⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Farukh is truly one in a million. I trust him with my Tesla more than anyone else. Tires, alignment, rotations, inspections—anything Firestone offers, he handles it with precision and confidence. He knows Teslas inside and out. Tesla owners, listen closely: ask for Mr. Farukh. Just hand him the jack pads and you’re done. No explanations, no stress. He’s a real Tesla pro. And credit where it’s due—the entire Firestone team here is top-tier. The staff is welcoming, professional, and respectful from the moment you walk in. Great energy, great service. This is the only Firestone location I use, and Farukh is the reason.

My battery died and I called the hybla valley location and they said to come right over and they could look at the car. This is only a dew days from at least 8" of snow and ice falling. The gentleman at the counter told me it would take 20 minutes to test the battery, alternator and starter. It ended up being my battery and they changed in under an hour. There was also a special promotion going on that discounted the labor. Always ask about discounts because the typically have one. Thank you for helping fix my problem quickly!

The sales associates were all very helpful. I spoke with Ramon on the phone prior to coming in then Eric assisted me once I arrived. Eric reviewed the service details and provided me with an estimate which he verified with me before starting the work. I appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness. I got a call about water in the brake fluid and the technician asked about flushing the line; however, I declined and was grateful he did not press the issue.

This particular Firestone seems to have time management issues. I arrived for an 11 a.m. alignment, and I'm told that there could be up to a two-hour wait. What is the point of an appointment if I'm given a time as if I were walking in? If I were walking in, that would make total sense, but if I have an appointment, why am I in a queue, is my question. The funny thing is that the alignment was done within an hour. I received an email saying that it was completed 54 minutes after I dropped the car off. I look outside and I see the car there. It is a busy day at the front desk. There's a lot of phone calls, people walking in, a lot of things going on, so I give the person at front a bit of grace and allow them to do their job. But about an hour passes by, and at this point, I just have to go up and speak to them myself and ask, is the car done, which it was. I understand a lot of things are going on. It just seems like there is a lack of time and customer management. If you are slated to be busy throughout the day, you should probably have more than one person at the front desk handling calls and incoming customers. I literally saw somebody walk in looking to get work done and walked out because he was never spoken to or taken care of. The work itself was fine, but if you want efficiency, this is probably not the spot for you.

Excellent service at my firestone in alexandria, Eric at the front helped a ton and gave me a really good deal on my service as well as my families service on there cars as well. Big thanks to him and wish everyone there the best.

Excellent service at a very reasonable price done the same day. Carlos was especially helpful and went above and beyond and Eric was very helpful as well. Have used them for all our cars and will continue to.

took care of my mustang fine... alignment was a lil shotty and not great but better than b4... however they did a terrible job with my corrolla's balance and didnt even do the alignment cause they said the tie rod end was loose... and the way they explained it sounded like the crown nut wasnt tightened all the way down... i asked y they wouldnt tighten it cause i used to when i was a mechanic and had small things like that and they said company policy to which i asked a friend who worked at another firestone and he told me that was bullshit... wasted 2 hours of my time for the corolla and 3 hours of my time for the mustang... i shouldntve spent more than 3 hours for both vehicles combined especially with a scheduled appointment and waiting at the location

UPDATE JAN 10 2026: STILL love bringing my vehicle here. Still top notch service! Ramon is very knowledgeable and helpful, friendly and kind. I've never had a problem here and I feel very well taken care of. Some places will try to take advantage of folks and I've never felt that way here. I've been bringing my vehicle to this location for almost as long as we've lived in the area (4.5 years). The Springfield store lied to us once and we switched to this location. I appreciate their openness, honestly, and helpfulness for my car needs. I've primarily been helped by Ramon and a few times by the lady (her name escapes me) - they are both courteous, kind, friendly, and very helpful. There's another man who works behind the counter and he's also been friendly and courteous to the other customers. They do a great job and almost always hit their time estimate, even if they're busy. I definitely recommend this location over others in the area.

I called Firestone of Alexandria and talked to Sales Representative CARLOS. I told him I want to purchase an "HT" highway Tread type tire. Carlos recommended the Firestone Destination LE3, and told me this tire is not an "HT" tire. I had the tires installed on my truck. After TWO days of testing this tire type, I am totally satisfied and extremely impressed with CARLOS ! I finally found a tire that performs like no other tire that I have ever purchased, and will probably never purchase another tire type in the future !! Thank you so much CARLOS for this tire recommendation and I will continue to do business with Firestone !! ! Firestone tires are AWESOME SAUCE !

I am obsessed with Firestone! This visit was one of my bests! Ermias and Ramon were amazing! I just came in for an oil change but they went above and beyond to make sure everything else was working properly. I’ll be back for sure!

Very impressed with Firestone. I needed a new battery for my BMW X4 which requires a special installation procedure. I tried 3 different places who could not provide the service. Called Firestone in Anacostia and spoke to Dwayne who said they could but they were located on the base at Bolling which I didn't have access to. After thanking him, he quickly said wait, we have other locations nearby and quickly patched me through to Carlos at Alexandria who took my info, quoted me a price, and said to bring the car over. Once I dis, he quickly processed me in, gave me an honest estimate if the time it would take and the price. And it turned it out it took less time and the price was cheaper than the quote!! How often does that happen at a car shop? Great service, great expertise, and Carlos was terrific - and kudos to Dwayne at Bolling for the referral! Highly recommend!

