I wish I was able to provide a name of the manager on shift but she didn’t provide it to me. I was called a dumbass for her mistake, For ringing up my light bulb under diy instead of commercial. While I walked out she had a nerve to talk crap so I went back into record her unprofessional self. Very terrible and rude I thought Lancaster AutoZone was bad no it’s the folks at concord pike?

Terrible customer service from the manager. Expectations were misunderstood over the phone, so when I arrived at the store instead of patiently clearing the misunderstanding, just felt patronized the entire time…

The parts manager is awesome. Love her attitude. JJ is her name, smiled the entire time while I frustrated myself. Appreciate her for the knowledge I was lacking on what I needed. Thanks again young lady!!

Mrs. JJ was fantastic! Got me exactly what I needed and helped me install it as well. She defintiely knew what she was doing and her confidence and offering to help made me feel extremely appreciated as a customer! Kudos to women in the car business! Your website is terrrible. I put a product in the search bar to see if you have it in stock. Instead, I get a bunch of videos showing how to do the job. I will not come shop at your store unless I know you have what I need. Isn't that the point of having a website?

Terrible experience. The same black lady at the register gives me an attitude everytime i come in there. Always in a bad mood and takes it out on customers. Will not be returning to this location, I don’t need that kinda negativity in my life.

I ended up coming to Auto Zone because my AC wasn’t working for months and I had such hope to come to the store to find a better solution. I met Ezra and he helped me the right way to figure my situation and I appreciate him the most for his wisdom and help. This MAN DESERVES A RAISE! Best Sales manager I Know!! . PEOPLE! Go to the store on concord Pike and you’ll be taken care of by EZRA.

Very happy with the service I received today. I dropped by looking for a rear wiper blade replacement for my parent's Lexus RX and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They not only found the right part but went out in the pouring rain to replace it for me without even being asked. Thank you!!

JJ and Laura saved me this morning on my way into work in desperate need of windshield wipers. They helped me pick them out and gladly replaced them for me even in the drizzle. Both obviously knew what they were doing and turned an aggravating start to my day completely around.

I needed a battery replaced in my Key fob. Jo Jo, the customer service rep at the store went over and above and looked up online how it needed to be replaced and did so very quickly and efficiently, She was very friendly but professional; fulfilling my needs was her main focus. Great Customer service!

I come to this autozone location the most! The women there are incredible as are the men. Im greeted with a smile each time and last week before i could even finish paying for my items the young lady JJ already had my wipers installed she is a ball of energy ! Now thats what i call top tier customer service. Even when these ladies were busy no one seemed frustrated and they were all informed to help clear out that crowed store! Kuddos i could never! This might be the only one i shop at from here on out. Thank you ladies -Amina

I’m not too sure what anyone rating lower than 5 stars is talking about this store is great. I walked in was treated nicely there was a line but I was still kept in loop they let me know they would help when they could. Also very clean store everyone was polite the young lady and man helped me pick out my oil and filter. They didn’t have one thing it’s alright we just ordered it not a big deal I will be coming back thank u 202 no complaints

Worst experience ever I work on concord pike thought I’d get assistance from my concord store like I do in my own city but the manager Kiana offered no assistance her and the other manager on duty went back and forth with me in the midst of customers in the store after failing to provide me with the correct windshield wipers for my car. My father watched from the car to see how it would be handled he will be calling corporate on the store as he recorded the whole altercation. Kiana is a poor representation of your brand. She doesn’t know cars I asked for assistance with an Infiniti qx30. I asked her to come from behind the counter to help me she refused. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SERVE THEN PICK ANOTHER JOB KIANA!!! You’re making the brand look band and ignorant!

The lady at the cashier has a very bad attitude when serving there. The last time I went to drop off a gallon of oil to be recycled, she always denied that they take the old oil there.

Depends on what store you go to claymont or Wilmington are the best 202 could use some new staff but generally a good store I guess they need some educated people at 202 don't bother if you go there your on your own

Walked in on a Sunday morning to get wiper blades and two of the most useful young humans I have ever met were running the show, guessing the model and year of my car through the window, grabbing wiper blades from the back, and offering to help put them on. Infinity stars.

Had a wonderful experience at this location. Laura the store manager greeted me as soon as walked in. Store was very clean and well stocked. Had some questions about the things I needed. Laura and Dylan made the process seamless and answered every question with ease and professionalism. Will be back for all my auto needs. Appreciate the service I received today! I came in for help with my car battery. The team at the store tested it, charged it, and tested again and did that all for free! They were all really nice about it and super helpful. I appreciate these guys and would definitely come back to this AutoZone again!

On these snowy days, encountering good service brightens my mood. An employee patiently explained how to add coolant to my car and guided me on its usage. Her friendly and patient attitude deserves promotion and a raise! Highly recommend this store!

Just wanted to share my experience at this location Stopped by to purchase a set of wiper blades for my vehicle. Mgr Laura greeted me when I walked in and asked if I needed help. Told her the purpose of my visit and she began to explain the difference in the brands that you carry. Took her recommendation and I couldn't be happier. One of the associates there Pink even offered to install the wiper blades for me. Now that's what I call 5 star service. Great store with Great associates. Thank you

She approached me, radiating confidence and knowledge, and offered her assistance, her enthusiasm for cars evident in her every word. I explained my car's dilemma to Laura, listing off the symptoms it exhibited. Laura listened attentively, her deep understanding of automobiles shining through. With a thoughtful nod, she assured me that AutoZone would be able to help. I hate to give a local place a one star review, but they earned it today. I took them a battery and they "tested it and charge it." After waiting about two hours, I picked up the battery and installed it in my wife's car. While the staff told me that the battery was good and tested fine, it was not. I ended up going to another auto parts store to have it tested. At the other store, I learned that the battery was bad. Not only did the Autozone staff lose at couple of hundred dollar sale, they helped waste several hours of my day. I am seriously concerned about the training of this team. When I called to let them know about the error they said, "well it's a free service so there is not much we can do about it." In reality it is a service and marketing tactic to get people to buy batteries (which is fine). I have been there twice and have not experienced a car person behind the counter (lack of training). I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.
