The girl on store cost me over $100 to undo the damage she had done to my car, she should be paying me back that money, if she didn’t know how to put my wiper blades on she should have just said so instead she completely screwed programming in my car and on top of that she was so condescending and rude, my first time and last time to ever come to this store or any of their locations again, I am livid at the frustration and money that this girl cost me yesterday, she made sure that I couldn’t buy food to eat or pay my bulls, NEXT TIME IF YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU’RE DOING DON’T MESS WITH PEOPLE’S CARS!

The people in the store actually were pretty helpful even when they didn't know they just said they didn't know. Instead of telling me some thing that was not true. They did a good job. I got what I needed and didn't have to go back.

Came in there young girl was rude didn't want to help and had an attitude. I took my money elsewhere were I was treated with courtesy not met with rudeness. Will not be returning

The GM, D was awesome. Very helpful in getting everything we needed for our daughter’s car to get her on the road. Recommended for any automotive needs in the Wilmington area.

It would be nice if people who work at a store were knowledgeable about what they sell. Not all are UPDATE: This was actually the first meh experience i have had here. Many other times, the staff has been very helpful with things. This was the first time I actually had to ask any questions about the products or how to use something. I was expecting that people trained in automotive service would be working there - like the service I used to get at Pepboys.

I went to this store to by wipers on 04/04/2025 and much to my surprise, that afternoon, I WAS HACKED TO THE TUNE OF $1371.38 from CARID.COM. THANK GOD MY BANK CAUGHT IN TIME! DO NOT SHOP THERE!

I had some trouble sourcing supplies from other stores (Auto Zone) with no luck. Dana Bates was able to help me find what I need quickly, and was very friendly and informative throughout my visit. This location is a bit out of my way, but it’s my go-to spot from here on out. 10/10.

I've never met the owner but do hope they see this. Give all the staff a pay raise!!! Dana and the crew there are the most helpful and respectful customer service representatives i have ever delt with. I take care of all 9 of the family's cars, from the suburban to mini van to the Kia. The crew there always goes out of there way to find what I need.

Staff didn't know the difference between LED, HID and halogen headlight bulbs. Nor were they interested in helping me find the correct size for my vehicle.

Unkind employee. They would not install the new battery I bought because it was drizzling a bit of rain. It’s perfectly safe to install a car battery when it’s raining. Gave no other options, then asked for the battery core for the refund… how am I supposed to give you that when you won’t change the battery?

On line order pick up. Staff was great and accommodating. Love when thr *ladies* are working. Makes me feel better coming in and asking any questions. (Even though when I need to ask the men they ate helpful also!)

Had a great experience getting my battery changed last night. The younger man was very helpful both on the phone and then in the store. The other employee helped change my battery dealing with a difficult-to-remove battery fastener. He refused my tip offer. You don't see this type of customer service much these days.

I really appreciate the services I received at this location. Max was very knowledgeable and helpful as he completed the installation of a new battery for my 2019 Honda Accord. I will likely be back to this store for my auto parts needs because of the great experience I had today. Thanks!

I wouldn't recommend. The staff was rude! And Entitled! He wouldn't accept to change our battery for free (regardless of the store policy) because it was hot outside and they didn't feel like doing it. So stay away from this store if you can.

Advance Auto is becoming my go-to auto parts store. They have a lot of parts in stock for my old Nissan, usually knowledgeable staff, and all the regular good stuff sometimes even on sale in stock. Some of the discounts are only available on their app, And I like the idea that you get speed perks rewards when you buy things like batteries and brake rotors. This trip was just to get some additives for my fuel tank in the hope of increasing my gas mileage ( folly, I am certain) but I bought a few other things while I was there. My old car always needs some love.

UPS needs to not make this a pickup point anymore. Your in-store employees are unprofessional and lazy to check for a package when a customer calls. You guys have stated twice that my package is not in your possession when I have called. UPS is stating it is and that they've had several other issues with your employees telling other guest they don't have their package when you guys do. UPS recommended that I go in to physically check and get it because your employees do not know what they're doing or saying! I will also be reporting this location and filing a claim as well to ensure UPS removes you guys permanently because a location like this does not deserve business in any way!

This is my favorite parts store as of now based on proximity and the use of the SpeedPerks program but on my most recent visit they didn’t even have a basic metal radiator cap. That is extremely sad for an auto parts store...still a decent place. Most of the guys there know what they are doing and it is never super busy.

I went in early this am and Joe and his nearly kept bearded coworker (that I didn't see his name) sold me a battery and put it in for free. I didn't ask, they offered...and quickly got me on my way and then refunded my deposit! And the price was 1/2 of Auto Zone...they have great customer service too, but definitely were beaten by this price AND service. Thank you guys!

Great prices good selection. Good people. Love the fact that you can find the stuff online order it and then go pick it up. Nice to have multiple locations in the area. Also like the small shopping carts and the super low cost tools. They also do tool rental which I like

The staff is excellent and very efficient, the manager Nick was very helpful in diagnosing the problem with my truck and his team was quick to fix the issue and get my truck back on the road. Their prices are great and very competitive with other shops and I wouldn't trust another shop with my vehicle repairs. I highly recommend this shop, the staff are the best in the area!!

Friendly service. Only recently started going there for auto parts but so far so good. Just got a BWD ignition coil that has a limited lifetime warranty. Hope I don't need to go back for a replacement due to it becoming defective. Lifetime or not, I want reliable parts. Time will tell.

By far the worst aap I've been to. Employees have a huge attitude problem, don't even say simple things like "hi", "thank you". They look at you like they're ready to fight. I even called the corporate to complain and they just have the manager of the store call me. I was told that he would "talk" to the employee with the attitude problem. I'm sure he did.
