Great speedy service and the guy who picked up our car knew what he was doing. We’ve used him several times with great success. Also changed a belt on my car.

The absolute best towing service I’ve ever used. I was in an incredibly tough spot with a uhaul and Pops got me out with expert precision. I couldn’t be happier.
Our company had to get one of our vans towed today. Pops Towing answered their phone immediately, asked me to text the pick up and drop off location for the vehicle along with the make/model of the vehicle, and then replied immediately that they were heading out. They kept in touch the whole time by text and sent a photo to verify that they'd dropped the vehicle at the dealership service center. They were highly efficient and professional. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in need.

Tow company accepted tow confirmed via Swoop and confirmed via phone call with a 120 min eta. 90 mins in they cancled via the app. No explanation given. Requiring it to be reassigned and an additional 90 min wait. Unprofessional to where it could of been a hazzard had I not been in a safe location!
RESPOSE TO OWNER: I HAVE NOT POSTED MULTIBLE REVEWS. Facts are facts. Your employee called me to confirm the tow. It had been issued thru Swoop. He provided an ETA not a decline of service. Then canceled after 90 mins. Like my original revision stated. Had I been in an unsafe location that would of resulted in me being on the side of the road for at least 2 hours extra due to your unprofessional way of doing buis. My identity is not material to the way you conducted buis. Maybe you should focus on the real issue at hand. Good luck with that vacation.
Can’t say enough about the service. Pops Towing was professional and on time especially with the situation I was in. Victory (owner/operator) was really professional during the whole process and made sure my SUV arrived to the designated location safely. Thank you again ??
Terrible customer service & will never use them again.
I was told they were close by and would get to me within 30 minutes. An hour and a half goes by and my calls are declined 4 times. I had someone else call on my behalf since I could not get through and they answer immediately and say they canceled and will not be of any assistance to me with no explanation why and did not even let me know at all.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is horrible, if you even want to consider it a company, and they are anything but friendly and professional. Due to a stupid decision on the tow truck driver's part, and some fault of another driver, they got into an accident and damaged my truck. I was not current when this occurred, I left it at a parking lot when it would no longer start. The lady representative of the towing company, Michelle, actually was refusing to give the police a statement, they had to take her aside apparently. I called her at one point to ask if her driver had given his statement to Geico. She refused because she said they were not responsible... also told me that their insurance company said they weren't at fault. I had no part in this accident and even something as simple as the driver's statement would've helped my case in the insurance claim. In the end, I ended up having to pay my $250 deductible. The only insurance companies that should have been involved were the drivers, none of which were me. I will be filing a claim with Better Business Bureau. I will also be calling my insurance company to advise them not to ever use this so called company.. Ever again. This company (which doesn't even seem legit) should be ashamed of themselves. They bought a truck, easily started an LLC, and try to call themselves a business. I'm completely disgusted.
They suck completely. I will be telling my insurance not to use them anymore. They are very unreliable. My truck broke down in the middle of the street and I really needed them to come. They told me that it would be 60 minutes. 2 hours go by and in the midst of waiting. I told the rep to tell them to hurry because it was about to storm. They were slow. I call the number twice, no answer. The guy calls me back 2minutes later and said he saw that I called twice. I said to him that I was calling to see how long the driver would be. The guy had the driver call me and he said that he wouldn’t be able to come right away because he was about to drop a car and had to pick up another. It would be another 2 hours. It’s raining hard at this point and I told them that I couldn’t wait anymore. Thank god that the police were there and the officer had to get me a tow truck. Do not use them again. They ended up canceling the job instead of telling me that they will send someone else. Never again. I will be leaving a review on BBB too.
