Company had not pickup trash for a month in October to which I had to payout of pocket around 85 dollars to dump my trash at the landfill myself. Then had to nerve to send a bill for the next quarter with no discount for the inconvenience. But have the nerve to call when Im at work to request payment.
Edit the owner called and was in willing to work with me. They instead stated that October is “in the past”

It's going on 3 weeks now that my recycling hasn't been picked up,ridiculous. their trucks always seem to have a problem and this is not the first time this has happened. noone doesn't even pick up the phone when you call,just a recorded message saying there's an issue with the trucks and noone contacts the customers to let us know anything..our trash and recycling just sits out there piling up for the nightly critters to get into...i get that their trucks need repair like anything else, but 3 weeks?
Haven’t had our trash picked up in two weeks. Their truck always seems to be broken down. We were told someone would be out two days ago and we still haven’t gotten our trash picked up. I understand trucks need repair but this isnt the first time this has happened this year. My neighbors are getting tired of my trash piling up out front of our house. Can’t bring it in because we have no idea when it will or ever get picked up. We are up to 3 large trash containers now.
Hands down the best waste management company in Delaware. If they are delayed due to Mother Nature, they make certain to come out and get your trash! Not to mention I’ve forgotten to place my cans at the end of my driveway and they’ll kindly walked up my driveway to collect the cans! Name one trash service that will do that… I’ll wait…. Crickets…. I have no complaints! This family owned company is extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to recommend them to anyone who has the option to choose their trash vendor. The owners are very friendly and their rates are competitive and reasonable! Thank you for the best service and for always coming through for all our trash needs! Kudos to Robert for going above and beyond to provide the assistance needed even when he was delayed in service due to the recent snow storm!! He overdelivered for sure!

Pretty good service, my only complaint is the bins often get left way too much in the road. I get it if it’s not perfectly put back in its place but at least not in the middle of the road. Little frustrating having to move them out of the way every week just to park.
This weekend my car broke down and i moved my trash can to the back of my drive way to make room for a jump and forgot to move it back out front, I heard the trash pick up Tuesday morning while I was still in bed and cursed myself for forgetting to move the trash can to the front, only to find out the workers actually went and grabbed my trash can and pulled it to the front and took my trash anyway. I appreciate that so much. Thank you for your service.
Great family run company that was neighbor recommended. They have their drivers out this Saturday to make up for the Thursday snowstorm. Most Affordable pricing with service.
