Very attentive, the guy that helped us out was very cool and certainly had a way of putting a smile on your face. Did an excellent job!! Had a job done by another mechanic and things didn’t go well but he ended up fixing my car. I’m very grateful for that.

I had my car maintenance at Nissan. They told me I needed a lot of things that were actually not necessary. The staff here at Hybla Valley verified my suspicions and now I have complete and total trust in them. You should always come here. They are very honest and forward. Antonio has a great team!

Great old school customer service! I made an appointment online that morning. Junior immediately called me back to ask about the tire. Took exactly one hour. Didn’t talk me into anything fancy or that I didn’t need. No pressure no sales pitch. The guys that work there are friendly and genuine. It’s really refreshing! Junior hooked me up- easy peasy. It’s getting harder and harder to experience decent customer care these days, so kudos to NTB hybla valley! Btw- I tried Costco first, but I had to purchase the tire online to make an appointment (wasn’t sure if my tire was able to be patched or I needed new one) with no chance of refund, plus an unnecessary rotation expense, and a 5-10 business day wait. NTB turned out to be less expensive anyway. to summarize- Go here!

Great experience here. The staff was professional, honest, and got me taken care of quickly. Junior and Kevin explained everything clearly. Customer service was top-notch and I’ll definitely be back.

I had an excellent experience at NTB today. The staff members were friendly and helpful, service was fast (booked a same day appointment) and prices were great. They were honest and didn't try to upsell me. I trusted the reviews here and they did not disappoint.

Been going here for years for regular maintenance. Most recently manager Antonio helped troubleshoot a mystery issue with my car. Ended up replacing shocks and adjusting muffler. That seemed to solve the problem... for about two weeks. When issue recurred followed up with muffler work from another shop. That solved the problem permanently. May not have needed the shocks replaced. Returned to Antonio and he was able to give me a credit toward future work. The credit amounted to half of what I paid for the new shocks+labor. Quite satisfied with fair customer service. Kudos to Antonio!

Ask for Richard. I’ve gone two time and I have never been disappointed with him. I enjoyed how he’s straight to the point no BS. No overselling just honest work. YES SIR. SIGN ME UP. Services : •1st time TPMS sensor replacement •2nd under carriage cover removal because of the snow damage.

Had a pair of tires mounted today - the service was excellent all around, from the staff at the front desk, to the technician that mounted the tires. Not the first time I've been to this location for service and they've deserved a positive review every time. I recommend this place without hesitation!

During my visit at this location, I had an excellent experience. Not only did they take care of me at a great price. And great timing, they have a great team, and they'll take care of you with great service too.

Updated Review: NTB resolved the issue to satisfaction. Mirror replaced and they were accommodating to find a time for me to drop off. They had it done in an hour. The manager ensured that he discussed the issues with the employee and team. Leaving a star off for the issues/time to resolve, but will give NTB another shot in the future and if a great experience. Appreciate Junior and the manager for their assistance and for NTB taking ownership to resolve. ------------ Original Review: Just had oil change done. Went to get car and side view mirror was tucked in which was odd. Noticed the vehicle has a scratch and the housing for side view mirror is half gone. Walked back inside. Attendant and manager walked to the back and came back out and apologized and said when guy was taking off tire a bar hit it and he didn’t informed manager and I wasn’t informed. If I would have not provided this update and driven away I feel certain I would have not been made aware. Sales associate Junior took my information and stated they would fix for me. Prior to me noticing this, I was having a pleasant experience with Junior as the front desk attendant. He told me it would be a few days before they could get the part and the manager said they would also take care of the scratch. I was planning to have new tires and alignment done as well, but we will see how this plays out. I am frustrated that I’m going to have to take additional time out of work and hopefully the store makes this right. Depending on how NTB resolves, I will revise my review accordingly.

Just had an alignment done on my Lexus at NTB and JR took amazing care of me. Super friendly, straightforward, and knowledgeable—he explained everything clearly and made sure the car drove perfectly before handing it back. The difference in handling is night and day. Really appreciate the great service. Highly recommend asking for JR!

