Best shop around! Super satisfied with my first of many visits at Euro Motor Service in Alexandria! I got a 2018 Mercedes-Benz E63S AMG that I only took to the dealers, until they tried to pull a fast one on me. I gave these guys here an opportunity and am super happy I did! The staff was delightful and knowledgeable, as I was greeted with many certificates up front, while they held up to them with all their knowledge during fixing my car in a timely manner! And I actually didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. You can’t get that anywhere! Guys, you’ve got yourselves a loyal client for good! I can’t thank you guys enough for taking care of my Mercedes!

I had a great experience with Euro Motor Service. The owner, Mar, was fantastic to work with, very professional and honest. He took the time to explain what was really needed for my car and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary work. It’s refreshing to find a shop that gives straightforward, honest opinions. The service was done quickly, and the quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

This is hands down one of the best auto shops in Virginia! The technicians are amazing, and the customer service keeps me coming back every time. I stopped by in a rush, and they had my brakes fixed in just 30 mins even without an appointment. Couldn’t be happier with the experience!

It's been a few months since I had my Toyota SUV's rotors and brake pads replaced here so thought my review would be fruitful since I had a very good experience from this place, since  their work is solid my SUV is still going strong.   No complaints from me. Worth noting:  This shop has confident and capable mechanics working there, and they are approachable, friendly and willing to answer all my questions.  I felt comfortable and not threatened by them.   Anyway, Before I took my SUV here for service, I checked out  my SUV dealership and other shops nearby to got cost estimates from them but in most cases I didn't feel like my questions were welcome and some even made me feel uncomfortable, and even being ignored.  This shop's overall cost and workmanship for my SUV is just outstanding. While my SUV was in the bay for service, I got a chance to meet Mar, the shop owner, and found out he's an awesome down to earth man.  He double checked out the work done by his mechanics and basically signed off after inspecting his mechanic's work.  He also told me a few things that he saw under my SUV's carriage. He showed me how to deal with some of those non-mechanical issues that I can do myself to save some costs and to prolong the part or make them last longer.  He also made suggestions on future maintenance work that I should plan for, but he didn't pressure or give any sales pitch and said it's my call to have it done here or elsewhere, but they should be done as part of the maintenance work recommendation.   That's nice to know for not getting push and rush to bring my SUV back.. And personally, that is very honest of him and such a straight shooter. Turned out that Mr. Mar got all kinds of Masters' certificates displayed on the walls in the front desk; which gave assurance that their work is done by the book. I'll definitely bring my SUV back for service in the near future for sure; and I would highly recommend this place to those needing their automobile services too. I have been nothing, but extremely pleased with the Team at Euro Motor Service. Their knowledge, skills, and abilities working on European vehicles is excellent, and second-to-none. Mustafa and Eric are great communicators, and the prices are very competitive. I highly recommend these guys!

The team over at Euro Motor Service are the go to for experienced and knowledgeable BMW repairs/ troubleshooting. I brought my E70 x5 with the N63 engine into them after multiple trips to the local dealer with a misfire concern. The dealer had done the campaign that included replacing the timing components, the mass air flow sensors, pcv valves, and all 8 injectors. After being fed up with the guessing and hanging of parts I found this shop. The team at Euro Motor service quickly diagnosed the issue to extreme carbon build up. After walnut blasting the intake valves they had me back on the road and resolved the mystery misfire that drove me nuts.

After $2800+, A misdiagnosis, and damaging my car during their own test drive, just to have me pay for it. on top of all of that, the car still isn’t fixed and every since I got it back, it’s been leaking coolant all of a sudden. They aren’t responding to emails because once they have your money, they don’t need you so be careful of who you give your money to. Next step, District Court.

I originally took my car in to another shop and they were unable to complete the repair. I had a check engine light on and it ran 17 errors. Mustafa was able to diagnose it to one error. His team fixed the issue in a few days. They also just looked over everything and gave me estimates for other issues, like new brakes.

If you are looking for a mechanic outside of the dealership, and you own a German made car - this is the place you want to be. Pat and his team are awesome! I won’t go anywhere else in the area.

