I took my car for its second oil change I was in last September and came for the one in march two days ago. They squeezed me in to get four new tires which I genuinely appreciate. However, I drove my car to and from the shop the day the repairs were done and the Saturday morning came I got in my car and I hear this awful metal scraping sound coming from underneath my car. The clips and bolts that hold hold the covers underneath my car up were missing and I’m so disappointed that they chose to leave my car like that. Andy was very helpful in making sure my car was as good as new when the problem was brought to their attention. I will be a returning customer as this place does go out of their way to make the customer happy.

I was incredibly pleased with the service that I received at this location. I needed 3 belts replaced. I made the appointment, busted in early the next day, and was in and out within 2 hours. Now I did strategically plan this work to take place in January, as I figured that may be a slower time, so I wouldn't expect that fast of a turn around to be the norm. That said, the service was great, the people were wonderful and they didn't pull the typical "oh you need this, this and this" type of BS (we all know that story). The price was excellent from a convenience standpoint, and I was able to stay upright and leave with no physical pain ? In addition, the woman/tech/mechanic/reception person had such a soothing voice while giving horrific news to people that neglected their vehicles. If I had unlimited funds, I would employ her just to break any bad news that I needed to hear. You were all awesome! Thanks again!

Listen, Rob and Andy at Paul's are the BEST! I had a scare while traveling home with my baby and they immediately jumped in to assist. They identified the issue and addressed the matter with care. This is the place you need to be when you have an emergency or require a repair!

Took my truck in to replace an IWE hub/bearing I knew was bad on my truck. They still wanted to run a $200+ diagnostic to determine the issue I already knew of and told them about when I dropped it off - before quoting me ~$1500 for the fix. I quickly took my truck back as other shops in my area charge close to half this price. The facility here is great and clean. Their customer service is very friendly, although pushy. But the prices are outrageous.

Update: Paul Campanellas reached out to discuss the details. They confirmed the pricing was $70 for these tires to be mounted and apologized that the initial quote was incorrect. They did work with me to make this instance right which was extremely refreshing and took the sting out of the overall experience. Everyone makes mistakes right. I do have some preventative work that still needs to be done on the car, while I've always done my own automotive work, this car is a bit out of my league.. I will likely give them a chance to price out the work in my search for the David Putty of Pike Creek/Hockessin. I do feel confident that if anything went wrong, these guys would almost certainly work to find a reasonable solution Initial Review: I bought a used car that came with 2 sets of wheels, winter and summer.... and was shopping for new summer tires, 315/35/22 and called to see if they could mount and balance. They said yes no problem, $20-30 per tire. Freaking sounded awesome! Half the price of tire r@ck! THey offered to let me ship to their shop which was very cool too. They said give us a chance to beat the price, and while they couldnt, i appreciated the attempt. I was referring friends and telling colleagues at work about these guys.... finally a shop that is like David Putty from seinfeld and not charging for johnson rods. I was pretty impressed, so i also noticed one of the wheels on the car was mounted backwards.... i now i have a "guy" for this! I drove down to have them fix it.... $70 to mount and balance!! I asked why it wasn't the price quoted on the phone.... they replied they must not have known the size, which is not true as they ran price checks for the tires themselves. I needed the work done so they may have earned this $70, but it will be the last. Its literally cheaper to have the mobile tire service come to my home. Now i'm scrambling to get the tire delivery rerouted back to my home

Absolutely slow, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. I called to get a simple diagnosis and rough pricing for my daughter’s Bentley, and the guy who answered the phone today was beating around the bush like it was his job. Everyone else can give a straight answer, but not this place. I made it very clear I don’t mind paying. I’m not cheap. I just wanted answers to a few basic questions. Instead, he was standoffish, pushy, and acted like I was bothering him for asking. The whole conversation felt like he was setting me up to gouge me once I walked in. I know exactly how this game works. Ask 50 million useless questions, get the car in the door, then jack up the price. Not happening. I maintain my vehicles regularly. I did not ask for a full vehicle inspection. All I wanted was an oil change and brakes. With a Bentley, brakes are common, and I was hearing a noise—so I asked what it would roughly cost. Apparently that was too much to ask. They came highly recommended, which makes this even more disappointing. Based on my experience, I will never bring a vehicle here, and I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone who values straight answers and professional service. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Their customer service is exceptional. Ali was fantastic. She took the time to explain everything to me and gave me a printout of cost for repairs. They also gave me a comprehensive report with photos outlining what needed immediate attention. Would recommend, I will be a repeat customer. Thank you for going above and beyond.

They were able to squeeze me in for a tire repair service without an appointment. Staff was pleasant, friendly and informative. Waiting room was comfortable with complimentary water/coffee. My first time stopping in and will definitely be back.

I made an online booking for 8am thinking that was the time for my oil change (perfect!) not realizing after calling to confirm it was supposed to be a drop off time (yikes!) I had taken the day off and I had a ton of errands lined up (which is why I was so excited about 8am being available) but after apologizing and offering to reschedule I was told to come in and they'd make it work. And they did! This location has impeccable customer service. They are so welcoming and knowledgeable and they explained my question in a way I could understand (car maintenance isn't my area of expertise at all) and they even offered valuable auto advice for the future. I liked that they have a shuttle service (I didn't see one person wait over 10min to get a ride from them) so I will keep that in mind next time. As I waited for the oil change I witnessed how they treated each customer that came in the door and I was truly impressed. I will definitely bring my vehicle (s) here in the future. (But making the appropriate appointment next time of course ) I can't thank them enough for squeezing me in and letting me hang out until my Rogue was done as well as providing excellent customer support. You all are awesome ??

Nice people, customer service was good. But talk about highballing, yikes. They'll ask for an arm and a leg just to get you to settle for just the leg. And then tried to overcharge me on the diagnostic an extra 50% until I questioned it.

