I went for batteries for my car key fob and the store manager was extremely helpful, I told him didn’t have a clue what exactly did I need and he looked for it, replaced them , he sorted out the line so nobody waited to be taken care, I would definitely go back if needed. I think the tag name was Christopher so thank you

An employee at this Auto Zone (Caucasian, masculine woman) referred me to Atomic Garage. I will never again use a mechanic reference from this company again. I was taken advantage of and I'm out of $485.00. He allegedly changed my oil, however I've gotten my oil changed three times in this vehicle since I've purchased it and each time my oil life has went to 100%. My oil life was on 80% when I went to his shop and 80% after I left. Meaning there's no way he changed the oil. I took a picture of the 80% oil life so that the picture would be dated the same day I picked up my vehicle. I told him that my tag was expired and that I needed my car fixed in order to pass inspection he charged me $485.00 and 15 minutes after I left his shop my check engine light came back on. I went back the following day and he cleared the code again and started talking about the code possibly being a different issue that would then cost more money. When I went back the following day and I opened his garage door, he had a tire to a Jeep in his hand and he was bouncing it up and down like a basketball. Someone trusted him with their vehicle and he's acting like he's playing basketball with their tire. Which was all I needed to see to know he didn't actually complete the work he charged me for. I had to go to the DMV and get another T-Tag. By the time I reached the DMV the check engine light was back on. If I come to your shop and specifically say that my car has codes that are appearing and my vehicle isn't passing inspection I shouldn't leave your shop with the same codes that were appearing before I brought my vehicle there. Basically, attempting to get more money out of me. Now I have to take him to small claims court. I work very hard for my money and no one should be taking advantage of this way. Nor, should this Autozone employee be referring customers to people she knows who are just going to swindle hard working people out of their money.

This is my go to automotive store when I'm in the area. Some friendly associates. The reason for the 4 star review is because they added a self-checkout. I don't come to stores to work. If that was the case I would apply for the job. The very first time it was added it seems like none of the associates wanted to come to the register forcing me to use the self-checkout. Didn't sit well with me. I'm not for machines taking jobs. As a people we are lacking connection so I try to do my part for me and you.

Here 4/22/25 and both Jeff and Chris were helpful, professional and gave me awesome tips, service, and advice for me new AMG C 43. I need to clean it and Delaware has a lot of pollen. I am afraid to use standard car wash anymore. Last few times I was not impressed and this car is a beauty! Lots of supplies, well stocked and bright. Incredible hours are helpful too. I will return for any and all auto needs.

Alex is here now... She used to be at my home store. When I found out she was leaving, I didn't realize how much I took her customer service for granted. Now that she is gone, I know what I am missing. Alex was hands down the best person I ever met who worked for Autozone. Every time I placed an order, Alex would call me to confirm, make sure it was right and advise me on when I would receive the part. Alex also would call me when the parts arrived. Everything was so on point and the store ran so smoothly with her there. I really appreciate the help that I have received over the years, everything from switching my account to her store, to just providing the best service she could. I look forward to coming to this store now. Thank you Alex!

I went in with a dead battery and Jay P let me know that my battery was still under warranty and helped me get the new battery and swapped it out for me. He also made sure that my car was running fine once the new battery was installed. Thank you Jay P!!

I went back to auto zone today after buying a battery 2 to 3 weeks ago and gave a core battery in for the new one. Walked in and the manager asked me what was wrong with it. I said I tried to sart the car today and was dead and also other times would be weak to start. He said what do you wanna do? Do you want a new one? I said nope I want my money back, he replied sarcastically "you want your money back huh" I looked at him like yes with a surprise safe at his responsed. Then he started the transaction and walked away, when he came back I asked, is the money going back to my card? He replied "NOPE" and walked away again, long story short, I felt was treated like a thief or a cheap person. They need more customer service training, believe me I been working in that field for 24 years and a sure sir or please give me a minute sir and I'll take care of everything sir goes a long way for clients. Very unhappy auto zone at the moment.

Came into AutoZone to pick up some parts from our commercial account. I was told that by the manager Kyle that I have to wait why he count down a drawer I waited patiently another gentleman came in and he said that he needed to exchange something. Kyle stopped what he was doing to attend to him. I asked Kyle, can he ring me up so I can continue doing what I was doing and told me that the commercial account gets a way bigger discount so that is my least worries And technically, I should be closing so I did not have to actually ring you up at this time. I actually got into the store roughly like around maybe no later than 8:20 PM and that’s what Kyle said to me so I had told Kyle. I told Kyle that that was very rude for him to take someone else when I’ve been waiting here for over 20 minutes for him to count down the drawer, he doesn’t not need to be a manger he needs to go back to school and learn customer service because if I have to ever refer somebody, they would never get a referral for me to go to that store to deal with somebody with those type of responses, if I could give them no stars I would

This a great place! I always come here because of the costumer service! There’s a specific guy that I like, his name is Jeff W. He always tends to help out and try to save people money. He is a very great guy! I would highly recommend going to this store. Look for Jeff W. He will help you guys out!

Went in like I always do to get stuff for my husband’s shop and this will be my last time giving Autozone any of our business. I was standing at the commercial counter while the store manager just ignored me. This is the second time I’ve witnessed the store manager literally CHASE down an employee on the salesfloor SCREAMING at them about not doing something properly after he did the same exact thing and then the employee kept begging for this man to leave her alone but he just kept backing her into a corner. I’ve seen a few store managers over the years at this location and Dave is by far the worst. I talked to another employee about it and apparently this happens on the regular where the store manager treats employees unethically and has even done the same to customers. We will be giving our business to the Advance Auto down the street for now on. SHAME ON YOU AUTOZONE FOR NOT ENFORCING A SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT FREE FROM HARASSMENT.

