I have been using Jack Smith’s Towing and Service Center for all my car service needs since I moved to Delaware about 8 years. I have had plenty of service done over the years and it has always been done with the utmost professionalism. The staff is great. If I have ever needed a tow I only need to make one phone call and I know I will get a quick tow and my car will be well taken care of. When my car was stolen and the police found it, I told them I only want Jack Smith’s to tow my car because they are who I trust. Their service is exemplary, the staff is wonderful, and you won’t find better service for all your car needs.
Jack Smith will be the only tow company I need.
I was pleased to find out they offer additional services beyond towing.
I called spoke to John (guessing on the spelling) I explained my situation about needing a tow. John and I worked out a time that would work best for me.

I had an accident on 95 and the state troopers had my car towed here. Granite, I was in the wrong but u can't hold my belongings... They told me $680 to get my car out of $480 if I had the title. This is not legal! I called the same state troopers that arrested me and they said this was not appropriate! The corporal gave me his name and said yes u can get ur belongings. I came to this place with my title (as I said I would because I couldn't pay the tow/storage fees) and got my personal belongings. I understand ppl r in business to make money but this is a sham.,