Walked in and asked for 4 new tires and Carlos was very knowledgeable about the tires I needed. Took about 2 1/2 hours for everything to get done with no issues.

Firestone staff on Richmond Highway is always courteous and friendly. They provide great customer service and care for my vehicle.

Carlos was a wonderful person to work with (Richmond Hwy Location Alexandria VA). Her was professional courteous and timely. It is unpleasant to get a surprise car repair bill at the holidays but he could not have made the experience better. I had called other places to get price quotes and received a much higher quote than Firestone. I will Come again because it is important to know that you can go somewhere reliable when you have an older car. Thanks so much for today.

Currently speaking to my lawyer regarding suing for maleficent due to my parts being bait and switched several times. If you are interested in being sold products and services you don’t need then this is the place for you. And when you ask do I need this service the response will be I don’t know we are told to ask every client about batteries and tire rotations. That wouldn’t be as bad if they actually did a good job but they won’t, guaranteed they will mess up whatever service you have and not get it done in time. Don’t trust their parts either as they will certainly get used or bottomed tiered products for your vehicle a which leads to new issues. Save the time and headache by going to your dealer or a local mechanic you can build a relationship with. This is for people who want a cheap fix because of course their prices are cheaper but as the old adage says you get what you pay for but in this case you get way more o because with this location you will get a never ending headache. Bad service, bad products, bad location. Final not they will never finish at the time they tell you.

Fantastic experience at Firestone Hybla Valley! I noticed a nail in my tire, Carlos got me in right away, and Eric had everything taken care of quickly. I was in and out within 30 minutes with a brand-new tire. Friendly, efficient, and professional service - highly recommend!

I made an appointment a few days ago to buy two new tires and get an alignment. when I showed up the attendant told me I have to wait three hours because they’re short on staff. If that’s the case, they should’ve called me and let me know before I showed up. Now I’m stuck here for three hours plus another hour for them to work on my car. This is not the first time. I’ve been to several other Firestone And I end up waiting 3+ hours. The service is disappointing and lousy. Making an appointment with this company doesn’t help at all To speed up Service. They also charge an extra $50 in fees per tire.

Eric and Carlos were very professional and took the time to explain everything included with the lifetime alignment I purchased. They provided me with an accurate estimate for when my vehicle would be ready. When I got it back, it was running smoothly and straight—just like new. Thanks so much, guys! Keep up the great work!

Pricing was good. Service was quick estimation was accurate, and the guys seemed friendly down to earth and knowledgeable Took a 30 minute detour to stop here happy that I did will be returning in the future as needed

I would give them a zero if possible. I scheduled an appointment for a brake and engine fluid flush, but on the day of the appointment, I was informed that the technician would not arrive until 11:00 a.m., even though my appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m. They should have called to inform me in advance rather than letting me drive there only to find out that the technician wouldn’t be available.. This level of service is highly unprofessional.

I came in today to see if they could get one tire valve cap off as it was stuck. Elyon came to my rescue and explained that it was metal which should never be used and I had two nails in my tire. He explained every step taken. This is the only Firestone that I come to because I always receive outstanding service through and through.

I just came in the oil change. They try to tell me a brand new battery I recently got needed to be replaced. Told me I needed an alignment when I recently got an alignment a couple of months ago. Received the car with parts not put back. Also told me I needed a brake fluid change and not sure if the guy thought I was stupid but when I asked to see the test he just showed me a picture of the brake fluid tank. I had to ask twice to see a test and he pulls a random test out of the garbage and says it’s mine. Either the suggested maintenance on paper was wrong or he gave me someone else’s test, but it said my brake fluid was fine and that I needed my coolant changed. Never going here again. Save yourself the trouble of being scammed and go somewhere else. Tried to recommend $1000 worth of work. Crazy scamming going on here. Glad I know about cars. IF YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT CARS DONT GO HERE THEYLL ROB YOU

The work performed was fine, but they told me that I needed a total brake and rotor replacement. I was suspicious since I had recently purchased tires and I was told by the dealer that the brakes were fine. Took it back to the dealer and said I was concerned about the brakes, nothing other than that. The service group at the dealer put the car on the rack and said I had plenty of brake pad left and that the rotors looked fine. What was needed as a brake fluid flush.

Customer service is amazing they greeted me with smile and asked how could they assist me. I explained my situation and they was able to assist me. I received great customer service throughout the process. They explained every detail to me doing and afterwards. They worked efficiently as team and have great expertise. I would recommend Firestone on Richmond HWY they have exceptional team. They are friendly, patient and have listen ear to help you with your situation.

My first time visiting this location. The store is in a great location positioned right on Richmond Highway. We had our car serviced today with a full fluid change and tune up. Customer service was A1. The store was fully stocked which made it a one stop shop, super convenient. Firestone is and has always been my family’s go to shop for general maintenance on our vehicles. Great experience working with their trained team of staff. Everyone was super courteous and professional. Two thumbs up to Firestone for always providing us with excellent service!

Cassie greeted me upon arrival and was very helpful in getting me 4 replacement tires + an alignment. I usually wait in store, most of the time it doesn’t take too long. This time though it was about 4hrs. The store is a bit “dated” and seating is limited. This is your basic garage, cars are fixed here and No frills. They get very busy at times, but always do a great job, I have NEVER had a problem or felt like I was overcharged. The staff is always very nice and professional. I have brought my cars to them for years and will continue to as long as the keep treating me right.