My BMW 320i was making weird noises every time I accelerated. I went to the dealership, who said I needed 3 new engine mounts, Propeller Shaft Joint, and a host of other replacements, which would have cost thousands of dollars. I came here, and Pat said it was likely the drive shaft. He told me that an engine mount issue made no sense because it would have the entire car vibrating while idling. The crew determined that the problem was caused by the emergency brake guide, a $20 part. It now feels like a whole new car and was fixed for a fraction of the other quote. Thanks!

Really great and trustworthy. Been taking my cars there for 5 years. Never had any problems and no mark ups or up sells. Absolutely trust them with all my cars. They kept my old one running and now the new one. Always take the time to explain any issues and the options.

Took my car to have diagnosis on gasket specifically, and to check under the hood in general because of engine light on. When I spoke to Pat initially he mention that could be the gasket he says those model of BMW they tend to have that issue so made an appointment and went back to the shop, left my car the next morning Pat call me that I need a new battery. I went to pike my car after two days, I asked what did he find regarding the head gasket because that was the mine issue that got me there. Pat sayed they didn't check that here. Instead he try to sell me a new thermostat and and this control arm.... I decline. The bill for the battery was $740.00 when I asked him what brand was the battery he go very angry at me he started yelling "I won't explain to you of something you won't understand" My impression of the place is gloomy, rude, unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend to no one to go there. BTY. the engine light was still on when I left the shop.

I've owned a BMW for 3 years and haven't been able to find a trustworthy mechanic that specializes in European cars before taking it to Pat. He clearly knows what he's talking about, and when another mechanic was trying to charge me $6,000 for something he thought MIGHT be the issue, I knew I needed a second opinion. I took the car to Pat, and Pat knew exactly what the issue was(not what the other mechanic thought it might be)and took care of things at a fraction of the cost that the other mechanic wanted, and now my car feels new again!

Very very honest euro shop and goes the extra mile to make sure you understand what's going on. Pat calls and emails vehicle updates if you are going through a major repair daily. Pat is also very responsive if you are a little more curious as things progress. If you are interested, he will show you what they have been doing in the shop with photos or in person. He will explain in plain English why exactly they need to fix what they are fixing making sure you understand the parts and pricing every step of the way. I've found my local shop to work on my old German lady. Wish I'd found these guys years ago but I've found you now. I really appreciate the honesty and hard work at an extremely fair price. I always thought I would drive this car till the wheels fall off but Pat is going to make that more challenging. Thanks Pat and your team!!! Wish there were a 6th star.

Listen these guys are the best hand down, I own two BMWs and will only let them service my vehicles. They are honest, fair and do it right the first time. Plus they are Bosch certified and continue to attend classes on automotive repair, to keep up with today's technology. Last but not least they are $99 dollar a hour labor rate, so far this is the only place I have seen and witnessed, were your parts are more expensive than the labor rate. When compared to dealer prices that is a good thing. If you want it done right and still have some cash left in your pocket, you have found the right place.

Very friendly, reasonable rates, great communication, explains in detail what and why, and does solid work. I have an older Smart Car and it's nice to have a place like this to go to vs the Mercedes Dealer, where you will pretty much bend over and take it just for walking in the door.

I went into Euro Motor after going to the Mercedes dealer. I can't express how pleased I am with Pat and his team. They let me know everything that was needed on my S550, but also explained what was necessary and what was convenience. Appreciate a honest mechanic shop since they are hard to come by nowadays. I was looking for a place to take my Mercedes and was reading the reviews, seems like the negative one's were not the shops fault so I set up an appointment. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very upfront about the cost to repair or service my vehicle. They always take my vehicle right back and when it's done they make sure I am satisfied with the work. I trust them with my vehicle and I always smile when I pay the bill because I know I am saving at least half of what the dealer would charge. Thanks for all the great work!!

