Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had a a dealership. I bought car as a MD resident had it inspected in MD it failed for 2 things tires and a tag light. I bring it back to have it fixed they tell me it needs a rack and pinion that it should have been done before it left the lot. While doing rack and alignment they ripped a bushing on lower control arm and tried to tell me the never touched it. While doing rack and alignment. Also rack is covered in fluid like they left a power steering line loose. While under car I notice the belly pan is not secured anymore and the brake cooling duct is missing on same side as control arm damage. All the While the service director treats me a 30 year tech like I don't know what I'm looking at. THIS PLACE IS COMPLETE TRASH AND GREG RITTER IS AT THE TOP OF THAT PILE. This fool didnt even know what he was looking at. pointing at engine oil pan saying its a transmission leak above the rack. !!!!!STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!!

I can't remember a time when I was ever treated as demeaningly and it's condescendingly as I was today especially when I was ready to spend over seventeen thousand dollars. They actually could have cared less about earning my business.They still don't know my name because they didn't even ask or write it down.They didn't take my phone number if they had been willing to negotiate even a couple of hours on a used car.I would have bought it then and there. They made absolutely no effort to make me feel valued or that my business was of any interest to them.I've never been treated so condescendingly in my life.Do not go here
This was our first encounter with Auto Team Delaware, and we had a top notch experience. Curtis Hutson was our salesman and he was kind, patient, and operated with integrity. We drove for over two hours to buy the SUV, and the dealership had all of the paperwork ready to go so that it was a seamless process. The GM Michael was in the background helping to move things along prior to our arrival and he made it a point to greet us during our visit. We are totally thrilled with our purchase and the overall customer service experience. We would definitely buy from Curtis again!
Called to make an appointment for a diagnostic, to then have my number stolen by the intake guy, who then took my number and continued to text me even after I called and reported him. When I was called back I was asked why I came there for service although they service cars all the time that are not just Cadillac. They are very unprofessional.
Kia EV9 in blue. It was a fun and enjoyable experience all the way around. We live in DC so the drive was nearly 2.5 hours to get there. I'm appreciative we found them. We leased a Kia EV9, the first electric vehicle we've owned. They smartly recommended leasing which I'm glad we did. Their team offered great financial incentives, a no hassle price and really great after sales support. Their sales manager is a top notch guy. He even gave us a bit more money than warranted on our trade in. Thanks for that.

[UPDATE]: Michael Kane read my feedback and contacted me immediately to sort the things out. I really appreciate his effort to listen to me and do the needful. One thing I wanted was never to see that sales manager in Kia of Wilmington and Kane made sure to take care of that very well. Jared was super nice as well, so if you see a car which you want to buy from autoteam delaware, I recommend going to Kane or to Cadillac autoshop and never go and meet the sales manager in Kia of Wilmington. I request you never ever to go to this dealer. If you want to experience what is worst feeling, you can go and visit here. Starting from sales consultant to manager they are unbelievable(in the worst part). I have never seen anyone in US treat you based on your race and if you want to experience how that will be go to this showroom. Most rude, worst and I can’t find more words to describe the worst worst feeling I have experienced in this dealer.
I had an amazing experience dealing with Auto Team Delaware. Chris was on point with communication and even allowed me to interact with him on video since I was coming all the way from Long Island. His character and integrity are A+. I would highly recommend them and make sure to ask for Chris!
Don't bother. WHile I waited for a call back on a car (which never came), the car was suddenly not available. Literally confirmed it was for sale, took my trade info, then never called me back.
Absolutely the worst car dealership in the world! Sold me a lemon, charged me up and on top of everything everytime I advised to them that it’s a problem they insist that it is nothing wrong! Got an 2nd opinion from another dealership and comes to find out that the car I have been driving for ONLY 3 months has PREEXISTING DAMAGES TOTALING OVER $2500!!! DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE! THE WORST!!

Extremely unprofessional. I was very disappointed in how they handled selling me a used car. I had agreed to buy a car from them, but they resold it before I could pick it up! Strongly recommend going somewhere else.
As soon as I expressed interested in a car, someone from Auto Team Delaware reached out and was easy to talk to. She put me in touch with James who was very professional, quick, and easy to work with. He didn't rush us while looking but was also attentive to our questions and needs over the phone and text which was convenient because we were out of state. He continued to check in with us during the whole process to let us know what was happening/going on. We got a beautiful used car for a great price. So far, I was really happy with Auto Team Delaware.
