The individuals that came out to give the estimate, and hauled away the furniture pieces, were nice. However, the primary reason I called is because we missed two trash pick up weeks because of snow, and I was looking to have garbage hauled away. On the website "trash" and "garbage" were two separate categories, I figured they would take garbage in bags - they do not. I also replied to their confirmation text that asked what the items were. I told them that it was backed up trash in bags, boxes and a couch. They did take my couch and 4-5 office chairs. the price was a little more than I paid the last person to haul away bulkier items, but they were already there and I needed the items gone. Please fix your website to clarify the items that you do not take.

Called number to book an appointment reached someone right away and was it easy, placed on schedule immediately within 2-3 days from call. Day of haul away, guys called me with ETA, job was done efficiently and quick.

2 great strong men whose mother raised them right. Best company. Only use them.

Excellent service, they arrived on time and quickly Cleaned out my basement full of packing trash. Multiple boxes and shipping paper all gone within minutes. Even took my industrial size elliptical machine. Very friendly and professional attitude! Highly recommend their service.

I called for help and within 17 hours, the sturdiest truck I ever saw pulled into my driveway and out popped two very strong, agile , kind and cheerful professionals who assessed my needs, rearranged their end of day load and moved away my junk within 10 minutes. It was all on the carport but I know they would have done more strenuous work indoors if I had needed it because there was a piano that had to be moved around to make room for my sofa! Surely it had not come from a carport. I am sure, as I continue to downsize our life collection, I will call this company again if for no other reason than that they were efficient, cheerful, reasonable and not persnickety. I would call them Kind Men with a Junk Truck.

Absolutely outstanding. The crew was so kind, hilariously funny, excellent with moving anything at any time. Amazing work ethic. Hard hard working. So kind and courteous to everyone in the home and the home. They would do and take care of everything. What an incredible experience. This is a tremendous company who could teach others how to be and work. My father had passed away the evening before and they came In with the best personalities and made the day enjoyable and kindness was supreme. Their moving abilities is outstanding. Please use them.

I team called to give me their ETA and was on time. They were courteous and professional. And I couldn’t believe how well they handled removing my extremely large China cabinet. I had issues with my credit card and while trying to fix the issue over the phone with customer service they remained cool. I would recommend them again and again for their services.

These guys are great! I made an appointment online, and they followed up with an email and then a phone call to confirm time. The men who arrived were completely professional. They quickly quoted a reasonable fee and once I agreed they efficiently removed the trundle bed I was disposing while being mindful of not letting my cat out or scraping my walls. I tapped my credit card and they were gone, no fuss no muss. I was very pleased with the whole process. And the guys were so nice and so careful that I packed up some cookies I’d just baked. I will definitely call on them anytime I need junk removed!

2 Men and a truck - talk about true professionals. Took responsibility when they were unable to come at the appointment time you requested online and made up for it the next day on time with a discount. And who doesn’t love a discount. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and punctuality. A shout out to Darius and Yancy who fixed my couch that I thought was broken and left me laughing at myself lol! 5 stars all the way my guys.

We had exceptional service with all of the folks at Two Men and a Junk Truck. The booking was easy, with great information and my phone calls being either answered or returned quickly. The two men who removed my heavy upright piano, Yancy and Vladimir, were communicative along the way and very friendly. They were careful in moving the item and made sure not to damage anything in the house. I highly recommend this company.
