Justin, Eddy, and Tommy pulled up his car in the system, found the exact battery he needed, and replaced it for him on the spot. Super fast, professional, and genuinely helpful service. Really appreciate how smoothly they handled everything and how fast they got him back driving again!
I am highly impressed with the new Advanced Auto store, conveniently located next to Aldi. The staff here is exceptionally knowledgeable about the parts and equipment I actually need. They avoid overselling or pushing unnecessary items. The store is impeccably clean, and all parts are readily available. Although it currently lacks accessibility for people with disabilities due to being new, I am confident it will be added soon. Thomas, in particular, provides outstanding customer service—especially if you’re an automotive enthusiast like myself. Great job, guys. I will visit again soon.

I ordered new wiper blades despite that they were double the price of Amazon for the free Installation. When I picked them up they were short staffed and too busy. And also when I called in three days later. And when I called in two days after that. And when I went back a few days after that.
Your staff and capacity issues aren’t my problem. Pay your staff more money and hire more people.