I swear these guys at Paul Campanella’s are at it again I’m on my way to work and my car stalled. I called these guys. They stopped what they were doing. Came over. Got my car running followed me to their local shop found out my battery terminals were corroded and dirty. They cleaned them off for me. Free of charge and got me on my way. Highly recommend these guys top-notch.

Got a flat tire because a piece of metal was stuck in it. My car was towed here, and the team quickly removed the metal, added air for free, and got me back on the road fast. Super kind and helpful — highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Paul Campanella’s Auto Center in Pike Creek (Limestone Rd). I needed a quick tire plug and called around to several shops, but everyone else was booked and couldn’t fit me in the same day. When I called Campanella’s on Limestone Road, the person who answered told me to bring my vehicle right in and they’d take care of it — even though they were completely busy and didn’t have anyone available at the moment. I showed up, and they still found time to get my car in right away. They plugged the tire quickly and efficiently — super easy job for them, but something that saved me a big headache. What really surprised me was that they didn’t even charge me for the service. I’m not sure if they always plug tires for free, but it was definitely appreciated. That simple act of kindness and great customer service has earned them a new customer. I’ll definitely be coming back to Campanella’s whenever I need work done on my vehicle.

The Pike Creek auto service was fantastic. I had a nail on my tire and I am so glad my husband suggested Campanella's. They fixed it in 30 minutes and were super friendly. We will be sure to come back for future car repairs.

Like a savior in the storm, I rolled up to the Campanella’s on Kirkwood Highway/limestone road with what I suspected to be a flat tire. They had no issues taking me, even though we typically visit the one on 17th Street. They are so incredible and friendly and calming. The best part was? My mother was waiting in the reception area because she had her car in for service. And if you know my mom, she only goes to people she trusts. They patched my tire, no charge and sent me on my way in less than two hours.

Great first experience with the Limestone location. After endless frustration with our local dealership and their inability to correctly perform routine maintenance, my wife and I decided to take a chance with Paul Campanella. We are incredibly happy that we did. Our service advisor Jeremy was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Despite being significantly less expensive than the dealership, I can honestly say their care and attention they took with our cars was by far the best experience we've ever had. If you're on the fence, you owe it to yourself to give them a shot. Their 4.8/5 rating is well deserved.

Service was spectacular, I went in for a routine oil change, Andy explained a few other safety items needed on my Tundra and he had the repairs completed that same day, will absolutely be bringing all of my vehicles here for service! The vehicle check over they do is amazing, it has photos of my whole car, and Andy explained everything, he is very knowledgeable! I will definitely be going back.

Recently brought my car for a second opinion, unknown to them, for a fuel line leak. They quoted a reasonable price, also made me aware of potential additional fixes in case it wasn't just the fuel line. I also had regular maintenance stuff done all at reasonable pricing! They shuttled me home, which is a plus for me, with 2 toddlers. Car drives just as when I drove it off the dealer lot! Definitely, found my new car shop.

I recently brought my vehicle in for suspension work, which ended up being extremely pricey. While I expected quality work for the cost, I was left extremely disappointed. When I picked up my car, I noticed a brand-new issue that never existed before — a loud cracking noise coming from the steering wheel. This problem was not present at all before bringing my vehicle in. As long as I’ve owned this car, I’ve never experienced that issue. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend a large amount of money only to leave with another problem. I want to be clear: I did not call the shop back about the issue because I was already told they would charge another diagnostic fee just to look at the car again. I refuse to pay even more money when it’s obvious that this new issue was caused during the original repair. I shouldn’t have to spend additional money to fix a problem they created by not performing quality work the first time. Overall, this experience has left me very dissatisfied. I expected professional, thorough service, and instead I’m left with more problems and less trust. I will not be a returning customer!!

My car was flashing “CHECK TIRE PRESSURE NOW”. I had run over a screw and the pressure was extremely low. Paul Campanella’s took me right away. My tire was repaired in less than 30 minutes and they did not charge a thing. Everyone was so kind. Wonderful customer service! Highly recommend!

**Exceptional Service When We Needed It Most - 5 Stars** Paul Campanella's Auto Center Pike Creek went above and beyond during what could was a true travel nightmare. We had driven cross-country and were preparing for our return trip to Dallas when a concerning noise in our relatively new Hyundai became impossible to ignore. Our first stop at a local Hyundai dealer was incredibly disappointing - they told us they wouldn't even look at our car for a week, despite knowing we needed to leave within a day or two to get home on time. It was shocking that Hyundai would show such poor customer service for a relatively new vehicle. Fortunately, we were directed to Paul Campanella's, and what a difference! From the moment we walked in, every team member completely understood both our concern and our urgent situation. They immediately agreed to examine our vehicle so we could determine if it was safe to drive home. Their diagnosis revealed a very serious problem requiring the vehicle to be transported to a Hyundai dealer (they arranged for it to go to a different location than our original disappointing experience). Here's where Paul Campanella's truly shined: - They maintained constant communication with the Hyundai dealer about their findings and potential alternatives - They actively searched for rental car options to get us back to Dallas - They provided rides to our temporary accommodations while we waited - They remained accessible for questions and status updates throughout the process - They delivered a comprehensive diagnostic report with pictures, which they forwarded directly to the Hyundai dealer What really highlighted their superior service was learning that while the Hyundai dealer said it would take at least 2 months to find the necessary part, Paul Campanella's told us they could locate it in just 2-3 days. Unfortunately, warranty requirements meant we had no choice but to leave the repair with Hyundai. Paul Campanella's Auto Center Pike Creek transformed a potentially disastrous situation into a manageable one through their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for customers in distress. They did everything humanly possible to help us, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. This is exactly the kind of service you hope for but rarely find.
