PEDRO WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH! Got my car in and out of the shop the same day! I came in with a failing wheel bearing and once I left, the issue was resolved! Firestone was trying to charge me DOUBLE just for ONE wheel bearing. Pedro’s price for both wheel bearing replacement and Maintanence was SO worth it. Definitely would recommend to my friends!

My experience was great. I got a reasonable quote to replace a 4.0 SOHC engine for my 2006 for ranger then engine that was replaced with was having issues and they bought me another engine to ensure it was a good repair. My experience was great.

I wanted to wait a week before writing this before a review to make sure everything was working fine. All said Pedro and his crew did right by me. Needed an engine swap after I blew the motor on the highway. Other shops were gonna charge me at minimum double what Pedro quoted me. I wanted to cheap out and by a junkyard motor to get on the road ASAP, but luckily i listen and regret nothing with a good motor with 20k miles on it.
Brought my Nissan here because the wheel was messed up. They were extremely kind and helpful and fixed my car in a few days, and even held it there for me when I was away. I will take my car here again if I ever need repairs done.
The best mechanic in the city. I recommend all my customers that need their cars fixed to go to him. He is honest man and never have any problems and if there is a problem it always get resolved.

Took my car to Pedro because his shop had good reviews. A light in my car kept coming on and it wasn’t running properly in stop-and-go traffic. Called ahead of time to set up a time to bring it in. Once I got the car to him, it took him a full day to tell me what the code was (and I had to call several times because he said he’d call me by 11:30, but I didn’t get an answer until 4pm). Pedro said they needed to replace a pump, which I had them do.
In the two weeks after they replaced the pump, the problem got worse. Took it back to them (against my gut, lesson learned) on a Thursday (after again calling ahead to set up a time). Once again took all day to get back to me, but said they’d have the work completed the next day (Friday). At the end of the day on Friday, they said they had one more small thing to do, and that it would be finished first thing Saturday morning. Okay, no big deal, left it with them overnight again.
At 3pm Saturday afternoon, they informed me they still would not be able to finish it that day, that they needed it until Monday (closed Sunday). My household has one car, and now wouldn’t have a car for five days. Pedro kept saying that they needed more time because the car is an older (2010) hybrid, so getting to things was complicated. But the car was a a hybrid when they replaced the pump, and it was still a hybrid when they told me the work would be finished on Friday. I told them Saturday that I’d need my vehicle for work and a doctor’s appointment at noon on Monday. I was told that wouldn’t be a problem. But the whole time, Pedro kept talking over me and telling me this was my fault for not being patient, taking zero responsibility for the fact that he and his mechanic kept telling me it would be done when they clearly had no idea what work was actually involved in what they were doing.
I called at 11 that Monday to confirm the agreed upon noon pickup. Pedro again told me that my vehicle would not be ready. He continued interrupting and talking over me, telling me that I am the problem because I’m pressuring them when I’ve been without my car for five days and he kept being dishonest about when I’d have my car back. I ended up having to pay almost $50 for an Uber to and from my doctor’s appointment and missed work that day.
I showed up in person at the shop at 2:30 that afternoon because it was the only time I could get a ride over to the shop and I absolutely needed it for work the next day. Thankfully, it was finally being taken out for a test drive and I was on my way.
BUT the light is still coming on, and it’s a light that can mean anything from needing an oil change to your car is going to stop working very soon. After paying Pedro $1500, I have to take it to someone else and pay them to figure out why the light keeps coming on.
They also leave your car absolutely filthy. Steering wheel and door handles were coated in black grease both times. I’ve been to dozens of shops in multiple states over the years and never had this happen before.

I see why this place has so many good reviews. Went to get new rotors and brake pads. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. Will go again!

Pedro is very professional. I'm thankful I found a mechanic who performs all kind of car repairs/maintenance, from oil change to replacing the motor/engine on my car. He has done it all and at a reasonable price. I appreciate that Pedro on many occasions have taken my call and scheduled time to work on my car on short notice.
I went to go get a small sound fixed from my car and when I went to pick it up after the service, the original sound was fixed but then it had a different and louder sound and when I told him about it he said I had to pay for a new part and pay for another service. He was very aggressive and rude and even called me ignorant for bringing up the issue, he claimed that it was a big problem and when I fixed it, it was actually a very small issue that cost me $10 to fix. I knew Pedro for years and this was definitely not something I expected from him. Very disappointed. Will never go back.
At this time of the year, most mechanic shops are very busy. PA auto was very busy but understood the urgency of my situation. They told me to come that day and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly.
They also took the time to call around and get the best price on parts for me.
They explained everything and gave me a very fair price and again got the job done quickly!
Pedro and his team are like family at this point! They always make time for me and my car and I can count on them to do the work right the first time and estimate their time for repairs accurately! Also his prices cannot be beat. He is a fair and helpful person. Very grateful for Pedro and his team!
I got a lot done with these guys, engine replacement, battery work, transmission lines, filters, AC, window repair, oil tank leakage, fluid leakage, gas tank work, timing belt, alternator, and they took care of all of it. it did take longer then i wanted it too, but it all came back fixed and a job well done. the price is great and they do a really good job!!
These guys were great!! I I had a transmission issue with my 2009 Toyota Camry coming from NY and they took care of me with short notice on a Sunday. I came back another time to get head light assembly work done from a previous accident and have not had any issues since.
I recently purchased an additional car for the family and will be bringing it to these guys to handle. Finding a mechanic is not easy and these guys are above board and will give you good service at a fair price.

Had my front windshield glass replaced, was able to get the windshield ordered straight away and scheduled at appt for the install 3 days later. picked up my car a few hours later when it was finished, and looks amazing! brand new. awesome price too, the cheapest i could find around. i would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs done on their vehicle. will definitely be a return customer when need something done in the future!
We were traveling to our vacation and had truck issues, it was getting later in the day and we were not sure we would find anyone open let alone be able to help us. We googled places and PA Auto Repair came up. We called and explained our situation and the woman on the phone was very nice and told us to come right over. When we arrived they stopped what they were doing to diagnose our problem. Thankfully it wasn‘t anything major they ordered the parts we needed which were delivered very quickly. They had us fixed up and back on the road in very little time. The people were so friendly, kind and professional. We are very thankful we found them! This is a great place! I originally brought my car to this shop for what I thought was something small but ended up being a larger job. Juan (my mechanic) worked hard, took great care of my vehicle, and kept me informed along the way. They are honest and have fair pricing. No gouging and not pushy. Now they do all of the work on my car as well as my husband's car. We will never look back.
I called them up when my check engine light came on and car started riding rough suddenly. They had time for me right then, I came down, they saved me from total engine disaster and came up with an extremely reasonable price to get my car in good shape again. They're wonderful folks and a credit to our community. I'd recommend them to anyone.
