For anyone looking for a large selection of high quality inventory this is the place! For someone who practices a no sugar diet - I find a lot of my groceries here. Also the supplement selection is outstanding!

Best staff, well maintained, everyone were nice n calm. Produce is mom’s standard. Can bring and drop off glass recycling etc in the parking lot disposals. Have a small library for book worms.

Mom's Organic Market is truly incredible. I'm so thankful for places like these that support local, Organic, and regenerative farmers but also care about our health by continuing to operate in local communities - you'll always have my continued support. And thank you Mom's for not selling out to BlackRock or big corporations like so many conventional grocery stores do where they reduce quality to nothing. Thank you for not giving into wokeness or George Soros etc. Thank you!

So, I go into my local moms to fill up my many jugs of filtered water today. To my surprise I had to hold the on/off button constantly. I ask the manager Carlos so for now on I have to hold the button. His response “yup”. This got me even more upset. If I trained my staff, “sorry sir for the inconvenience. It changed because people walked off and it runs.” You know in a customer service kind of way. Hey store or district manager, train your people especially managers. My money is going to Whole Foods because of Carlos!

This location is really nice. They held two 4 packs of beer ? that is very hard to find for me. Shot out to Raquel for helping me out. You really did me a solid. ???

Superb! Fruits, vegetables, meats, and breads are fresh and ready to eat. The shelves are well stocked. The staff is kind and professional. The store is very clean. It has a wonderful vibe when you walk in and spend time in the store. ? Thank you so much!

Nice local supermarket with alot of healthy choices. Brought a 5 gallon water jug in to be refilled with filtered water. Great deal.

Excellent customer service. They not only answer the phone quickly but when I called with a question the associate didnt know the answer to, she took my number and soon after called me back with the information. I love that they have a list of banned ingredients, available online, but I would still watch out for seed oils in some products if you're trying to avoid those.

This place rocks . You drive around back to park . Once you're inside, you realize the vegetables are top-notch. There's plenty of everything and the staff is very helpful. The price is just a smidgen more than a regular grocery store, but it's worth it.

I love shopping in a place where I can trust every product. This is where I shop but especially would only purchase olive oil and honey here since I know it will be pure. Everything organic and much local. Great staff. It's a no brainer!

Mom’s is an amazing grocery store! it is a co-op that serves the community. The food is organic, sourced well, fresh. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The store has lots of good quality food: bulk section, wine and beer, veggies, fresh roasted coffee, organic and freshly made sourdough breads. I am SO happy to have this store near where we live, and will be shopping here from now on.

Love this place. Having lived in the west coast for 5 years, Moms was one of the highlights of our return. Employees are always friendly and professional. I just wish this one was in a better spot. Getting in and out is often a nightmare.

I've been shopping at Mom's regularly for a few years, mainly to supplement my main haul at Whole Foods. I really love their selection of snacks, and it's closer to home for basic grocery staples when I run out. Unfortunately, the customer service at the Whole Foods in Crystal City is the absolute worst, so I tried to switch to Mom's as my primary grocery store. Sadly, it doesn't work. Their produce selection is limited. I guess because it's organic and mainly focuses on local produce, they sell what they get. So if I'm following a recipe and looking for specific vegetables, I can't rely on Mom's to have them. The customer service is good, especially in this day and age when customer service seems to be less important. Some areas have better service than others. The cashiers are okay, and the ladies who stock the aisles are helpful. However, the vitamins and supplements area could benefit from more friendly and proactive service. Also, they are missing a good bread selection. For an organic store, I would expect freshly baked selections from local bakeries. But their bread is mostly traditional sandwich loaves, nothing creative. No fresh pastries either.

I love this Mom’s Market. The people are great. The quality of produce is excellent and their, “Naked Lunch”food bar has introduced me to new healthy options. This is my favorite go to grocery store!! Update: sadly this location has decided to discontinue its Naked Lunch food bar. That was what drew me to this store and set it apart. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted. It’s still a very good store, but I do miss their Naked Lunch.

So, I just had my first very disappointing experience at this store. Yesterday, I purchased 2 fairly expensive clothing items, and if you are familiar with this store, you cannot try clothes on. I specifically asked the girl at the checkout if I could return the items if they did not fit me. There was also a young man bagging and the girl asked him to go check the tags of the other items for prices, since the items I brought up to the register had no tags. I knew the prices after looking at the same items; however, I understand that the employees need to verify costs. Completely fine. I was informed by the young guy bagging that I could return the items within 30 days if they did not fit me. I tried the clothes on when I got home, and they did not fit me. So, today, I returned the items exactly as they were purchased, plus picked out one item to replace the one that didn't fit me. The person in charge (not sure her position) made a huge ordeal because the clothing had no tags (she involved several people) and was not going to return the clothes because the tags were missing. I told her that the clothes NEVER had tags and she insisted that they don't return clothing without tags. I was extremely annoyed and I finally said "Is there a problem?" She repeated we don't return without tags. Lets be real here. If they sell me clothes that had no tags, how do I return clothes with tags? It took way too much time from my day to stand there and wait until they decided what to do! If you ever buy clothing in this store, make sure they all HAVE TAGS!!!!!!!! If this is the policy then maybe the employees should be responsible for ensuring the clothes have tags when they sell them. Clients are not mind readers nor should they take losses due to the irresponsible people in the store. I feel bad for the checkout and bagging people, because obviously they did not know this policy.

The sign on the door says ‘This is a place of mutual kindness and respect.’ However that apparently does not include good customer service. I asked an employee today in the produce area if there was a nutrition facts label for the peanut butter as it was missing. The employee became clearly frustrated at being bothered and complained to me that they could look but they were trying to do something else. I apologized, but what am I to do? Go to the office and print your missing nutrition facts label myself?

Love this store! They have different things on sale weekly. I just wish they had some kind of alert or email to tell you what will be on sale for members. Also, if you sign up as a member you get a free tote bag and each time you bring that bag in to shop you'll get a small discount on your items. So that's pretty neat. Also, staff is always nice and helpful ?

I had the best experience at MOM’s! It has the best options and the employees are so great. I brought my groceries to the car, and an employee kindly asked if I would like him to take my cart back to the store for me. I also cooked my favorite dish with the ingredients I bought at MOM’s and it has never tasted so good and fresh. I always feel confident with my selections at MOM’s because if it’s there, I know it’s organic. I love this grocery store!!

A decent bulk spice, grains, nuts, flour, etc section. Also bulk castile, laundry, and dish soap. Plus, they take compost, glasses, and batteries. A great Co-Op-like store!

I believe in supporting businesses that show they believe in more than just one bottom line. I wish there was a Mom’s near me. I love this place and stop in whenever I’m near one. Thank you Mom’s for proving you can sustainably run a socially, environmentally, and economically responsible business. Great products, great service, and great business practices. Now let’s talk about opening a store on the Seacoast of New Hampshire!!
