transparent and showed me how he came to judgements regarding the state of my tires. He really took care of me and I and now a loyal customer. The staff was very friendly and also took to.e to answer questions I had as I waited.

Andre the technician was fabulous. I panicked when my low pressure light came on in a new car and he triple checked and found out my pressure was just low in the one tire and got me in and out quickly. Zoubir took my call and got me in within hours day of. Less than 60 minutes total appointment time. Great customer service.

I had to replace a tire rim and received great customer service from both Zaubir and Alex at NTB. They diagnosed the issue with the tire, put my spare on the car for me and ordered a new rim. Installation of the repaired tire was convenient and fast. Highly recommend this location for trustworthy recommendations for service on tires. Thank you for getting me back on the road!

This is my first time coming to this location and my experience was great. Alejandro was very professional and quick to reassure me that my car was in great hands. PT, the technician, quickly diagnosed everything that was wrong with my car within 1hr and was quoted a fair price for it. I am impressed with this NTB Center: utmost professionalism from a service center. Zawbir and Dave identified the issue with my tire leak in a matter of minutes; total, the process took 30 minutes — I was initially told 45 minutes. Most importantly, the staff took time to show me the issue before beginning service and described the incurred costs. However, I was ultimately not charged despite the service completed. Thank you again for your kindness and exceptional professionalism. Well done.
