Their deals on tires are great especially on Black Friday. The staff is very friendly. The system messed up and wasn’t showing I paid online. Luckily I had screen shots of the purchase and they did whatever they had to do to fix that. The service takes a long time. 2+ hours for all 4 tires to be changed. Someone was here before me and was waiting the whole time I was.

Slow service, but great value. Had to wait 4 hours total, including estimate, when I already knew what needed to be done. Pricing was given after full inspection, which was 1 hour later, then work which was quoted as 2 hours and ran to about 3 to finish. Counter salesperson/clerk is very friendly but holds her ground. Would appreciate more ingenuity/try more options to figure out the best deal for customers.

Go elsewhere and save yourself the stress, time and money. Not only will they order the wrong tire size but they claim they got stolen in the same day too? The same rims are on my car so how did they get stolen? Also the girl at the desk has a nasty attitude. I'm asking questions for my sister because she's already upset that she's being overcharged for the service. I brought up that it took a very long time to have the car ready and she snapped at me saying its been ready since 1pm. The car was dropped off at 8am...it does not take 5 hours to change tires, even if the original size ordered was off.

I ordered a set of Laufenn S Fit A/S, which I had never heard of before, but came highly recommended by Bre. After careful research and coming in to take a look at the actual tires in person prior to my service appointment, I felt confident about my final choice. Considering how well these tires perform on my Mazda CX-5 under various road conditions, I highly recommend this tire. They look high-end and feel better than I would have imagined. There is less road noise and vibration than the replaced brand. Turns, acceleration, and braking of the Laufenn S Fit A/S on both wet and dry pavement gives no buyer's remorse at all. Thanks to Brian, Eric, Bre, and the team at Pep Boys, at Price's Corner, in Wilmington Delaware, for getting me back on the road with the perfect set of new tires and wheel alignment service. The timeliness from special ordering, delivery to the store, and scheduling installation, which took 3 days total, was superior compared to other shops in the area who were running 10-14 days longer. This team delivers great customer service worth mentioning and trying for car care needs. God bless you all!!!

I came in to have an oil change and was asked what’s wrong my car I said nothing and that I need an oil change and my check engine light is on. I never was asked if I wanted the diagnostic test for $99 I never requested it and was charged! Been coming here for years and I feel like I’ve been suckered and now have mixed feelings about returning!

Staff was attentive and went the extra mile to check and see if my tire had a recall because of the damage. Bri was great!

Handled my problem same day and fairly quickly. Professional installment anf overall happy I went there.

They were pretty chill and understanding. Straight forward and let me know what my car needed and answered all my questions.

Overall a very good place for a tire replacement. The staff were kind and helpful. Nobody was pushy for anything I didn’t need. The rate for replacement was better than anybody else around.

Wish there was an option for zero stars. Brought my car in at 11:30am to get an A/C diagnostic done, the woman at the front desk barely said a word to me. I called after to see when I could pick up my car and before I could give them any information they said it would be done by the end of the day. Went back at 6pm because I still hadn’t received a call that my car was done and they told me there was no one there who could do A/Cs today and said I would have to leave my car for two days. When I said I needed my car the only thing I was offered was a rescheduled appointment. Very disappointed with the communication and customer service.

Major kudos to Tim, Eric and the helpful team! I had to do an oil change and unfortunately couldn't make it. Tim was so understanding and Eric rescheduled the service for me . This team is A1! I will always go to this Pep Boys location. Nicest kindest folks ever ?????

My husband and I were traveling from New Jersey to Indiana when we had a major break issue with our truck. We just happened to pull over in the parking lot of this PepBoys. They were able to get us in within 30 minutes and go our truck repaired and back on the road within about 2 hours. We are so thankful for the quick service and kind staff!

Absurdly bad service. Was supposed to have new tires put on initially on Monday at 5:30. They call me and tell me they aren’t able to put them on that day because there might guy called out. Ok, no problem things happen, so I reschedule it for Tuesday at 5:30. On Tuesday they call me and tell me there might guy called out again and tell me they can only put them on if I come in at 5.i go in at 5 and after an hour of trying to put the tire on the guy asks me to come back the next morning because the tires were too time consuming and he had to leave. So I come back the next morning and after another hour of trying to put the tires on they tell me that their machine isn’t strong enough to put the tires on, and that I will have to go somewhere else. Keep in mind the tires are the stock tires that go on the car and were ordered days in advance. The people were friendly but the service was atrocious.

Bang on service. George is the best A/C technician in the country—it is well known. Josh was awesome as well. They got her blowing good and cold for me that’s for damn sure. Pretty near freezing, had to turn the temp up a bit

I love this place, the customer service is as excellent as it was over 10 years ago. The service I got was phenomenal, I went to pickup replacement windshield wipers. Tim was more than helpful, he even did the service of putting them on and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you guys so much. Highly recommend and appreciate you guys.

