Usually get great service, but today, really needed a tire and 8:00 the PLA was a ghost town. Not sure what the actual hours are, but it was posted as 8:00 am

Sold my car through a car buying service. Received a message that Bauls would be there between 7-11 the next day. On cue at 7::30 Andrew the driver called to say “on my way”. Loaded it up, title signed and gone in 5 min. Had a little trouble with one of the pay apps. Sorted it out with Jason. Money was sent within minutes. super easy process.

I had a flat on a Sunday early evening with our Tesla. Tesla's do not have spare tires and have to be towed. Baul's not only answered their phone he was able to stay in touch with me to line up towing. We were parked in a parking lot so we agreed to have it towed first thing in the morning. Bau's was prompt sending an Expereinced tow driver for Teslas, Baul's immediately repaired the tire on the Tesla and I brought a tire that was damaged before (in my car's trunk) and he did what Tesla the other tire place couldn't do. All for the better price than anyone for all services listed above. Give this guy a chance and you will NOT be disappointed. I will surely use him again and again. Great personal experince.
The guys know their wheels and tires like you know the back of your hand. I’m talking about when all the other shops couldn’t do it they did it at the prices better than marketplace, eBay, discount tire or anyone you name that is great quality.
Don’t listen to the whiners out there trash talking about the service. If you know what you want and need, come with the right attitude and demeanor you get treated properly.
Came here to get my son's car fixed. We explained our issue and we were told that we needed to replace the back rotors which cost $300 we paid the price. It started off driving okay but a week later I finally took in on the highway and the car starting doing the same thing I took it to Bauls for in the first place,but this time worse. It starting to slow down the more I tried to accelerate followed by a lot of shaking on the steering wheel and a tapping noise that wasn't there before this could have caused me my life or others. Would not recommend this place whatsoever.
After not showing up twice, they then refused to pay me after I went to their office to get paid and being told, I was the cashapped I literally think a giant pile of steaming dog Doodoo is worth more than the owner. These people are absolutely horrible. Do not go there they’re rude. They are not reliable and they are liars.
I wish I could give this place a zero.went to price a tire and was told $60 that was to remove it and dispose of the tire. Ok cool then I go back to just purchase just the the tire and it was $60, so I’m like how is it $60 for just the tire and you ain’t doing no work and they didn’t even clean to make sure it was a good tire. But the one guy just attitude was terrible. I HATE THAT PLACE!!! Went to another place and they said they hear complaints about that shop ALL THE TIME
Called these guys as soon as my tire blew out and the owner of the company immediately responded to my car. It was shy of six in the morning so you know it was early. And as soon as he heard my tire blew out he dispatched a tow truck to get me to his yard in less then thirty minutes I was off loaded where I was greeted with someone ready to change my tire over all great service !
Had my tire replace, then ended up having a slow leak, when I went to fill it my whole entire tire cap flew off. Come to find out it was cracked tire cap. Put a donut on and went back to have them fix whatever was wrong. They said it was my fault ended up paying again for them to fix it. Only to end up with the same problems only worst then I had prior to going to them. If I could give them a zero or negative 1000 I would. All in a weeks timing everything went downhill. It’s a sad business. DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE HERE!!!
Super fast work, amazing prices, very welcoming atmosphere and energy, and very knowledgeable in their profession! A 5 minute conversation as they changed my brakes turned into every question and concern at had regarding my car answered and now fixed. They are officially my primary shop.
They do not have a mechanic, only can change tires, and do half behind brake jobs. Sales only used tires. After going to this tire shop and paying discount prices for their services you will still need to go to a professional to get work done correctly. Its a temporary fix, guaranteed you will still need to get the work done somewhere else.
I had a Dodge Intrepid that Jason and Chris kept in great mechanical shape for me and was easy on my pockets. I had the same experience with my VW Toureg. Now after building such a great relationship with them for over the last 7yrs or so today I'm taking my GMC YUKON DENALI to meet my main man, the chief mechanic Chris and there's no doubt in my mind that I'll get the same satisfaction. I'm Randy Bowers and I approve this post!
Poor. Customer service. Will bait and switch you on the tires, so pay close attention. Louie is nice , other guy? Not so much. Went there for 7 years. New management means new kind of service. I won't be back. Lost a long time customer. Bye Bauls hello Goodyear. Smh
Steering wheel started gravitating to the right, along with a strange noise from outside of the car. Assumed it was an alignment or belt issue, went to a reputable auto spot to check it out, and they said it was actually a slipped tire belt -- IN ONE OF THE 2 TIRES THIS PLACE SOLD TO US AND INSTALLED ON THE CAR!!!! Never even knew belts existed in tires before this happened, but you'd figure someone running a business around tires WOULD KNOW AND KNOW TO CHECK WHEN THEY'RE WORN!
About 4-5 weeks passed between buying the tires here ($45 each), and then replacing them with brand new ones. Also, Two J's (down the street), will plug your tire leak for less money.
They sure tried it! I went here to get the car towed and after spending time going thru two different people telling me two different prices and then coming in to hear the price wasn't what I was quoted, they never showed. I waited ALL DAMN day to get them to tow my car and I ended up coming back to get my keys. Then the guy had to call to get permission to get my money back??? ok. I'm not even going to get to the tires....nope!!
Hey I went to Bails and received excellent service and a big discount on my brakes and rotors. They can get my service anytime. Need brakes and rotors at a good price come to Bauls auto center.
I went to Bauls and got 2 used back tires for my truck at a very fair price and the service was good and they took care of me. I get home and had a hole in one of tires in which they fixed the next day. My problem is is that they have a 14 day warranty. Well 10 days pass and one of the tires gut busted, so i take it back and the manager with the beard said they didn't have any and would call me in a couple days and never did and when i went back he just hid in the bathroom and never came out. Lets just say im still waiting for my tire. I knew your plan was to wait till the 14 days were up so you didn't have to give me a new tire. I guess you succeeded if thats how you do business ill never be back.
