Absolutely terrible. I booked an oil change, specified the Volkswagen, waited in line, and then was told they don’t service VW. Wasted 3 hours on commuting and waiting, this could’ve been caught during scheduling.

Had 4 tires done here and happy with the quality/price, also had to comeback for a repair, Great overall

Horribly understaffed. They didn’t get my tires in despite the email I got and I had to wait 35 mins just to get my keys back after they had to cancel my service.

The guy at the auto care counter is really unprofessional and behaves like I'm his hated step-father. I just wanted to drop off my car for service (spending $300) and the guy is just rude and should not be handling customer service. If Walmart reads this, it's the only guy that working at the counter of Auto Care around 2pm on Thursday 1/8/2026.

I purchase and charge the new tire here. After I drive less than a mile, the tire flat because of the mechanic forgot to fill air in the tire and no cap on tire. After I get home , I check the tire. He fill the air 42!!! Normally my tire only 32.

Broke my lug nut and wouldn't fix it. Then my new tire went flat 1 day after they installed it

Worst service. Even though u make appointment. You still have to wait whole day. They don’t follow any appointments. Lazy workers

2 stars is being generous. I stood in line with 3 other people waiting for someone to come to the counter. I just needed to pick up the tires I ordered and purchase 2 windshield wipers. I pressed the button to call for assistance 2 or 3 times. The man in front of me in line had been waiting 15 minutes already and no one had been to the counter. When the staff member finally showed up, she kind of had an attitude. The other staff member showed up after another 10 minutes. When I told him what I was there for, he then took another 10 minutes or so to get the tires. The other staff member finally decided she would check me out for the wipers since the tires were already paid for. There was no offer to help get them to my car. He looked annoyed he had to get a car from their back room to put the tires in. I came in through their door and didn’t go to the front of the store. Where was I supposed to get a cart from? I get it’s the holidays and they’re a busy place, but don’t act annoyed to do the basic functions of your job. Just do it and slap a smile on your face. It’s what you’re getting paid to do.

Got my tires replaced here last year. A year later, failed my inspection after being told two of them were put on inside out.

Worst customer service service in dmv, I pent more than 5 hrs to get tire replacement and they even Brock the wheel locks and I had to go somewhere else and get it out.

Scheduled a tire replacement. Unfortunately I had a blowout before hand and had to bring the wheel in for replacement. Once I mounted that wheel and tire I returned to the store for the other three tires. They replace and ask if they can verify that I have four serviceable tires on my car. Marlon refused to put it in writing on my receipt or elsewhere. Said it was impossible to add due to the system. Then we got a manager. She found several errors in the writeup. She corrected those but when we asked her to write that the fourth tire was not installed by mechanic but was new and matched the other tires she refused. She could do it but refused. Whole discussion took an hour. Worst service I have ever had from a place of business. The only do the minimum required by Walmart.

This location is horible .I was there 9/11/2025. 7 am for car tire. ..my. cashier name. yohannes Is horrible no treating he turned card reader to sign with anger & force. first time. I though it was by accident but he did it again that dude needs to change the way he works .if he had bad night he can stay home will be better ........the price I been told by phone 75$ at the location . Got charged 105$ !!!!!!!!! Stay away read reviews before you stop in any business will help you to avoid stupid anger horrible dirty poeple like yohannes

Came here to get an oil change. I got a text around 11am that my car was ready. Went around 4PM to pick it up and my car had been on and running the entire day. The car was cold because the AC was on full blast and my gas tank was empty. Not only did they leave my car on all day. Sticker says service should be due in 3 months or at 55,778 miles. My car hasnt felt the same lately and it called for an oil change due at 54,000 miles. I dont believe they even performed a real oil change. When I called to speak with a manager, Im automatically put on hold waited 30 minutes the first time, 1 hr the second call, and now 30 minutes again. Bs. Dont come here.

I would give them NEGATIVE INFINITY- I ordered my tires from Walmart and have called 5 times to speak to a person about an appointment and installation. This is the worst experience I have ever had. They dont answer the phone and if they do, they put you on hold and never return. This is unacceptable.

If you value your time don't buy the rotation and balancing option with your tires because they don't give appointments , so you have to take a walk-in. First I tried to drop the car at noon the day before but they told me the waiting time was 4 hours and they advise me to come the next day by 8am. So I did and when I dropped the car they told me the approximate waiting time was 4 hours but the ACTUAL WAITING TIME WAS 8 hours.

Friendly, Fair and Trustworthy autoservice. They guy who served for me that day, he was awesome. I did not ask his name on that day. Wish you the best for your service! Thank you too! Walmart Auto Care Centers!

My tues were shipped to the care center and 3 days before my scheduled installation, I received a txt that my order has been partially canceled (3 out of 4 tires). I called the center multiple times and each time they put one on hold without ever coming back to talk to me.

Great price. Service was fast once they got me in. Was 90 minutes to wait for a battery replacement. They aren't the fastest when checking you in. It is usually busy so definitely schedule an appointment if you can.