Twice now, the staff of this location have taken care of me like family. They are respectful and clear with their communication about the vehicles progress, needed repairs, and quotes. The work was performed quickly, and the tech working on it kept the van clean from grease or dust. I appreciate the team at this location so much.

I’ve taken my car here multiple times and the service is always exceptional. The front desk person is always nice and the staff are straightforward and won’t try to upsell you or make you feel pressured. I Meant to post this review a few months ago but life got in the way. Will continue to use them to service my car

Tim, Eric and all staff are phenomenal. I have been a faithful customer for over 4 years and I am so glad I have people that care, servicing my vehicle(s). My mom brought her Ford Fusion in for a strange sound. Was a little more than just a noise. It was taken care of nice and quick for the seriousness of the issue. Good attitude and real people helping keep us safe. Thank you!

My Husband couldn't schedule and take my car for an oil change, so I had to do it. Everything went smoothly. I was able to make the appointment the next day and I was able to sit and wait for it. Men at the counter were nice to me. I just wish an oil change didn't cost so much.

Previously bought my tires at PepBoys with road hazzard warranty. Yesterday I got a gigantic nail in my tire and they were able to patch the tire- for free!!!! Always great customer service

I needed a brake light fixed unexpectedly, quick, and also had my four small children in the car with me. When I called they told me they could take care of it right away. When I arrived at the store 20 minutes later, they came right out to fix it in the parking lot so I didn’t even have to take my kids out of the car! Thank you so much!!

If i could give them -5 stars I would!!! I took my car in for new brakes, and when I dropped it off, it was in great condition. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I should have known something was wrong because they were frantic the second I walked into the office. Said they lost my keys and couldn't find them. When I told them I did not have a spare and that they were going to pay for a locksmith to come out, they "all of a sudden found them." They had backed my car up into a parking spot that was facing Kirkwood Hwy, so of course, because I had brakes done, I didn't inspect the back of the vehicle. Came straight home and parked my car in the driveway until the next day. When I went to go run errands the next day, that's when I noticed all of the damage to my vehicle! I couldn't even open my hatchback (see pics). I called the county cops to make a report bc Pep Boys is closed on Sundays, and I couldn't go back to the shop and ask to speak to the manager at the time. They told me that because after all the retracing of my steps before I dropped it off at this shop, it was most likely backed into a large vehicle while on their lot but they couldn't do anything bc it's state police jurisdiction and they will likely tell me it's a civil matter. On Monday, I called the shop as soon as they opened and had asked to speak with the manager, but the assistant manager told me he was out for the next couple of days (conveniently). I told him what had happened, and he told me my vehicle showed up for brake service with that damage already there. I ASSURE IT DID NOT! I asked to see the video cameras and was told the manager is the only person who has access to them and told me to call back on Wednesday. I called Wednesday but was told the manager is now out sick!!!! I called Pep Boys corporate and filed a complaint and report. They told me they would look into the matter and get back to me. Wouldn't you know, the manager called me back an hour later and said "I reviewed the video and it shows your car already had that damage to it when I dropped it off and nothing happened while it was in their car". I informed him I've already called corporate, and they are going to request that video. After several days the woman at corporate called me back and stated "after reviewing the video, it was determined that your car showed up on the lot undamaged and it SHOWED THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN BACKING MY VEHICLE OUT OF THE SERVICE AREA AT A HIGH RATE SPEED AND HIT ANOTHER PARKED VEHICLE ON THE LOT"!!!!!!!!! They paid for my vehicle to get all the body work needed to restore my car to its original condition AND paid for a rental car while it was being fixed. NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO PEP BOYS!

My tire had a nail in it. Called pep boys n they were so great with assisting me. The manager Tim was very helpful n was very professional. He took me right away. The woman Jade who did the work was so fast n very helpful n fast. Great customer service from this Pep boys on Kirkwood highway. I highly recommend. Very professional n fast. I have taken EVERY CAR I own to Pep Boys. I enjoy everything they suggest I have done to my car's. I recently was in there twice to have separate things done but on different days one being an oil change and to have my radiator flushed out to the next visit where I had gone to Auto Zone to purchase two headlights and I chose Pep Boys to install them. They did a great job as usual and get this did NOT charge me. I was blown away. ? I will always use Pep Boys there #1 in my opinion. Only thing I'm un happy about is you can't buy there retail products anymore. You have to shop now in other places. Like me having to go to Auto Zone to buy two new headlights. In my opion it's in convenient.

I had my worn out Cooper tires replaced with a new set (yup, coopers again). The manager (Lenny) and Dawn were fantastic to work with. They ordered the tires (not in stock on site) and by the next day they were mounted, balanced and aligned. Great service, speedy and the customer service area is neat... and free coffee!!
