One of the best grocery stores that I have ever shopped and being a prime customer gives each customer a discount

Can't seem to keep people safe by shoveling snow at the entries and especially the corner. Extremely difficult to find prices, and they act elite when you ask. Scales at produce do not work. Prices that are displayed are double at check out. Crammed with boxes everywhere. Famous for sales reading 20% off for Prime members, but not advising in the price. Example: delivery ham 16.99 lbs.

Where ever I walked o have been asked how may I helped you. Even one of the associates walk me to the fish department. The ladies at the bakery was nice . I bought 2 napoleon Tks for the good customer service ?

Store just seems to be having more problems recently. My family had dinner there on a Wednesday night but most of the silverware was out. Some employees were too busy chatting and were not interested in helping. No water cups either in food seating area. Also, the pickup area now wants a pickup code, even though there is no internet service in the garage. For grocery pickup I often send a family member. This is again awkward and poorly done by this location.

I've been coming to the store for the last 10 years. The costumer service has go downhill - I was in the customer service line with 7 items, the clerk, Femi refused to check me out b/c "I had too many items - you can only have 5 items." I literally had 7 items and she refused to check me out - she said the audacity to say " you could hold me up from assisting other costumers. It was Unbelievable - Femi is rude and unprofessional. The manage who refers to herself as "Tee" was not helpful and allowed Femi to go back and forth with me. My advice is to avoid going to this Whole Foods.

Whole Foods Alexandria is a great spot, and I especially love the soup options. The only downside is the parking it can be tricky getting in and out. The store layout could also be better, but its close proximity to the Hilton Alexandria is definitely a plus.

I really enjoy shopping at this grocery store The store is always clean bright and well organized making it easy to find everything I need The produce section is fresh and full of quality fruits and vegetables The meat and seafood departments are well stocked and the staff are always willing to answer questions or help find something The shelves are neat the aisles are wide and the checkout lines move quickly The employees are friendly polite and seem to genuinely care about helping customers The prices are fair and they always have good weekly specials Overall it is one of the best grocery stores I have been to and I always leave happy with my shopping experience

Almost every week that I order groceries through Prime from this location, I have to throw out some of the produce upon receipt because it is either moldy, rotten, or damaged. Then I'm left without the produce I need and have to waste time requesting a refund on each item. I hope this location gets better at selecting produce in the future for orders because the current experience is extremely frustrating, time consuming, and requires me to wait for a refund on items that I have thrown in the trash each week.

I don't like the parking situation! But it's clean and the staff is helpful. Food looked great

You can never go wrong shopping here. Although I use other markets for other things, still wind up having to come here for my essential groceries. I also do appreciate their extension, ie PLNT Burger, their food is pretty good too.

My first time in Springfield, Whole Foods, I never knew it was listed in this area even though I live in hotel I was so excited that I will return. Beautiful atmosphere area outside and indoors. What more can you in that took care of me as well. When I was checking out young cashier assist me with no problems and we’re so delightful and wish me a wonderful day not to me. People do this anymore especially Walmart. I don’t go over there like I used to. I would definitely recommend this beautiful store to choose from.

The good: Great selection of healthy food without additives. The bakery has awesome sourdough. There is also a whole wheat without niacin, etc. for those that have a reaction to it. Many helpful staff e.g. self checkout staff have codes memorized to speed through items that don't scan, floor folks know where items are located or can find someone who does. Security staff are now friendly and have improved greatly from the "war zone" COVID era. The bad: Parking is free but a bit of a bottleneck getting out at the top and bottom of the ramp due to tight corners. The ugly: The deli is a staff disaster. I am not sure when ignoring a customer or denying service rises to the level of a civil rights violation but they are begging for an assessment. On one trip I was told they would not make a pizza, but a manager corrected it. On at at least two other occasions they simply ignored the sole customer for 3-5 minutes and tried to shuffle responsibility between employees. No one was at customer service to find someone who would step in. It is very unusual behavior that I do not witness at other delis.

This location was my go to for the fresh butcher cut meat. My favorite was the ribeye steak. However, within the last couple of months the quality of beef has significantly declined. Paying $24.99 per pound is just not worth it. Steaks are now very tough and meat has no flavor. As well, the produce is getting worse every time I visit. Im very disappointed!

This location is just OK. I'm often shocked by how old their produce is. They rarely have green avocados, onions tend to be very old, garlic is always very old and sprouting already. Pre-peackaged produce also tends to be very old and is already wilted or browning upon opening. Whole foods in general doesn't seem to have a great supply chain. It's also frustrating they don't have organic options for a lot of things like pomegranates, sliced almonds, shallots, individual limes, etc. Update: This store is still terrible. Empty shelves, rotting produce, inexcusable for any grocery chain, particularly one that charges as much as Whole Foods does.

Whole Foods has the best selection of coffee as well as vitamins and minerals. An all round healthy place. Love their hot bar and food selections. Beautiful fresh flowers also.

Let's just say, out of all the rave I've received about it being really nice at this location, I beg to differ. The Annapolis location is more up-to-date, spacious & have an escalator for your cart vs using the elevator. The pros: they were well stocked, organized & had friendly staff.

Love my local whole foods, big enough and have a variety of everything. Ordering ahead has been a saver. We moved into Charles County, MD for a better quality living with space for the kids and I still make the drive weekly to stock up on supplies so it definitely helps with ordering ahead.

Went in to get some flowers for my mom on Mother’s Day. Emily from the flower department was so helpful in making the bouquet to my liking! And my mom loves her arrangement!

They are fancy with a wood fire pizza oven, double cream as well as clotted cream, and a types of Norwegian cheeses. I guess some Norwegians live nearby… with children. Also, the baby kiwi… possibly the most bougie thing I’ve seen except that if you look closer… how do the Chileans spell their country name?

Small but well organized & stocked store. Be aware that parking is underground & a little tight. You will find almost the same items as in bigger Whole Foods. Suggestion - visit bakery & fresh prepared meals, especially if you're staying in one of the hotels nearby. Since it's Virginia - wine & beer are also present and good variety.

I love this store. It may look small but it will have most of what you’re looking for. Always clean and well stocked. The staff is very helpful. Just know that the parking is underground and a little tight.

A great store i like it lots of hard to find iteams good fresh bakery lot good win and fresh food/ natural which good.Friendly and very helpful staff they are very knowable on all the sell.very clean and all the c19 restrictions and be countions are done a all around a good food market i would highly recommend try it you will like it i do.

First time visit. They had so Many fresh options, especially with my whole 30 menu needs. The hot food bar is super tempting. Meat options are a little more than I’d like to spend but were beautiful cuts of meat. Parking lot a little tight so slow down.

Everything I need food-wise is here! Love the hot food bar, salad bar, pizza bar, Plant Burger station, pasta station, and fresh baked breads! I also love that they have a plant section in front!

I shop my most groceries from this particular Wholefoods location, very clean easy finding parking and very friendly staff, fast checkouts on point. Highly recommended.
