Please Costco , update the scan and go options for an easy and fast check out. I literally keep my Sam’s for this reason. It seems like no matter the day or time this location gets so packed with long lines it can be discouraging to even go in. Also so often when asking employees where to find items it takes about the third person to assist because others don’t know. Thanks for having clean restrooms!

December 2025 Always love to check out different Costco for some regional items. Found some great on line clearance after Christmas.

Costco is Costco. Slowly losing is once held glory. It was once a pleasure to stop there, now it's a burden. You have attracted rude and mannerless demographics. Sad!

Nice spacious open store and the staff is helpful. The good products are great quality and the store is very clean. The snack station is very well maintained. It's my favorite Costco.

We had a very humiliating experience here today, at around 3-4pm . I want to be clear: I take full responsibility that my toddler stood up on the table for a moment. It was an honest mistake and happened quickly. However, the way the dreaded short hair staff/cashier handled it was completely unacceptable. Instead of walking over and politely asking us to get him down (which we would have done immediately), the cashier screamed at us across the table. It caused a huge scene and everyone stared at us. We felt incredibly embarrassed. We understand safety is a priority and unsanitary , but there is no need to yell at a family for a simple mistake. A little kindness and professionalism would go a long way.

Costco always great to shop, get gas, tires, etc. Parking sucks b/c the stores are so busy, and humans can be rude to one another. But Costco is great!

I give this Costco store 5 stars because their service is so good. To my surprise, they have staffs to guide the cars at its gas station. I never saw that in New York.

New coke machines really suck and the soda is flat, we miss the ultra carbonated pepsi. Other than that everything is great

This Costco is smaller than most others that I have been to. It still has most of the core items that I regularly need though. The facility is clean, and the employees are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.

I almost buy everything from Costco, from milk to furniture. I enjoy the peace of mind while shopping at Costco that I can return easily if I don’t like it or don’t need it.

Ordered a pizza at store kiosk -- asked for update after 30 minutes, and was impossible to get a polite response. Finally, received pizza after 39 minutes. Wow!

Well what can I say!! This Costco is beyond overly crowded EVERYDAY!!! THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A TIME THAT I HAVE VISITED THIS LOCATION AND IT WASN’T CROWDED. The parking lot is a true mad house and people are flying thru there as if they are in a darn Kentucky derby. The lines are super long and unorganized but I come here to shop and get my Strawberry smoothie from the cafe on each and every visit with a slice of pepperoni pizza. That smoothie has me coming back wayyyyy too often!!! All in all the prices are decent and affordable. I will be back, I think I pay a yearly membership for the gas and the smoothie from the cafe because baby I am going back tomorrow.

This Costco is great. The parking lot is full of transients, panhandlers, and people in full addiction. There is always at least one person checking doors and have even seen someone break into a car.

Honestly every time I come customer service is a hit or miss depending on staff which is sad because if I’m paying 100$+ for a membership I personally feel like the environment should always feel positive and friendly. Today was especially rude because the lady at the scanner was super unprofessional when asking me to scan, the people in front of me didn’t have there cards ready and instead of her saying something to them with a lot of attitude she told ME that Im just standing there wasting other peoples time and that there are 2 scanners for a reason. To which then I replied that’s fine but the people in front of me were the ones that weren’t ready but you chose to give me attitude. I felt like that was super unwelcoming and that she could’ve 100% been way nicer about the situation. As someone who works in customer service as well I know she is not suppose to talk to customers like that. This was extremely disappointing. I went today about 5pm when this happened. Hopefully Costco has a talk to there workers about being more friendly soon.

In comparison to my usual Costco (in Hawaii), it is less busy with shorter lines! It had a good variety of items but maybe because I wasn't familiar with it, it seemed like I was walking through a maze??? The layout was different. I also didn't like the food court right at the checkout lines. It makes it really crowded as youre trying to exit. Hawaii's food court is outside with an outdoor dining area. However, I can say I did like the order kiosks! I loved visiting a new store and will still forever be an executive shopper!

Hi , I was at Costco Fairfax VA yesterday, September the 2nd 2025 between 6pm and 7pm. At the Cashier, one of the associates named HECTOR was about to attack me , he was very rude, very impolite started yelling at me, that there is some plastic meat bags on the cart as I did buy the ground beef and I told him when you touch some plastic bags , you are not supposed to put them back for the hygiene as we are still dealing and always dealing with some kind of bacteria. I called the supervisor, I think his name was Diego, he was professional and kind and he understood what happened and I'm just writing to show Costco Fairfax VA the difference between that rude HECTOR and Mr Diego the supervisor. HECTOR has no place at the Cashier nor at the Customer service, he snapped, he's taking things personal . Thank you Mr Diego the supervisor for saving the situation yesterday. Please do take action against HECTOR as he was humiliating me in front of my husband. Thank you

Every time we purchased the boxes of potato chips there is always several of them opened already and STALE. So if you buy them make sure to check every bag when you open box. It's surprising to me and we spend alot of money over time buying these.

I’ve been to a few Costco since joining the club. This Costco has to be the “cleanest” store on the planet. Each and every shelf is straight, fully stocked and the floor is spotless. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. While this location is out of my normal routine, it’s worth a drive for the fresh flowers, fruits and vegetables and the endless deals on whatever you may need. Seriously, this store is truly inspiring to any other Costco for what the standard should be for every location. Enjoy your shopping experience!

