Great and smooth car sale experience! The onsite inspection took less than half an hour, and they were willing to match the offer from different dealers. They also made sure I had my old plate and tag to handle back to DMV. Got my check immediately, no additional visit needed.

Phenomenal customer service!! Christian and Brent were GREAT!! They got little McDonalds toys in their adult happy meals and they let my daughter(3) play with them the ENTIRE time. The We Buy Any Car representative greeted us promptly; he offered us refreshments and generally tried to put us at ease. The office was small but clean and well organized. His inspection of the vehicle was very thorough and did take some time. And when complete we "got t' hagglin" and found a price that we both could live with. Do not be fooled by the commercials: this is a serious company that will provide good service.

The process was good and easy. I felt like I had to be on my toes for two reasons. First, the car wouldn't start, and it was immediately assumed there was a significant issue, even though it was only a loose wire. If I didn't have mechanical experience, I think they would have taken advantage of me. The initial offer was also 20% of what I walked out with, so again, you need to know the worth of your car. Within reason of course, and do not expect to get the online quote unless the car is in perfect condition. The process also took about 2 hours, which I was not expecting. That may be because it was a newer person. Overall, I would highly recommend We Buy Any Car.
This was my first time dealing with We Buy Any Car. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole process. I arrived at the scheduled time to have my vehicle appraised. Joe, the sales associate, greeted me with a friendly smile, introduce himself, and proceeded with the appraisal. This was a low stress, no pressure to sell appraisal. I also liked working with Joe as we negotiated towards a final sale price for my vehicle.
