I had such a great experience at this AutoZone thanks to one amazing employee, Marina. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She didn’t make me feel rushed or like a burden at all. Instead, she happily ran a diagnostic test for my car, helped me choose new windshield wipers when I couldn’t decide, and even went the extra mile to install them for me. What could’ve been a quick, basic errand turned into such a positive experience because of her attitude and care. She is truly a gem and the kind of employee that makes you want to come back to this location. AutoZone is lucky to have her!

My experience at this AutoZone was amazing. Mr. Michael taught me how to address the issue with my battery. He explained what tools were needed and how to use them. I would definitely return back to this establishment.

Amazing customer service! Donovan was professional and super helpful while testing my battery and checking for issues, even in freezing temperatures. The AutoZone down the street gave me the wrong battery, but Mike took care of everything and made sure the correct one was installed. Hands down the best AutoZone in the area! Yesterday, I visited AutoZone and received truly exceptional service from an employee named Jesús. He went above and beyond while helping me replace both headlights on my 2021 Hyundai Elantra. Jesús was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced in what he was doing. He took his time, explained everything, and made sure the job was done perfectly. His professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out. It’s rare to meet someone with such a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and I’m extremely grateful for his assistance. AutoZone is lucky to have him — he turned a stressful situation into an easy and pleasant experience. Highly recommend this location, especially if Jesús is there!

I want to acknowledge Mr. Corey Green at the 7415 Richmond Hwy location. On Monday, November 17, 2025, I was on my way home from buying pet supplies nearby. When I exited my car at the pet store, the alarm would not turn off. At first, I couldn't get in the car! After letting the alarm reset, I started home where there is an Auto Zone nearby, but I thought to stop at this AutoZone to see if someone could tell me why this was happening. I am so grateful that Corey was working and available to figure out that my fears of a huge problem turned out to be the just the replacement of the 20-year old battery in the key fob to my 2006 Honda CR-V!! We need more people like Corey, who take the time to care and be of great service!!

I want to shout out Jesus C! He was so kind and helpful. I showed up in the hour of closing with my windows not going up. He volunteered to help me figure it out and then got the necessary tools and fuse to then kind enough to replace it for me, and it worked!! We went to have our battery tested, and ended up needing a replacement. Marina changed the battery for us and was wonderful! Every time we to this AutoZone we have a good experience. Always helpful, always knowledge, always very nice.

Very bad customer service. When I tried to pay, nobody helped me. It took a couple of minutes before a lady who works there came over just to tell me why I wasn’t using the self-checkout, saying it’s been there for 2 years. I don’t come here every day to know that. Besides, she wasn’t doing anything when I wanted to pay, so why not help me?

All the stuff ya need and the code reader for that annoting light on your dash. You can't work on your car in the lot, but the service road is fair game. I got the wipers I needed and found out that light was just nothin to fret. Rather than charge me for stuff I didn't want or need... they were honest. Even to a girl 600 miles from home.

Marina was fantastic! I needed to replace my battery and she was incredibly helpful. She installed it for me and was very thorough and kind. I left the store and forgot to get my core deposit, and she called me immediately to make sure I got my money back. It's so nice to have folks who look out for one another.

Wow I went in to recycle some oil and the lady behind the counter was yelling at me at the sight of me coming in with my oil, she yelled at me and said “ oh no no no we are not taking any oil” very aggressively too. I thought okay that’s fine so I left the oil in my car came back in to buy! Some upholstery cleaner and she went off and said you need to get out we are closed and you are no allowed to browse around! She was yelling at me and the time was 7:45pm date 2/2/2025. I told the lady in a nice calm tone I have never been treated this way can you please stop being aggressive at me I really do not appreciate it. I asked for her name and she claims it is Korea …. I do not believe that’s her name at all. It’s shocked me to get treated this way especially since I have been to this store many times. If you want to be treated like a human and have a great customer experience do not go to this store. The address to avoid is 7415 Richmond Hwy Alexandria VA Don’t go to this store it’s not worth being attacked verbally. I feel extremely upset that’s I was treated this way. I really don’t understand how this happened especially that I was being polite to her which got her off guard and was like oh “um um don’t say that I am being aggressive come on now” well once you treat some one like that you can’t go back. I hope the hire ups look at her in the video surveillance and let her go. She really should not be working in customer service. I will also report this to the BBB.

The staff provided excellent customer service! So kind and helpful Stacey and Mr. Mike are the best! They explained the differences in battery and warranty options. Ms. Stacey helped us with the battery!

Cory,provided an exceptional experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Had issue with my Coolant , he assisted me thoroughly and ensured my car was saved. Additionally, he checked all the other parts for me. The staff at AutoZone are friendly, highly competent, and truly dedicated to their customers' needs. Thank you again Mr.Cory!

Stopped by at 930 pm because my battery died. The employee, Jay, was extremely helpful and installed my battery quickly even though they were about to close. Dude was very friendly and efficient. Excellent service.

The employees are very nice here. My windshield wiper stopped working during heavy rain. I managed to drive to this location. One of the managers came outside and checked it. The wiper wasn’t broken, but the bolt was loose. The manager tightened it for me. No charge. Recommend!

Great experience from start to finish. Everyone behind the counter were super helpful and although they were still training, they were able to help me without any issues. Got my battery checked and replaced within 10 minutes! I will definitely be back next time I am in need of something for my car. Thank you!!

The manager at this location (older African American man) was EXTREMELY rude to me. I came in to purchase Air Conditioning refrigerant. The item was located under a price tag that was advertised for $24.99. It rang up for about $35. The manager would not honor the advertised tag because someone was supposed to come in and change the tag. Then he continued to sarcastically say, “I appreciate you for coming in anyway!” And walked away! Although I will NEVER return to this location again, the Spanish guy who initially helped us, showed us what to get for our car and was extremely helpful. Thank you!

I called around to different places to find a battery. I called this location and Allison helped me via phone. I am a novice when it comes to cars. I stopped in and Axle and Allison helped me confidently make the right decision. They told me all the options available and let me decide! They were quick and efficient. I will definitely be back. This is my go to store for all auto needs! I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you for keeping us confident on the road!

I went here to get a new battery plus installation. Joshua helped me out and was very friendly and knowledgeable!! Service was fast and hassle free with a good amount of parking. I recommend this place!
