Bad customer service and they will try to finess you into buying a new battery they told me on the phone they had the battery I needed and that it was used ended up showing up and they told me they only had new ones. I’ll never use them or recommend them again them and schulers up the road sent me to them they both lied to me on the phone. I wish I could give them 0 stars

It looks like they only sell batteries, but I brought in a vintage starter to be rebuilt, but they discovered I was better off getting a new one. When supplier sent the wrong part they quickly corrected the problem. I highly recommend them.

My battery died in my truck and I didn't want to pay a lot for a new battery. First, I was calling different places to see who had decent prices for batteries. Some places wanted $160 and above. A friend of mine told me about this place so I decided to check it out and I'm glad that I did! When I called, the employee was respectful and helpful when i asked how much they were going to charge me for a battery, the employee said $106 and I paid $106 for a battery. This place is a hidden gem. If you need a battery, I recommend you to go to Ploener's.

I won't go anywhere else for batteries ever again! Great products, great prices, and the best customer service. My Saturday morning started off with a completely dead battery. Over the last couple years I've turned into a Deka battery guy (made in Pennsylvania!). A couple calls to Ploener's Pasco Battery (to confirm availability, hours, price, etc), a jump start, and I was off to the store. Upon arrival, I removed my old battery in the parking lot. I was carrying the 50 lb battery to the door when it was opened for me by the service rep, Mark. The inside of the store was clean and tidy. The service rep gave me the new Deka battery and took the time to explain why I didn't need the bigger, more expensive battery for my sedan. He even offered battery post washers free of charge. I got the new battery installed, settled up the reasonable charge, and was off worry-free. Thanks Mark! Thanks Ploener's Pasco Battery!
