needed to fix my window because someone broke into my car and immediately over the phone Eric was super helpful and made me feel better. went in 20 minutes later and he was ready to help me out. he was amazing and super nice. i appreciate his help. was able to fix my window within 15 minutes and i was still able to make it to work! you can tell when someone does really care about the customer ! will deff be coming back :)
Couldn't find a reasonable price for a rear headlight assembly for my 2006 Mitsubishi Outlander, but Eric and Happy came through. Eric is a scholar and a gentleman. Happy is awesome with the sale. Together. they make this establishment respectable and concise. They found the light assembly for me at a reasonable price ($75). Eric installed it in record time for a reasonable fee. I will be returning for my future auto needs! 5 STARS UP AND DOWN! Note: Happy kept winking at me when Eric installed the light assembly and inquired if I wanted to do dinner. I may take him up on that offer...
I will say this is a legit review. I called up NYC auto parts and spoke to Eric. He gave me a straight competitive price on an engine. I had it delivered and installed at my shop and it is running like a champ. I really want to thank this amazing team for the outstanding assistance they provided. We will be in touch again in the near future.
