I recently purchased my first vehicle from Lexus of Wilmington, and our experience was exactly what you would want when buying a vehicle. Luis Cardona was helpful, knowledgeable, upfront and kind. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, and in the used car market, it is very tough to get what you want. We have been very happy with our purchase.

My family and I have been customers of Lexus of Wilmington for over 20 years. I leased my first Lexus almost 9 years ago and have loved all three of my NX’s since. I went into to Lexus yesterday with no expectations as my current NX lease is not up for a few months. At best, I was interested in exploring moving into a newer NX. Mandy and Drew blew my expectations out of the water. I presented them with an impossible challenge of little to money down and minimal to no increase on my current monthly payment. Not only did Mandy and Drew accomplish both tough asks, I was upgraded from the perfectly suitable NX to a 2026 Lexus RX 350. This experience is exactly why my family and I have purchased now 10 Lexus’s from Lexus of Wilmington. I will be back in three years for my next Lexus! Mandy and Drew are the best and cannot wait to work with them again in the future!

We bought our car from Troy Ross, who went out of way to transfer the car from their sister dealership to their Wilmington location to ensure that it was Here in time and detailed for pick up with a full tank of gas, the paper work process was so smooth for my husband who had a crazy work schedule the day we got the car. Then when we experienced a minor thing with the car we brought it back to the dealership to get checked out by Joe, who went out of his way to go on a drive with us to diagnose it. Then he also worked with his team Rob and Cody to get me a loaner in the mean time while they worked on the car. They went above and beyond with the loaner getting it detailed to ensure we had proper service. If you want a good experience while trying to buy a car. The winter roads took a toll on my new Lexus LS 500 tires, ugh! But, thanks to Lexus of Wilmington, they were able to ease my pot-hole misery not just once but twice in the same week! So happy I purchased the wheel and rim protection plan when I bought my car last year! The staff here are very knowledgeable and made my process of buying a vehicle seem less and less complicated as buying a car would be. Amazing experience. Clear and transparent pricing. Costly compared to market value on some services. My service representative Alex Grant was amazing. He explained everything at each step of the process. I went on 9/25/25 at 7:15 am. He pulled my chair out at his desk everytime he came and got me to discuss what was found after each diagnostics. He explained everything very transparent. Great service. The atmosphere was very nice with snacks, coffee, tea and water. It also had a big screen TV and different places to sit depending on your needs. Update: Had oil change only $135 dollars. Great price.

I have purchased multiple Lexus vehicles over the years from dealerships in PA, MD, DE, and NJ. Unfortunately, this dealership does not offer the level of service that Lexus is known for. This was my third vehicle purchase with Lexus of Wilmington, and it will be my last. While my experience with my sales representative, Martin, during the purchase process was neutral, I have received no follow-up communication despite multiple emails and phone calls. I am also very disappointed in the detailing department. I mentioned several times to several different employees that the interior had visible stains and needed to be cleaned properly. When the vehicle was first brought around, the areas we pointed out were still dirty. I asked that it be redone, and after waiting over an hour, I unfortunately had to leave due to a meeting. My father stayed to pick up the vehicle, but the same areas were still not cleaned. The stains that were explicitly pointed out were ignored, and the attached photos show this clearly. Additionally, when we got the vehicle home, we discovered that the passenger-side vent diverter is broken (photo attached). I have called and emailed multiple times about this issue and still have not received a response. I need to know how this will be resolved. It’s disappointing to spend this amount of money at a dealership and not receive the level of service and care that should come with a Lexus purchase.

Highly recommend Jason Souder and Kyle Langford at Lexus of Wilmington. Jason was our sales consultant and was professional, excellent at communicating and very knowledgeable. I called and Jason was quick to provide videos and answer all my questions about a pre-owned NX300 as I was going be making a long drive from Maryland. My husband and I arrived at Lexus Wilmington to find that Jason made sure to have the car fully detailed before the test drive. He was very honest and quick to point out that the car was missing a censor upon checking out the vehicle. He reassured us that the censor will be replaced after they ordered the part since they did not have it in stock. We enjoyed our test drive while Jason told us all about the area and even showed us some landmarks. After a short time of signing paperwork with James Dollar who was also amazing to deal with, I was given the keys to my car with a full tank of gas. I won’t ever forget the kindness and professionalism of this dealership and would drive an hour and a half again to purchase a vehicle here. I arrived home just in time to get some photos of this beauty. Jason still checks in on me to make sure the car is doing great. Thanks again Jason, you rock!