This place is always so busy, any day, any time; the store and the gas station!! So parking and getting in and out are often tricky. Though I must say, the people who work there have always been helpful and pleasant. I've used the tire shop as well. Hard to beat prices and great work.

probably the best bicycle racks at a Costco in the DMV (though could have been placed in a better location - not a fan of the corner location; hopefully the gas attendants can keep an eye on things) - not many Costcos even have a bicycle rack (DC has a short wave-style rack; Pentagon City and Fairfax have a small grid style rack) - NEED MORE BICYCLE RACKS AT MORE COSTCOS!

They have new blankets and new muffins and new Croissant bread. Plus spring time ribbon. Plus a cute unicorn book shelf.

Second time bringing a vehicle in without an appt and without fail these guys always help me out. Did a tire rotation and found out more repairs are needed. Got a reasonable quote for new tires and everything is great. Thanks Edwin, Josh, and everybody else I couldn’t remember. Always a great time coming here. Honest, fair priced, and always with a good attitude. Thanks again.

Absolutely love Costco! It has everything I would ever need. I would say that Costco fulfills about 90% of all our household shopping needs. As for the rest I may go to Wegmans simply because they have unique items that Costco doesn't carry. But all our meat, veggies, cheese, bread, eggs, seltzer, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and wine come from Costco. If you are ever throwing a party, Costco is your one stop shop destination. Our favorite food items are the salmon filets, English cheddar cheese, Kirkland brand seltzer, and the Irish butter!

This is a VERY difficult review (and the longest one I've ever written) because I am a Costco person #kirklandgang (not a real gang obviously, just a group of people who love Costco lol). Either way, I'm gonna give Costco a 2 out of 5 star in this Google review because I'm tired of the experience I've been having at the Costco food court. Enough is enough! Costco pizza is a 9 out of 10! I would give it a 10 if they brought back the veggie pizza and Supreme pizza options. (hint hint) But the issue and situation with the food courts at the two Costcos I frequent is a mess (Alexandria Rt 1 and Woodbridge Potomac Mills). The wait time for the whole pizzas can be over 40 minutes which truthfully that isn't the issue. I wait without much complaint as long as 1.5 hours for 2 pizzas at least once a month. My issue is the gaggle of people, poor organization/flow of service and the minimal customer service that I continue to get. It's obviously not just me because most of the customers are feeling the same frustration when I'm there. Today, I experienced the worst customer service I've ever experienced at Costco. I won't mention his name although I seriously debated it bc he was rude to me and his co-worker that was trying to help me. And it's not the 1st time I've experienced it or seen it. He should not be customer facing with that type of disposition. I thank the manager Jasmine and the supervisor and the employee that was actually trying to help me get the drinks for my kids and I while I waited for the pizza. With a 30 minute wait time getting your other items IF you want them should not be a problem-and normally isn't with anyone else but him. He rudely told his coworker that I could wait eventhough they were calling orders past my number. He said it 3 times while I was standing in front of him as if I wasn't there and as if she wasn't allowed to help me as if he was in charge. I don't know who he thought he was dealing with. I kept my cool but addressed his rude customer service and asked why I couldn't get my items while I wait for my pizza and asked for a manager. After talking to the supervisor who was helpful but I asked for a manager because I needed to ensure I was heard. Now please keep in mind I rarely write negative reviews bc I recognize that everyone's experiences are different and I like to give places chances to do better but poor customer service is a huge problem that is so easy to avoid and easy to correct with a little bit of courtesy and respect. Please note I've worked at Taco Bell, McDonald's, TGI Fridays, Golden Corral and other restaurants and customer service jobs in highschool and college and even after I graduated. I am a process improvement and project manager and if anyone asked me I'd love to give some simple recommendations for my beloved Costco to improve the crappy experiences I and many others have had with the food court. I also would like to say that I feel bad for the employees at the food court because it's a pressure cooker and I doubt it's an easy job dealing with the crowds of people that they serve all day. Thank you to all of you for serving us this yummy and great priced food! But it's 2024 and I hope you do better and expect more from your employees and take time to assess and improve the efficiency at your food court. Will I stop going to Costco, heck no! But I will definitely continue to be a vocal customer if or when I get poor customer service. Just being real with you. Overall Costco gets a 8 out of 10 most days but today and in regards to the food court experiences today and in the past, they get a 3 out of 10 for customer service (but like I said earlier a 9 out of 10 for the food! Can't beat the quality and price! If you read this entire review, thx. Very kind of you. ?

Not my favorite Costco, since it lacked the items I got at other Costcos. It was also very crowded early in the morning. The customer service was very good. We did find items we needed at a good price. I always love their fresh vine tomatoes & bags of avocados. I did like their high quality white wine selection with high ratings. The $1.50 drink with giant beef hotdog at Costco is still present and a great deal there. Almost bought a new snack item I never saw in Costco but didn’t. I would only go to this Costco again for convenience yet I rather try another Costco.

This huge place is the best way to buy! Everyday you have new offers in all, technology, clothes, furniture, food and more, you need a membership to enter here (you can get in the place), available to all people for an annual amount, you need to show your ID when you go to enter, best prices here, I really recommend this wholesale.
