Great service. Super quick response and easy to schedule with plenty of options for pick uip timing. The pick up window was small too, so I didn't have to wait long. They called before hand and were quick, clean and professional when they arrived.

Norman at NovaJunk was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind. I was very overwhelmed with the amount of stuff that I needed to remove from my parents’ house, and within 1 week of calling NovaJunk, they were at the house and emptied the entire contents of the inside of the house, and the shed! I didn't have to lift a finger (other than to point). And price wasn't bad. They charge by how much space your stuff takes up in their 14' x 8' truck. I used two trucks and they were done in less than two hours. The whole crew was friendly. And they even took enough care to ask about things that looked important before junking it. Nova Junk Removal responded quick to my service call! The movers arrived within the scheduled timeframe. These guys are fantastic and we will absolutely use them again! The scheduling and estimate was very easy via cell phone/sending pictures. And the day-of communication was great, too. The pickup window was 8-11 am and they called me at 7:25 saying they’d arrive in 30-40 mins and they were here at 8:00 on the nose. Daniel and Christian were so polite and efficient! They even swept up as they hauled the last bit of my pickup away. Highly recommend Nova Junk!
