Christian is a terrific person to come out on a major holiday, on Thanksgiving, while we were stranded in a awful situation with a U-Haul rental truck and the hood latch coming loose on a major highway. He drove over an hour to get to And to fix the hood latch so that we could continue on our journey to our new house. This guy, rocks, and I highly recommend him. Hands down best Towing Company out here. I broke down on I70 and none of the other companies were willing to give me a hand due to the area I broke down at. All Out was the 4th company I called since I was recommended by some peers for the first three, and decided to go on google and they came up. From them answering the phones and being attentive to detail, to a young buck named Christian who showed great attitude. That boy wasted no time to make me feel like I was being helped. Respectful, attentive and hardworking young buck. Got me out the roadway and on to my destination. Now only downfall is me having to deal with the repairs but they came through like super heroes. I 10 times recommend ALL OUT!
I hired All Out Fleet Service to come out and diagnose an air leak on my Ford F-650. I had already identified the issue at a T-fitting, which they replaced, but another leak appeared at a lever the technician could not identify. I was then sent on a wild goose chase to locate a fitting, despite the company claiming decades of diesel experience.
After doing my own research, I discovered the problem was an abandoned air PTO that was no longer needed, as my truck has a mechanical PTO. I had asked if the line could simply be capped before leaving to search for parts, but was told that wasn’t a good idea—even though that was the correct fix.
The truck was left partially disassembled, and the owner’s solution was for me to somehow drive it to Alexandria. I ultimately had to repair it myself.
They also worked on my plow truck and fixed nothing, leaving it in worse condition. I paid $910 and ended up with two trucks in worse condition than when they arrived.
Very disappointing experience. I felt like I was paying for technicians to learn on the job rather than receiving professional service.