Not sure whatsup with the new manager, but she needs a course in customer service and de-escalation. I came in two weeks ago for a headlight bulb, showed the guy the CORRECT part that I needed. He immediately dismisses me and looks up another headlight part that ends up being the wrong one once I got home. I sent my uncle back to exchange the part, but because he did not have my charge card they only did a return. So when I go back to politely explain my issue with the manager (greeted her professionally and everything) she starts making smart remarks before I can barely get my story out. Instead of just listening and coming up with a solution. I didn’t come in with an attitude, but after those remarks you can guarantee we both left with one that day.

My friend and I stopped by today to use the code scanner to try to understand why her car’s check engine light was on. Jayden came out to help. He was unable to get the store’s scanner to work, so he went over to his vehicle and got his own personal scanner to use. He also alerted her to her tire missing several stem caps! He was completely professional, kind, and helpful. I feel like he really went above and beyond with us today. Thank you, Jayden!!!

4 black dudes standing around, behind the counter, watching me wait in line, while a lone WHITE woman checked out those of us waiting in line. Other customers walked out because these guys not checking out people in line. The guys behind the counter were complaining about someone who didn't stock items the way they thought it should have been stocked. I waited 22 minutes to have 1 quart of oil rung up. Preposterous! Bad, very bad service.

Went to get a caliper bolt for my brakes a few days and the girl working was absolutely clueless as to where they were. When she asked the manager "Jimmy" where they were he told her she had to look the car up. Then instead of showing her how to do that, he took a call and started yelling at the caller about getting written up from calling out too much. Jimmy is obviously more concerned about disciplining employees than training them. Not the kind of environment anyone would want to shop or work at.

Came @ 8:23 to get power steering fluid for my car prior to them closing at 9:00 pm and the short bald blonde lady was mopping with the doors locked and told me i cant come in to buy prior to closing because the floor is wet…. Terrible customer service. After walking in and having to wait earlier that day with the same cashier eating a boston market rotisserie at the register. This is a bad representation of this establishment….

I came in today for some antifreeze and a belt they are so short staffed I had to leave a review the level of patience I observed from the two managers is truly commendable other customers in line were loosing patience and they both worked through it. I will be back! For all my needs the professionalism was outstanding .

I'd like to first say I really appreciate having your store in this area; it's greatly needed & convenient. My experience today was amazing and it was due to your staff member, Mr. Eriel (forgive spelling). I have an '07 Jeep Liberty & the dealership I visited told me I could no longer get parts. He offered me suggestions & your store's option to search & find what I may need. Also, I wasn't sure about a tool to use to finish a job and he offered to take a look at my vehicle & knew exactly what was needed. He should be commended for his knowledge & excellent Customer Service.?THANK YOU!!!

I had a very unpleasant visit while at this location by a manager named AJ. She had an attitude when simply asked a question about services and used foul language. She spoke unkindly to others in line that had questions about services mentioned online! The experience was unpleasant and unprofessional across the board.

Exceptional customer service. Today I brought my 2015 Chevy battery in to be recharged, only to find out two hours later that it didn't charge at all. My husband went back into the store and the gentleman who helped us went above and beyond. If the world had more people who are willing to go above and beyond it would be a better place.

Had my battery changed at Auto Zone in January of 2022. I just had an oil change and the mechanic told me my battery is leaking chemicals. I called Auto Zone and they told me my battery is still under warranty. This is my third time back here and have not had any luck of getting my battery replaced. I went one day in the morning and was told he was only staff and cannot do it then, but to come back at 11am, which I did that day and was told they are busy and that the next day would work better for their staff. I didn’t go the next day due to having previous obligations. I go today and was told they don’t know when they are able to change it. There were three workers there and two other customers in there. I asked how long would it be until someone could change it and the staff said not sure, I said what about the sign you guys advertise that most battery changes can happen in an hour or less, she just looked at me. Annoyed , because this is the third time I’ve been denied and I don’t want to drive around with a battery I bought from auto zone less than a year ago that is leaking chemicals with my children, I left. As soon as I got into my car the other customer got into her car. So there are three staff members and just now one customer , but my battery that is under warranty could not be changed yet again. I usually love auto zone, but now I am just getting annoyed due to the circumstances.

Elisha helped us get our car battery up and charged. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He even came outside in the cold to undo the battery from the car. I tried holding the door for him as he had his hands full with all of the equipment but he insisted that he would hold the door for us instead. I couldn’t believe that he could do all that he done with absolutely no help from anyone. So yes he has excellent multitasking skills and he does his work very carefully so he won’t make any mistakes too. You can clearly see that by observation. I had to ask his name so I could write a review because he really deserves a 10 star review for his professionalism in customer service and work skills. Thank You!

It’s very sad that this newly opened store has unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I went in for brakes and was asked about my rotor size. I told them that I was not sure and asked how would I find out. The lady who was helping said I don’t know maybe your manual or something. So the guy in the store say you have to go measure them. I asked are you able to help because I do not know how and never been asked this for brakes. He said no you just go out there and take the tire off and measure it. They were rude and I will not go back! I went to another store (not autozone) and was helped with no issues and did not need rotor sizing.