I always bring my car to this spot for everything it needs because the service is honestly always amazing. The team here is always super responsive every time I have a request and answer my questios with details and recommendations. Antonio and his team are phenomenal to work with and I can't recommend them enough!

I have a pick up truck for the first time. It needed pads and rotors and I had questions concerning price and sizes. The technicians (Junior and Antonio) were knowledgeable and very helpful. They answered my questions honestly. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Junior was absolutely great. He took care of everything from start to finish and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was very helpful, explained everything clearly, and was always respectful and professional. He also recommended other services I needed that I wasn’t aware of, which I really appreciated. The best experience all the way around ! I was cranky when I called them because I had played so many games with other tire stores trying to change the price from what was advertised, or saying the advertised tire was not in stock to try to get me to spe d more money. Antonio is not like that at all. They got me in on a Saturday afternoon, sold me the tire and installed it, and got me out quickly. Their staff is great, and the customer service is top-notch ! THIS is where you want to buy your tires, ladies and gentlemen ! Glad you guys enjoyed the donuts !

I've been having a problem with my tire and a slow leak. I checked for nails and screws and didnt see anything. My customer service rep was Junior B. He identified my leak coming from my wheel that was bent unbeknownst to me. He applied bead seal to stop air from leaking until I get a new wheel. Im glad he helped me because I was at a loss. Junior provided great customer service. Highly recommend coming to this NTB for your car service. Thanks Junior!

Got in with same day service. Super quick. Junior greeted me when I came in and took care of me. I got my oil change and tires rotated. I was able to hit the gym next door while it all got done. Will be getting my vehicle serviced from here now on.

Came in to get my battery checked because my car was giving me problems before I left for work. Rich was super helpfully and nice enough to fit me in quickly. Lo and behold my battery needed to be replaced as I suspected. Thankfully I had a warranty still left on my battery so I didn’t need to purchase a new one. Even knowing this, these guys are always super nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back if I need something serviced on my car.

Absolutely amazing service at NTB! Junior at the front took care of everything for me-four new tires, an alignment, and all four TPMS sensors replaced. He even checked my car over and let me know my brake fluid was dirty and did a brake flush. The best part? The prices were great and way better than I expected. Super honest, fast, and professional. I'll definitely be coming back!

Needed to have my tire repaired after running over a nail. They were able to repair it and get me on my way. They advised me that I would need new tires soon, but they weren't pushy about it and I didn't feel like I was being coerced into getting new tires when I just needed a repair. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

Stoked on the service I’ve gotten at NTB on a handful of occasions. Great recommendations from the staff about tires that meet my needs and budget. Most recently I special ordered tires and didn’t expect my vehicle to be ready for a couple days, but the team put in extra hours working late to get the truck all dialed even tho the tires arrived late in the day. Richard, one of the mechanics, went out of his way to asses the condition of my brake pads and provided a spot on recommendation about when they’ll need attention. Truck drives better than it ever has and it’s clear they took great care of my vehicle. Thanks!

Antonio is truly the angel of NTB! What a blessing to have met him today. I don’t know much about tires or cars, and I’m often skeptical because women can easily be taken advantage of in these situations. However, Antonio was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain every detail about my vehicle. I now have full confidence in this location and complete trust in Antonio. He’s earned a loyal Mavis/NTB customer for life!

The staff member named Junior was very helpful; he provided clear and informative details about the prices and the services I would receive. They had no trouble mounting my factory tires onto new wheels after another shop kept my car all day and couldn’t get it done. The team at NTB handled it quickly, carefully, and at a very fair price. Junior, Rich, Brandon, and Derick at the rte 1 NTB were great. I noticed a leak and I called them at 4.45 pm and they were willing to take my car in given the my situation.That location closes at 5 pm on Sundays but they were willing to stay late and help me out. If they hadn't taken us in we'd have been in serious jam for the week as we have only one car and we were going to leave for a road trip very soon. I really appreciate their help and thoughtfulness. The customer service was top notch and I was in and out in 30 mins with both rear tires replaced. I'll be coming back here.
