The reservation process was easy, and I appreciated the first month free promotion — I only paid $29 to get started. When I arrived at the storage facility, my unit was clean and ready to go. I have had my storage unit for 2+ years and I could not be happier. The staff is so knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, and accommodating. The facility is clean and safe. I am 100% pleased with the price and people.

Extremely disappointed. I'm not the only one who has shared their frustration in getting a rate increase with no notice. I was told they sent a letter but if I received one, would I be so upset about my rent doubling?! I was also told that my rate was promotional for 3 months and now I have to pay market price. In my contract, the rent is stated as I agreed with no mention of it being a promotional price and of course in the fine print on page 21 is the comment that the rate can increase at any time. The unit is really nice and I was very happy with it but now I have move everything out because double the rent is not feasible for me.
