I have been taking my 2011 Ford Fusion to this Firestone locations for the last 5 years, and they always do an amazing job at inspecting my car and then repairing my car for whatever needs to be done. It’s also incredibly convenient to be able to drop my car the night before a scheduled appointment, discuss any repairs on the phone the next day for approval, and then pick up my car the day of those repairs. Would highly recommend anyone bring their car here for the quality, speed, and trust-worthy service at this location.

Very flexible with pricing and were more than willing to work with me a customize my vehicle plans ! Debbi was awesome and so knowledgeable!

Awful place. I went in for an alignment. They couldn't complete the alignment due to stripped camber bolts so they decided to only do the front end (not even to factory specs) and still charged full price. They also gave me a crazy quote of 475$ to replace the bolts when other places told me 120$.

Ryan and Diego were very helpful when we got all new tires on our car. Service was done quick and professionally. I always bring my company and personal cars to this shop.

The staff takes the time to explain what’s needed without pressure and makes sure I feel confident in the decisions being made about my vehicle. Customer service here feels genuine, not rushed, which is rare these days. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, professional, and dependable auto care.

Had a slow leak in my tire. Thought it was a nail and a bad valve stem, turns out to only be a valve stem issue. AUSTIN did a great job. 30 mins and im back on the road.

I took my car in for an alignment that I thought I had a lifetime alignment, but for whatever reason the last time I was here I spent $826 for tie rods and supposedly a lifetime alignment, but apparantly according to the paperwork it was standard. Although, I have a lifetime alignment on all my vehicles with this company, for some reason when I asked for lifetime on this vehicle they gave me the standard. So, I really wasn't happy that I had to pay again (this time I made sure paperwork said lifetime on it). I pay for lifetime because for as long as I own my vehicle my alignments don't cost me anything. But overall the staff was okay, they got my vehicle in the bay in a decent amount of time (I didnt really have to wait as long as they thought it would be), did the alignment, and I was out of there. I took a star away because the last visit caused me issues on this visit.

Firestone helped me so effectively and smoothly this weekend! I recently bought a newer car and they took great care of me addressed every issue I had, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience super easy to understand. The environment was friendly and welcoming, and everyone went above and beyond. I actually went back the next day to get something else done because I trusted them that much. Big thank you to George for fitting me in and making sure everything was handled perfectly! Great location, great atmosphere and wonderful team!

George and the team at Firestone saved my day. Unfortunately, I got a nail in my tire and was stressed. However, George was kind and polite and him and his team took care of the problem quickly. I was able to get to work and my day was saved.

I’ve been using this fire stone store for more than 30 years. With their online coupons, I consistently receive professional, reasonably priced service in a matter of hours, if I make an appointment.

The job ( Front End Alignment) was done promptly. A couple of adjusters were frozen and hence not aligned. The office is going to call me to provide parts availability, cost etc. . I am looking forward to the information.

George was great at explaining both my warranty benefits, how to ensure my new tires could hold life, and other maintenance tips. Service was timely and my car was ready when needed same day (for pickup).

If first impressions are an indication of the quality of service, look somewhere else. I called there twice this morning, first time I went through the menu "to speak to a Teammate", it rang and rang and rang, no answer. Second time it rang twice, someone picked up the phone and hung it up. Not wasting anymore of my time on this location beyond what it took to post this review.

I didn't make an appointment which I thought might've been an issue. The gentleman at the counter was very polite, his name is George. I came in to replace 1 tire, George made my experience super easy and super quick. My wait was short and they got a little busy as I was waiting on my car and even though they seemed to be understaffed today my wait was under an hour! I will definitely be returning to this location!

I unfortunately woke up to a nail in my tire. I called, got Greg, who told me they could help me immediately. From the time I checked in to finish, Greg was very helpful and communicative. I was in and out in 30-45 minutes. Service was fast and affordable at around $30 to plug my tire. Absolutely would recommend and thanks again to Greg for the speedy service on my Model 3 - you were awesome!

I have been taking my car to the Old Capitol Trail Firestone for the last few years. I am a single mother that travels to Philadelphia for work... I need to feel safe in my car and also want to keep my daughter safe. This place has the most kindest and accommodating staff. I feel very taken care of here and my car has been running well since I've made the switch. It's nice to have a place that you trust and know that you are safe with. Great job to all of the employees that have serviced my car! Thank you for keeping me and my daughter safe.

When I bring my SUV here, it is well taken care of at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and willing to explain what's going on without trying to sell me additional services I don't need. As a credit card member, I'm able to get 6 months promotional financing when I have major purchases like the 4 tires I recently purchased. George, Ryan, and Stephen were all courteous and helpful, even lighthearted. AND I LOVE HAVING LIFTETIME WHEEL ALIGNMENT and of course, tire warranty!

He helped me identify the issue with my tires, explained everything clearly, and even supported me in communicating with Monro to clarify the situation. I truly appreciate his honesty, patience, and expertise. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like he did. I highly recommend Firestone to anyone in need of car service, and I’ll be telling all my friends and family to come here—definitely not going back to Monro again. Thank you so much, George!

Horrible customer service. Associates are very rude and sassy when you have a question but are more than happy to sell you one tire sensor part that costs 4x the amount and happy to get you to sign up for a credit card... Mechanics are excellent but I rather go to the Firestone location I usually go to on Concord pike. Be prepared if you go to this location.
