I bought a cooling fan for my Mercedes here and it didn’t work. I called back the very next day and the guy who answered even remembered me and when I went there to return it they said no because I didn’t have my receipt 😆. They knew I bought it there and they still said no. What a sad business that has no customer value to do the right thing and exchange it for something else. No worries because they didn’t know I’m a mechanic and I do work all day everyday. There loss because I’ll never go there again. Stay away from here horrible service
I had a great experience with East Coast Auto Salvage. I bought a caliper here for my 2010 Hyundai Sonata for just $20, as I needed it temporarily while waiting for the new OEM part to arrive. Their online inventory system was super easy to navigate, and I didn’t have to waste time searching through multiple junkyards to find the correct part. I found it almost immediately on their website. I ended up using the caliper for longer than expected—about 3 months and 3,000 miles—thanks to some procrastination on my part. To my surprise, it worked perfectly and could have likely lasted even longer.