Today 04/03 I went to get a simple oil change. I checked in at 2:23 and I was told that it would only take 30 minutes. At 3:48 I was notified that the car service stared yet my car was still in the parking lot and it was there for more than an hour after I got the notification. I informed the manager that I got the wrong notification and that my car is still at the parking lot, and she made random excuses and didn’t try to solve my problem. The next message I got was at 6:38 saying my car was finally ready. So the total time I waited to get my oil changed was 4 hours and 6 minutes, and not 30 minutes like I was told.

I came to change the oil since I am a customer of Wolmart and even the oil of my Toyota Corolla was not in their center and I should have bought it from their store as well and they charged me more, which made me think of not came back here, thank you

Called yesterday to get an oil change for a Mini Cooper but no one answered the phone. Walmart line redirected to customer service that sent us back to auto and still no answer, so we went in person. They said the line was too backed up so to come back in the morning @7. Showed up today @7:20AM & there were already a few cars so he said it would be a 3 hour wait. Gave the guy my keys, car info (2015 Mini cooper), name, number, and asked to call me when it was done because we would be driving around while waiting. Almost 3.5 hours later i had received no call so I tried Calling the auto center again. Waited for five or so minutes on the line but never got an answer, so AGAIN we went back in person to see what the deal was. At this point we’re nearing the 4 hour wait mark (and I’m supposed to drive 10hours home to Georgia directly after it was done—which I had Explained before). I walk up and the guy at the counter says “WE DONT CHANGE MINI COOPER OIL” Claims they tried to call 3 times but I never received ANY calls and when I called them on the Walmart auto line they would not answer. So now I cant go home to Georgia today because I have to drop my car somewhere else and it’s already so late in the day. I don’t know if the guy wrote my number down wrong or what… and I’m not one to leave bad reviews but if I could I would give 0 stars. I came to this place two days in a row making it CLEAR that I was there specifically FOR A MINI COOPER and they never once said they don’t work on them until after I had waited nearly 4 hours. I get that some places don’t work on Minis but The guy literally put my information and the car in their computer system AND YET couldn’t tell me beforehand that oh they actually DONT WORK ON MINIS? SO learn from my mistake and don’t bring your vehicle here.

If I could give this auto center a Zero I would. Did a walk in for a simple oil change was told I would have have to wait 3 hours. Also if I wanted a tire rotation because tires and oil are 2 different departments would have to wait another 3 hours. So 6 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Of course I mentioned only oil change. 3 hours and 15 minutes later my car not even pulled in yet. Please if you can avoid it, please don't take your car here. If you do go please make an appointment before even think about coming. Asked about discounts a rude "Nope" to follow. They better hope I don't get a survey!

Bought four tires and had the oil changed at a reasonable price. The woman working the counter was friendly and helpful, but there was just one of her and 6-10 customers. Bottom line: 35 minutes in line to drop off my car, 30 minutes in line waiting to pick it up. No one called or texted to let me know when the car was ready, so…18minutes on hold when I called to ask if the car was ready. How valuable is your time….

I want to share my recent experience with you. I visited an auto care center to change the tires and oil of my car. On my way back home, I noticed a loud noise and vibration from under the car. It was in the middle of the road, and I almost got into a big accident due to their poor workmanship. I managed to bring my car back to the center and found out that they had not closed the under shield properly. After an hour, they claimed to have fixed the issue. However, I wanted to talk to the manager regarding the incident, but nobody seemed to care. I had to go through a tedious corporate process to contact the manager, and he asked me to come to the store the day before Thanksgiving. I told him that I wouldn't be available during the holiday, but he insisted that it was the only day he had time for me. Recently, I discovered that they had installed my under shield using zip ties. I would not recommend this place to anyone as it is evident that they have no idea what they are doing, and their customer service is nonexistent.

The mechanics at the shop were extremely friendly, and walked me through the different steps they were taking to replace my tires. The check in process for my appointment was pretty straightforward as well. However, it looks like the common theme of bad reviews for this Walmart is how long appointments take, and I cannot stress how accurate that is. I booked an appointment for 10 AM, checked in at 10 AM, but my car was not brought back into the shop until 1110. I got the keys to my car back at 11:50, so I waited longer for the job to start for the job to actually get done. Regardless, I would probably return to this Walmart in the future as the price to get two tires replaced was at least half the price of other places and I was happy with the actual work done.

Terrible customer service! All of the guys at the Auto care are rude, and disrepectful. They are laughing all day among themselves, instead of working. I waited for one hour, checked back, and they still said my car's battery replacement will take another hour. Jaszmin at the counter provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any Walmart. She didn't explain to me at first that they have to add me in the system for replacing my car battery, while the technicians at the auto care were rude too in explaining how thier system works. This place is not recommended for auto service. I wish I had less than 1 star to rate this place.

In one word: SLOW. This Walmart has the worst wait time I've ever encountered. During the week and the weekend, expect for a 2+ hour wait time for something as simple as an oil change. I'd recommend some place else and save your time.