I have been bringing my car to Euro Motor Service for the past year and these guys are great. Prices are cheaper than the dealerships in the area. They explain things thoroughly before work is performed! They even showed me what parts were defective on my car so I could see first hand, what they were recommending. Techs are knowledgeable and Pat communicates really well. Keep up the excellent work. You've gained one loyal customer.

LOVE THIS PLACE! I bought a ML320 BlueTec from the Tyson's Mercedes dealer and I bought it here for a diagnostics before my 30 day warranty expired---OMG, they found a crack that was leaking oil and mind you the car had been on the dealer's lot for 2 months and they chose not to repair. Rob's team found the issue and I drove right back to Tyson's and made them fix it and I didnt spend $700 for the repair. I let them know that would be the last time they see me for anything. Yes, I was one of those people who took my MBs to the dealer for everything and paid the price. Those days are history. Euro is excellently priced, great work and I can always get in and out.

Where do I begin... these guys rock! One Friday morning I started calling about getting the oil replaced in my 2009 135i (still under CPO warranty). Naturally, I started with the BMW dealership in Alexandria (this was my first time having to pay for a BMW service). To get my brake fluid flushed ($460 including the cabin air filter replacement), oil changed ($220), and replace the bulb ($220 to replace the bulb), I was looking at approximately $900 from BMW. No. Freaking. Way. I called another local BMW shop -- not knocking them but they are a very small shop and could not look at my car until the middle of next week. Next on the list (that I found on Google) was Euro Motor Service that had pretty good reviews. I called them up this morning, and they asked me if I could bring my car in. Within 30 minutes, I was there getting my car looked at -- estimated cost $450 + tax. 4 or 5 hours later, I get a call from Mar saying that my daytime running light on the driver side still isn't working after they replaced the bulb. Fortunately, it looks like this will be something that is covered under the CPO warranty with the car because the system that runs the bulb might be defected, which is a common issue with my car. Also, on the gratis, they replaced the battery in both of my keys, no charge. I walked out out paying $460 including tax -- almost a 100% savings. However, on the other hand, a good buddy of mine took his 2010 X5 diesel to the local BMW dealership for one trip after his 4 years of maintenance package expired. He paid in the ballpark of $500 just for a oil change. Never will he ever head there again, he'll be going to Euro Motor Service. 10 out of 10.

I've been bringing my car here for almost a year. It's a great small business run by professionals. Forget about dealerships or gas station shops - this place is just all around awesome. Rob, the main service consultant, is extremely helpful and professional with car diagnostics. He'll tell you exactly what's wrong with it, how much it is to fix, and what's a priority. The shop will also drive you locally while they have your car at the shop. Mar and Roland run a top shop with master mechanics and outstanding customer service. Roland went out of his way to drive me round trip, to and from my place, when I left my car at their shop. If you're looking for a place to bring your Mercedes, BMW, Audi look no further. These gentleman run an honest business, go out of their way for customers, and will give you a full and finished product. They give you every reason to bring your car back when it needs work. I can't tell you how happy I am to find this place. Mar & Rob have been extremely helpful in the way they've been looking after me & my SLK. I used to take my '06 SLK350 all the way to Fredericksburg to get cheaper service at an independent repair shop. I was doing this in the past since my local dealer was quoting me an arm and a leg for each and every visit. Now it's easy & convenient for me to come to EMS since I work in Ft. Belvoir. I just drop off my car in the morning and they offer to give me a ride to the base, then later they call me & let me know when my car is ready. The invoice/pricing is very straightforward, whenever I come in to checkout, they give me a detailed invoice along with a list of work that needs attention and let me know what stuff can wait until my next service. I've been coming here for all services "A" through "C" & their prices have been consistently lower than all the other places I've been going to... including the shop I used to go to in Fredericksburg. After I sent my son there to get his VW fixed, he told me that the people working there are really cool & friendly. You just ask them any question and they're happy to explain everything. I've brought my car in for issues as small as bulb and tire replacement to bigger jobs such as retractable top repair or even replacing a driver side skirt that got scraped when I ran over road debri. I used to travel a far distance to Fredericksburg to find cheaper & reliable service...now this is the place I'd travel far for if I ever moved out of the area.
