Waited for 2 hours and never showed up! Avoid this OT and BU at all cost. It goes to voicemail and left the voicemails while waiting and never answered. All the reviews aren't probably legit. Check the content of the reviews, messages and responses.
Absolutely horrible service that lies to your face that they viewed your vehicle and determined they could not provide assistance. Meanwhile, you were in your vehicle the entire time and not once did anyone from this garbage service come to assist. Not to mention there was notification to you that they were cancelling the service at all.
Also, good luck trying to get ahold of these clowns as their answering service goes straight to voicemail.
Do yourself a favor and avoid these fools at all cost. Save yourself the time.
My car had its wheels stolen out of my apartment garage, and the tow truck driver was absolutely amazing. He arrived quickly, was super nice and helpful, and treated my car with care while loading and towing it. He made a really stressful situation into an easier one. Couldn’t have asked for better service—truly appreciated!

Had great service with them last winter. Last winter my husband got into accident on heavy snowy day and we could not find towing company for hours. Finally, OT&BU inc agreed to come and tow his car from more than 100 miles away. Whole mission took 8 hrs to complete. We really appreciate his hard work and warm heart.
All other towing companies refused to come and get him but only OT&BU showed up on emergency day. I highly recommend him to anyone.
